Nanomaterials doped with non-metallic C have attracted tremendous attention as potential nano-artificial enzymes due to their ability to change the energy band structure to improve their intrinsic ***,we report a green,facile,efficient,fast strategy to access high-performance nanozymes via supercritical CO_(2)fluid technology-fabricated polymer nanoreactor of poly-(methyl vinyl ether-co-maleic anhydride)(PVM/MA)coated Co(NO_(3))_(2)into C-doped Co_(3)O_(4)(C-Co_(3)O_(4))nanozyme by a onestep calcination *** PVM/MA to C doping into Co_(3)O_(4)shortens the entire lattice constant of the crystal structure,and the overall valence band energy level below the Fermi level shifts toward the lower energy *** as-prepared CCo_(3)O_(4)demonstrated significant peroxidase-like catalytic activity,significantly greater than the undoped Co_(3)O_(4)nanoparticle *** following density functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed that the doped nano-enzyme catalytic site displayed a unique electronic structure,altering the material surface with more electrons to fill the anti-bond of the two molecular orbitals,significantly improving the peroxidase-like enzyme catalytic and glucose sensor *** resultant enzymatic glucose sensing in a linear range of 0.1–0.6 mM with a detection limit of 3.86μM is in line with standard Michaelis–Menten ***,this work demonstrates that converting polymers into nanozymes of C-doped form by supercritical CO_(2)fluid technology in a step is an effective strategy for constructing high-performance glucose sensor *** cost-effective,reliable,precise system offers the potential for rapid analyte detection,facilitating its application in a variety of fields.

Nanoscale surface texturing,drilling,cutting,and spatial sculpturing,which are essential for applications,including thin-film solar cells,photonic chips,antireflection,wettability,and friction drag reduction,require not only high accuracy in material processing,but also the capability of manufacturing in an atmospheric *** used focused ion beam(FIB)technology offers nanoscale precision,but is limited by the vacuum-working conditions;therefore,it is not applicable to industrial-scale samples such as ship hulls or biomaterials,e.g.,cells and ***,we report an optical far-field-induced near-field breakdown(O-FIB)approach as an optical version of the conventional FIB technique,which allows direct nanowriting in *** writing is initiated from nanoholes created by femtosecondlaser-induced multiphoton absorption,and its cutting“knife edge”is sharpened by the far-field-regulated enhancement of the optical near field.A spatial resolution of less than 20 nm(λ/40,withλbeing the light wavelength)is readily achieved.O-FIB is empowered by the utilization of simple polarization control of the incident light to steer the nanogroove writing along the designed *** universality of near-field enhancement and localization makes O-FIB applicable to various materials,and enables a large-area printing mode that is superior to conventional FIB processing.

Ferroelectric memory is a promising candidate for next-generation nonvolatile memory owing to its outstanding performance such as low power consump-tion,fast speed,and high ***,the ferroelectricity of conven-tional ferroelectric materials will be eliminated by the depolarization field when the size drops to the nanometer *** a result,the miniaturization of ferroelectric devices was hindered,which makes ferroelectric memory unable to keep up with the development of integrated-circuit(IC)***,a two-dimensional(2D)In2Se3 was reported to maintain stable ferro-electricity at the ultrathin scale,which is expected to break through the bottle-neck of ***,devices based on 2D In2Se3,including the ferroelectric field-effect transistor,ferroelectric channel transistor,synaptic fer-roelectric semiconductor junction,and ferroelectric memristor were ***,a comprehensive understanding of the structures and the ferroelectric-switching mechanism of 2D In2Se3 is still ***,the atomic structures of different phases,the dynamic mechanism of ferroelectric switching,and the performance/functions of the latest devices of 2D In2Se3 are ***,the correlations among the structures,the properties,and the device performance are ***,several crucial problems or challenges and possible research directions are put *** hope that this review paper can provide timely knowledge and help for the research commu-nity to develop 2D In2Se3 based ferroelectric memory and computing technol-ogy for practical industrial applications.

Detection of QTLs for Important Agronomic Traits and Analysis of Their Stabilities Using SSSLs in Rice

Single segment substitution lines （SSSLs） each with a single chromosome segment from a donor under the same genetic background as the recipient were developed in rice by advanced backcrossing and molecular marker-assisted selection. Using the SSSLs, the QTLs for the important agronomic traits in rice would be detected under different environmental conditions. Detection of the QTLs controlling 22 important traits in rice was done with 32 SSSLs by the randomized block design in 2-4 cropping seasons. 59 QTLs were detected and distributed on chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, and 11, of which 18 QTLs were detected more than twice. Only 30.5% of the QTLs were detected repeatedly in different cropping seasons. Most of the QTLs of important agronomic traits were of little additive effects and instability. The QTLs controlling the traits, such as grain weight, grain length, ratio of grain length to width, and heading date were relatively stable. The stable QTLs usually had larger additive effects and were less affected by environment. The QTLs for the important agronomic traits were detected using the SSSLs in rice with high resolution under different environmental conditions. The instability of the QTLs may be the basis of the variation of rice plants during growth and development. It would be the genetic basis for improving yield and quality in rice cultivars by farming methods.

Tiller is one of the most important agronomic traits which influences quantity and quality of effective panicles and finally influences yield in rice. It is important to understand ＂static＂ and ＂dynamic＂ information of the QTLs for tillers in rice. This work was the first time to simultaneously map unconditional and conditional QTLs for tiller numbers at various stages by using single segment substitution lines in rice. Fourteen QTLs for tiller number, distributing on the corresponding substitution segments of chromosomes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 were detected. Both the number and the effect of the QTLs for tiller number were various at different stages, from 6 to 9 in the number and from 1.49 to 3.49 in the effect, respectively. Tiller number QTLs expressed in a time order, mainly detected at three stages of 0-7 d, 14-21 d and 35-42 d after transplanting with 6 positive, 9 random and 6 negative expressing QTLs, respectively. Each of the QTLs expressed one time at least during the whole duration of rice. The tiller number at a specific stage was determined by sum of QTL effects estimated by the unconditional method, while the increasing or decreasing number in a given time interval was controlled by the total of QTL effects estimated by the conditional method. These results demonstrated that it is highly effective and accurate for mapping of the QTLs by using single segment substitution lines and the conditional analysis methodology.

We theoretically investigate the spin resolved Friedel oscillation （FO） and quasiparticle interference （QPI） in graphene induced by an Anderson *** the impurity becomes magnetic,the resulted FO becomes spin dependent,which gives rise to a local magnetic moment oscillation with an envelop decaying as r-2in real space in the doping ***,at half filling,the electron density and local magnetic moment will not oscillate but decay as *** spin resolved FO has both sublattice and spin ***,the local magnetic moment decay at half filling only occurs at one sublattice of graphene,which is quite like the phenomenon observed in the STM experiment (***ález-Herrero et al.,Science 352,437 （2016）).We further give an analytic formula about such spin dependent FO based on the stationary phase ***,we study the interference of quasiparticles around the magnetic impurity by calculating the spin dependent Fourier-transformed local density of states （FT-LDOS）.Our work gives a comprehensive understanding about the local magnetic moment oscillation around an Anderson impurity on graphene.

Since 1991, liCoO2 used as cathode material of lithium-ion rechargeable batteries has attracted much attention in the industry of portable power apparatus such as mobiles, laptops and camcorders, etc. However, the production technologies of liCoO2 have always been possessed by the foreign corporations. Although a plenty of research work has been performed in domestics, it is almost impossible to surpass the technological rampart, which renders our state to subject to much foreign exchange *** preparation methods such as solid state reaction, sol-gel process and hydrothermal synthesis et al have been reported in the literature. Via our studies, it is found that in the process of liCoO2 synthesis not only lithium sources but also cobalt sources can play an important part in the physical and electrochemical properties, and also have a remarkable influence on the properties of *** as for the different synthesis methods, the necessary cobalt source is different, and as for the same synthesis method, the liCoO2 prepared with different cobalt sources has different electrochemical *** far, the detailed findings on the liCoO2 cathode material synthesized with various cobalt sources have not been reported yet in the literature. In this paper, the following work has been carried *** liCoO2 cathode material was synthesized by liquid-phase soft-chemistry process and solid state reaction at higher temperature with different cobalt sources respectively, and characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, TEM, laser particle size distribution and electrochemical testing. Its properties were compared. The effects of different cobalt sources, aqueous ammonia and ethanol additives on the physical and electrochemical properties of liCoO2 cathode materials were investigated. Alzheimer's disease,the primary cause of dementia,is characterized by neuropathologies,such as amyloid plaques,synaptic and neuronal degeneration,and neurofibrillary *** amyloid plaques are the primary characteristic of Alzheimer's disease in the central nervous system and peripheral organs,targeting amyloid-beta clearance in the central nervous system has shown limited clinical efficacy in Alzheimer's disease *** abnormalities are commonly observed in patients with Alzheimer's *** liver is the primary peripheral organ involved in amyloid-beta metabolism,playing a crucial role in the pathophysiology of Alzheimer's ***,impaired cholesterol metabolism in the liver may exacerbate the development of Alzheimer's *** this review,we explore the underlying causes of Alzheimer's disease and elucidate the role of the liver in amyloid-beta clearance and cholesterol ***,we propose that restoring normal cholesterol metabolism in the liver could represent a promising therapeutic strategy for addressing Alzheimer's disease.
