Experimental study of solid-liquid origami composite structures with improved impact resistance

In this paper,a liquid-solid origami composite design is proposed for the improvement of impact *** this design strategy,Kresling origami composite structures with different fillings were designed and fabricated,namely air,water,and shear thickening fluid(STF).Quasi-static compression and drop-weight impact experiments were carried out to compare and reveal the static and dynamic mechanical behavior of these *** results from drop-weight impact experiments demonstrated that the solid-liquid Kresling origami composite structures exhibited superior yield strength and reduced peak force when compared to their empty ***,the Kresling origami structures filled with STF exhibited significantly heightened yield strength and reduced peak *** example,at an impact velocity of 3 m/s,the yield strength of single-layer STF-filled Kresling origami structures increased by 772.7%and the peak force decreased by 68.6%.This liquid-solid origami composite design holds the potential to advance the application of origami structures in critical areas such as aerospace,intelligent protection and other important *** demonstrated improvements in impact resistance underscore the practical viability of this approach in enhancing structural performance for a range of applications.

目的探讨低剂量对比剂结合静脉团注追踪法在鼻咽癌放疗定位中的应用价值。方法前瞻性收集100例拟行放疗定位CT扫描的鼻咽癌患者的相关资料,并采用随机数表法将患者分为两组。对照组(50例)给予碘对比剂80 ml,行常规定位扫描,延迟扫描时间50 s;观察组(50例)给予碘对比剂50~60 ml,采用静脉团注追踪技术定位扫描,观察时间-CT值监测曲线,待峰值跌落时手动触发扫描。比较两组图像质量评分、增强强化值、碘对比剂剂量,并评估不同造影剂用量下计划靶区的剂量计算差异。用独立样本t检验比较剂量差值,用Wilcoxon秩和检验比较图像评分的差异。结果观察组中的碘对比剂用量较对照组减少28.75%(t=-42.11,P0.05);两组图像均能满足放疗靶区勾画的要求,主观评分间的差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.36,P=0.175),鼻咽部GTV的信噪比、对比噪声比在两组间的差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.05),2名医师对图像主观评分及GTV靶区显示情况的结果一致性较高,κ值为0.77;不同造影剂用量下两组患者的计划靶区剂量差值间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在鼻咽癌放疗定位中,应用低剂量对比剂结合静脉团注追踪技术可以保证图像质量并满足靶区勾画,有效降低患者碘对比剂的摄入量,降低患者碘对比剂不良反应的风险,值得推广应用。

Dear Editor,In recent years,the rapid development of immunotherapy has brought survival benefits for lung squamous cell carcinoma(LUSC)patients who have rare treatment ***,there are still some patients with immunotherapy resistance,which is the root cause of the low benefit rate and disease progression of the overall population,and it is an urgent problem to be *** for tumor mutation burden,the tumor immune microenvironment(TIME)as characterized by infiltration of CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and PD-L1 expression has been associated with the efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs).In our previous studies,we have demonstrated that psoriasin,also known as S100 calcium-binding protein A7(S100A7),not only accelerates tumor progression via the activation of the p-Erk pathway in LUSC and the p-Erk and p-FAK pathways in esophageal squamous cell carcinomas(ESCC)but also remodels the tumor microenvironment by promoting angiogenesis and M2 macrophage infiltration in ESCC.1,2 However,the role of S100A7 in the TIME and immunotherapy efficacy in LUSC remains to be elucidated.

宫颈癌腔内近距离放疗中宫腔管的重建点研究

目的探讨宫颈癌腔内近距离放射治疗中宫腔管不同重建点对源驻留位置及计划剂量学的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年5月至2022年10月在柳州市工人医院完成根治性放射治疗的43例宫颈癌患者的资料。患者年龄32~79岁, 病理类型为鳞癌40例, 腺癌3... 详细信息

目的探讨宫颈癌腔内近距离放射治疗中宫腔管不同重建点对源驻留位置及计划剂量学的影响。方法回顾性分析2020年5月至2022年10月在柳州市工人医院完成根治性放射治疗的43例宫颈癌患者的资料。患者年龄32~79岁, 病理类型为鳞癌40例, 腺癌3例, 均接受外照射(50.4 Gy分28次)和CT引导下的腔内(45°宫腔管)近距离治疗(36 Gy分6次)。近距离治疗采用Fletcher施源器, 其宫腔管弯曲角度有15°、30°和45°。为每位患者模拟制订2套近距离治疗计划。一套计划提取患者近距离治疗CT模拟定位图像及原始计划, 将45°宫腔管弯曲部分重建点调整为逐层重建, 根据处方优化计划至符合临床要求, 称为逐层组。另一套计划以逐层组为模板, 仅调整45°宫腔管弯曲部分重建点至1、3、5、7个, 不修改驻留权重及其他参数, 分别称为平均1、3、5、7组。对15°、30°和45°宫腔管分别进行不同重建点个数时的偏差分析, 比较45°、30°与15°宫腔管在不同重建点时的重建偏差。采用配对样本t检验或Wilcoxon符号秩检验比较45°宫腔管的两组计划的高危临床靶区(HR-CTV)D_(50%)、D_(90%)、D_(100%)、V_(100%)、V_(150%)、V_(200%)和适形指数(CI), 及膀胱、直肠和小肠的D_(2 cm^(3))、D_(1 cm^(3))、D_(0.1 cm^(3))的差异。结果 45°宫腔管平均组重建偏差主要来源于宫腔管垂直方向。45°(1、3、5、7个重建点)、30°(1、3、5个重建点)与15°(1、2个重建点)宫腔管的平均重建偏差分别为1.30、0.32、0.14、0.08 mm, 0.57、0.14、0.06 mm, 0.14、0.06 mm。逐层组的HR-CTV参数与平均5组、平均7组的差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.005), 平均5组与平均7组间的剂量学参数差异也无统计学意义(均为P>0.005)。膀胱和直肠的剂量学参数在逐层组与平均组之间或在各平均组之间差异均无统计学意义(均为P>0.005)。逐层组的小肠剂量学参数较平均1组增加, 差异有统计学意义(P值分别为0.002, 0.005), 平均5组的小肠剂量学参数与平均7组比较差异无统计学意义(均为P>0.005)。平均组小肠D0.1 cm3、D1 cm3和D2 cm3的剂量偏差在1个重建点时分别为2.41%±1.70%、1.95%±1.27%和1.71%±1.10%。结论宫颈癌腔内近距离放射治疗中, 建议15°、30°与45°Fletcher宫腔管弯曲部分重建点应分别不少于1、3和5个。

With drilling and seismic data of Transtensional(strike-slip)Fault System in the Ziyang area of the central Sichuan Basin,SW China plane-section integrated structural interpretation,3-D fault framework model building,fault throw analyzing,and balanced profile restoration,it is pointed out that the transtensional fault system in the Ziyang 3-D seismic survey consists of the northeast-trending F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones dominated by extensional deformation,as well as 3 sets of northwest-trending en echelon normal faults experienced dextral shear *** them,the F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones cut through the Neoproterozoic to Lower Triassic Jialingjiang Formation,presenting a 3-D structure of an“S”-shaped *** before Permian and during the Early Triassic,the F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones underwent at least two periods of structural ***,the 3 sets of northwest-trending en echelon normal faults are composed of small normal faults arranged in pairs,with opposite dip directions and partially left-stepped *** before Permian,they had formed almost,restricting the eastward growth and propagation of the F_(I)19 fault *** F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones communicate multiple sets of source rocks and reservoirs from deep to shallow,and the timing of fault activity matches well with oil and gas generation *** there were favorable Cambrian-Triassic sedimentary facies and reservoirs developing on the local anticlinal belts of both sides of the F_(I)19 and F_(I)20 fault zones,the major reservoirs in this area are expected to achieve breakthroughs in oil and gas exploration.
