Sijunzi decoction (SJZD) is a Chinese classical formula to treat spleen qi deficiency syndrome (SQDS) and has been widely used for thousands of ***,the quality control (QC) standards of SJZD are *** has been designed to discover and verify bioactive compounds of a variety of *** this study,we used Chinmedomics to evaluate the SJZD's efficacy against SQDS to discover the potential quality-markers (q-markers) for QC.A total of 56 compounds in SJZD were characterized in vitro,and 23 compounds were discovered in vivo.A total of 58 biomarkers were related to SQDS,and SJZD can adjust a large proportion of marker metabolites to normal level and then regulate the metabolic profile to the health status.A total of 10 constituents were absorbed as effective ingredients that were associated with overall *** preliminarily determined malonyl-ginsenoside Rb2 and ginsenoside Ro as the q-markers of ginseng;dehydrotumulosic acid and dihydroxy lanostene-triene-21-acid as the q-markers of poria;glycyrrhizic acid,isoglabrolide,and glycyrrhetnic acid as the q-markers of licorice;and 2-atractylenolide as the q-marker of *** to the discovery of the SJZD q-markers,we can establish the quality standard that is related to efficacy.

Introducing inorganic cation into hybrid organic-inorganic perovskites(HOIPs)has attracted great attention because of the enhancement stabilities without sacrificing their excellent optoelectronic ***,we introduce Cs and Rb into MAPbI_(1.8)Br_(1.2)single crystals(SCs)to dig out the mixed cation effect on optoelectronic performances and phase *** Rb and Cs can increase the lattice capacity,which is sufficient to relieve the lattice stress caused by photon energy,thus achieving the purpose of stabilizing the lattice structure and inhibiting migration of halide ions,compared with MAPbI_(1.8)Br_(1.2)*** the other hand,the smaller polarity of Rb and Cs reduces the electron-phonon coupling,thus significantly inhibiting the migration of halide ***,through planar photo-detectors,MA_(0.9)Cs_(0.1)PbI_(1.8)Br_(1.2)-based device behaves much excellent optoelectronic performance(R=0.170 A/W,EQE=51.39%,D^(*)=4.42×10^(12)Jones,on/off ratio:~522).

香蕉ADA1家族成员鉴定及其在生物和非生物胁迫下的表达分析

Spt-Ada-Gcn5-乙酰转移酶(Spt-Ada-Gcn5-acetyltransferase,SAGA)是高度保守的辅助转录起始复合物,转录接头蛋白-激活的改变/缺失亚基1(alteration/deficiency in activation 1,ADA1),也称作组蛋白H2A功能互作因子1(histone H2A functional interactor 1,HFI1),它是SAGA核心模块中的一个亚基,在植物的生长发育和抗逆性方面发挥着重要的作用。为了解香蕉ADA1的分子特性,本研究基于香蕉基因组数据库,对香蕉ADA1基因家族成员进行鉴定,分析其基本理化性质、系统进化、选择压力、启动子顺式作用元件及生物与非生物胁迫下的表达等。结果显示,香蕉A、B及阿宽蕉基因组中分别有10、6、7个ADA1家族成员;成员均为不稳定的亲水性蛋白,均保守地含有SAGA-Tad1结构域,MaADA1和MbADA1均可与SAGA核心模块中的SAGA相关因子11(SAGA-associated factor 11,Sgf11)互作;系统发育显示香蕉ADA1基因家族成员可划分为3个亚族,进化过程中大多受纯化选择;香蕉ADA1基因家族成员的基因结构差异性较大;香蕉ADA1基因家族成员含有多个响应激素的作用元件;MaADA1-1可能对香蕉在低温胁迫下的抗性起着重要的作用,MaADA1均响应香蕉枯萎病菌胁迫。本研究表明,ADA1基因家族成员在香蕉中高度保守,并可能响应生物与非生物胁迫。

长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)在人类癌症中具有重要作用。小核仁RNA宿主基因8(small nucleolar RNA host gene 8,SNHG8)被发现与多种人类疾病有关,如食管癌、肝癌、胃癌、心肌梗死等。基于以往对于SNHG8表达的研究,SNHG8可作为竞争性内源性RNA(competitive endogenous RNA,ceRNA)调节疾病的发生和进展,通过作用于相关miRNA及miRNA靶基因调节下游信号通路。此外,SNHG8的过表达与患者的临床特征密切相关,并通过不同作用机制调节肿瘤细胞的增殖、侵袭、转移以及抗凋亡。SNHG8在疾病发生和进展中的作用表明,SNHG8可作为疾病治疗、检测的新靶点或生物标志物。

Migration and transformation of Pb,Cu,and Zn during co-combustion of high-chlorine-alkaline coal and Si/Al dominated coal

Shaerhu(SEH)coal is abundant in Xinjiang,*** utilization of SEH suffers from severe ash deposition,slagging,and fouling problems due to its high-chlorine-alkaline *** co-combustion of high-alkaline coal and other type coals containing high Si/Al oxides has been proven to be a simple and effective method that will alleviate ash-related problems,but the risk of heavy metals(HMs)contamination in this process is ***,the volatilization rates and chemical speciation of Pb,Cu,and Zn in co-combusting SEH and a high Si/Al oxides coal,i.e.,Yuanbaoshan(YBS)coal were investigated in this *** results showed that the addition of SEH increased the volatilization rates of Pb,Cu,and Zn during the co-combustion at 800℃from 23.70%,23.97%,and 34.98%to 82.31%,30.01%,and 44.03%,respectively,and promoted the extractable state of Cu and *** addition,the interaction between SEH and YBS inhibited the formation of the Pb residue ***-EDS mapping results showed that compared to Zn and Cu,the signal intensity of Pb was extremely weak in regions where some of the Si and Al signal distributions *** DFT results indicated that the O atoms of the metakaolin(Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))(001)surface were better bound to the Zn and Cu than Pb atoms after adsorption of the chlorinated *** results contribute to a better understanding of the effects of high-alkaline coal blending combustion on Pb,Cu,and Zn migration and transformation.

随着大量可再生分布式电源接入,其出力固有的随机性,使传统的电网重构和无功优化方法难以满足配电网安全经济运行的需要。为此,提出一种基于极限场景的两阶段主动配电网重构与无功电压调整联合鲁棒优化方法。该方法采用极限场景法处理随机变量,对电网重构与无功电压调整进行联合优化,在保证经济性的同时,能有效应对可再生分布式电源出力的大幅随机波动性。首先,以系统运行网损最小为目标,建立主动配电网重构与无功电压调整联合优化模型,并采用大M法、二阶锥松弛方法将原非凸模型转换为混合整数二阶锥规划模型;然后,考虑可再生分布式电源出力的随机性,采用极限场景法,在第一阶段决策出重构方案和有载调压分接头等慢速调节设备的运行状态,从而使第二阶段的快速调节设备能应对可再生分布式电源出力的随机大幅波动;最后,在修改的IEEE 33节点配电网上进行仿真,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。
