The Combination of Achnatherum inebrians Extracts and Soil Microorganisms Inhibited Seed Germination and Seedling Growth in Elymus nutans

In a greenhouse experiment,the effects of soil microorganisms and extracts of Achnatherum inebrians on the seed germination and seedling growth of Elymus nutans were *** results showed that both the extracts from aboveground and belowground parts of *** signiﬁcantly inhibited the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,seedling height,root length,and fresh weight of ***,but increased malondialdehyde content,catalase,peroxidase and superoxide dismutase activity of *** seedlings(p<0.05).The allelopathy of aqueous extracts of the aboveground parts of *** was stronger than that of the *** extracts of the aboveground parts of *** decreased seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,seedling length,root length,and seedling fresh weight by 10.45%-74.63%,24.18%-32.50%,19.03%-73.36%,37.83%-88.41%,21.42%-53.14%,2.65%-40.21%,and 20.45%-61.36%,respectively,and malondialdehyde content,peroxidase,catalase,and superoxide dismutase activity increased by 8.09%-62.24%,27.83%-86.47%,22.90%-93.17%,and 11.15%-75.91%,*** above indexes were higher in live soil than in sterilized *** microorganisms increased the allelopathy of *** seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,seedling length,and seedling fresh weight of *** planted in live soil decreased by 8.22%-48.48%,10.00%-51.85%,8.19%-53.26%,16.43%-60.03%,12.91%-28.81%,and 9.09%-22.86%compared with sterilized soil,*** content,peroxidase,catalase,and superoxide dismutase activity of *** planted in live soil increased by 53.91%-81.06%,15.71%-57.34%,33.33%-86.31%,and 9.78%-52.51%compared with sterilized soil,*** existence of soil microorganisms enhanced the allelopathy of the secondary metabolites of ***.A combination of microorganisms and aqueous extracts from the aboveground parts of *** had the s

Value Assessment Method for the Grid-Alternative Energy Storage Based on Coordinated Planning Framework

As the development of new power systems accelerates and the impacts of high renewable energy integration and extreme weather intensify,grid-alternative energy storage is garnering increasing attention for its grid-interaction benefits and clear business ***,assessing the value of grid-alternative energy storage in the systemtransition has become critically *** the performance characteristics of storage,we propose a value assessment frame-work for grid-alternative energy storage,quantifying its non-wires-alternative effects from both cost and benefit *** on this,we developed a collaborative planning model for energy storage and transmission grids,aimed at maximizing the economic benefits of storage systems while balancing investment and operational *** model considers regional grid interconnections and their interactions with system *** participating in system operations,grid-alternative energy storage not only maximizes its own economic benefits but also generates social welfare transfer ***,based on multi-regional interconnected planning,grid-alternative energy storage can reduce system costs by approximately 35%,with the most significant changes observed in generation ***-regional coordinated planning significantly enhances the sys-tem’s flexibility in ***,when the load factor of interconnection lines between regions remains constant,system operational flexibility tends to decrease,leading to a roughly 28.9%increase in storage ***,under regional coordinated planning,the greater the disparity in wind power integration across interconnected regions,the more noticeable the reduction in system costs.

Reconfigurable physical unclonable cryptographic primitives based on current-induced nanomagnets switching

Hardware security primitives that preserve secrets are playing a crucial role in the Internet-ofThings(Io T) era. Existing physical unclonable function(PUF) instantiations, exploiting static randomness,generate challenge-response pairings(CRPs) to produce unique security keys that can be used to authenticate devices linked to the Io T. Reconfigurable PUFs(RPUFs) with dynamically refreshable CRPs can enhance the security and robustness of conventional PUFs. The in-plane current-driven perpendicular polarized nanomagnet switching via spin-orbit torque(SOT) possesses great potential for application to memory and logic, as the write-current path is separate from the read-current path, which naturally resolves the write-read interference. However, the stochastic switching of perpendicular magnetization, without an additional symmetry-breaking field, would significantly hinder the technological viability of commercial implementations. Here, we report an initialization-free physical RPUF implemented by SOT-induced stochastic switching of perpendicularly magnetized Ta/Co Fe B/Mg O nanodevices. Using a 15×15 nanomagnet array, we experimentally demonstrate a security primitive that offers a near-ideal 50% uniqueness over 100 reconfiguration cycles, as well as a low correlation coefficient between every two reconfiguration cycles. Our results show that current-induced nanomagnets switching paves the way for developing highly reliable and energy-efficient reconfigurable cryptographic primitives with a smaller footprint.

Ongoing Compressional Tectonism and Regional Seismic Hazard Revealed by the 2023 Mw6.1 Jishishan Earthquake

On December 18,2023,a Mw6.1 earthquake struck Jishishan County,Gansu Province,China,marking the most significant earthquake in the northeastern edge of the Tibetan Plateau since *** its proximate to the Loess Plateau,which is extremely susceptible to geohazards,this earthquake raises awareness about the seismic hazard of several mega-cities such as Xi'an in Northwest *** this paper,we inferred that the rupture occurred on an east-dipping backthrust,resulting from the regional E-W contraction tectonic *** dynamic model through teleseismic waves and static model through radar displacement measurements together reveal a unilateral,along-strike rupture,encountering a slip barrier at one side of the main slip patch causing a cluster of *** also identified a high-dip structure,which is an early-stage backthrust fault whose dip becomes increasingly high due to regional compressional *** from the loaded fault segments,particularly on the fault linkage,which necessitate continuous examination,a detailed seismic hazard assessment of the west Qinling and Daotanghe-Linxia fault system identifies a seismic gap between Weiyuan and Dingxi with the potential for a Mw7.5 ***,these findings provide valuable insights into the seismic behavior of the seismogenic fault as well as guidance on hazard mitigation in its surrounding fault systems.

The rapid development of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) technologies and applications has a great impact on telecom services and operations. Operators should refine the pipeline operation and develop characteristic P2P services. They must comply with the rule of Internet services, and design manageable and operational P2P solutions combining the advantages in network, resource and subscriber, providing users with better P2P service experience. ZTE’s manageable and operational P2P solution provides operators with customized authorization and accounting functions. Its development is based on the broadband service management platform widely used in the live networks. ZTE’s P2P system is stable and reliable.

针对到岸价格商务模式生鲜供应链面临的市场需求风险,考虑销售商拥有需求预测信息并可决策是否向供应商共享,构建动态博弈模型分析了该供应链中的信息共享策略,设计了相应的需求信息共享激励契约.研究表明:需求信息共享利于供应商根据市场需求波动合理调整保鲜努力和产品供应量,缓解供应商和销售商面临的产品滞销与缺货风险;供应商冒险策略下,只有当新鲜度弹性较高时销售商才愿意共享需求信息,而在供应商保守策略下,当新鲜度弹性较低时,若市场波动不太低或信息精度较高,销售商也会主动进行信息共享;一定条件下,需求信息共享能够提高供应链整体绩效,通过转移支付契约能够激励销售商信息共享,实现供应链各成员利润的帕累托改善.

禾草内生真菌共生体是植物微生物和农业微生物研究体系中非常重要的一个方向,近30年的研究中,野大麦(Hordeum brevisubulatum)内生真菌共生体取得了显著进展。本文从野大麦内生真菌和野大麦内生真菌共生体两个方面进行概述。1)野大麦内生真菌:包括内生真菌的分布、带菌率、检测及去除方法、生物生理学特性、形态及产碱多样性;2)野大麦内生真菌共生体:主要包括耐盐、耐旱、耐涝、耐寒、耐老化等非生物胁迫抗性和抗病、抗虫等生物胁迫抗性,以及外源物质对共生体的影响。本文展望了野大麦内生真菌资源的挖掘、提高共生体抗逆的机制(包括基因水平和蛋白水平),以及利用内生真菌进行禾草与粮饲作物新品种选育;以发挥新共生体、新品种的多种抗逆性优势,以期为盐碱地改良、环境与生态修复等领域做出更大的贡献。

阐述了蒸汽杂质对热能动力过程造成的危害,汽水分离的原理和设计。对常用汽水分离元件的技术参数进行逐一列示,指明了常用分离元件的设计施工要求,提出了处理思路:首先检查给水质量是否合格;其次检查汽水分离元件的组合是否合适;再次校核各汽水分离元件及汽包总体控制数据的设计参数是否合适;最后对照JB/T 3191检查汽包内汽水分离元件及附属配件是否正确安装。重点关注旋风分离器,多发故障为旋风分离器脱落、旋风分离器顶上的波形板脱落或透光;对于低压汽包建议从分离元件的控制指标、各附件的安装位置进行考虑。并建议低压蒸汽质量控制指标为钠质量分数小于300μg/kg,二氧化硅质量分数小于20μg/kg。
