It is essential to predict the treatment efficacy of pancreatic carcinoma *** purpose of this study was to examine whether ^(18)F-FDG(2'-deoxy-2'-[^(18)F]fiuoro-D-glucose) or ^(18)F-FLT(3'-deoxy-3'-^(18)F-fluorothymidine) PET can be used for chemosensitivity testing by investigating the binding characteristic of ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT with Patu 8988 human pancreatic carcinoma cell and the influence of gemcitabine in the uptake of ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT on Patu *** the conditions of 1×10~6 cells,3.7 kBq ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT,and incubation at 37℃for 100 min,the cell uptake of ^(18)F-FDG and ^(18)F-FLT was(60.60±3.05)%and(50.57±2.81)%,*** was a significant decrease in TKl-LI(thymidine kinase 1 labeling index) 24 h after administration of *** uptakes of ^(18)F-FDG and ^(18)F-FLT were negatively correlated with the doses of gemcitabine(r= -0.928 for ^(18)F-FDG,r= -0.876 for ^(18)F-FLT,Pbine were administered,the ^(18)F-FLT uptake inhibition rate was significantly higher than that of ^(18)F-FDG(Pbine could be predicted as early as 24 h by ^(18)F-FDG or ^(18)F-FLT PET scans.^(18)F-FLT is more sensitive than ^(18)F-FDG to predict the response to therapy.

Preparation and Characterization of Silica Aerogels Derived from Ambient Pressure

Silica aerogels were prepared by sol-gel technique from industrial silicon derivatives （polyethoxydisiloxanes, E40）, followed by silylation and drying under ambient pressure. The specific surface area, pore size distribution and thermal conductivity of the silica aerogels were investigated and the results showed that the diameter of the silica particles is about 6 nm and the average pore size of the silica aerogels is 14.7 nm. The specific surface area of which is about 1000 m^2.g^-1 and the thermal conductivity is about 0.014 wm^-l.K^-1 at room temperature and pressure of 1.01×10^5 Pa. The Si-CH3 groups were also detected on the internal surface of the silica aerogels, which show hydrophobic. Silica aerogels derived by this technique is low cost and have wide applications.

Composite materials exhibit the impressive mechanical properties of high damping and stiffness,which cannot be attained by employing conventional single *** these lines,a novel material architecture is presented in this work in order to fabricate composites with enhanced mechanical *** specifically,entangled metallic wire materials were used as the active matrix,whereas polyurethane was employed as the reinforcement *** a result,an entangled metallic wire material-polyurethane composite with high damping and stiffness was prepared by enforcing the vacuum infiltration *** top of that,the mechanical properties(loss factor,energy consumption,and average stiffness)of the proposed composite materials were characterized by performing dynamic tests,and its fatigue characteristics were verified by the micro-interface bonding,as well as the macro-damage *** impact of the density,preloading spacing,loading amplitude,and exciting frequency on the mechanical properties of the composites were also thoroughly *** extracted results indicate that the mechanical properties of the composites were significantly enhanced than those of the pure materials due to the introduction of interface ***,the average stiffness of the composites was about 10 times the respective value of the entangled metallic wire ***,a rise in the loading period leads to some failure between the composite interfaces,which reduces the stiffness property but enhances the damping dissipation ***,a comprehensive dynamic mechanical model of the composites was established,while it was experimentally *** proposed composites possess higher damping features,i.e.,stiffness characteristics,and maintain better fatigue characteristics,which can broaden the application range of the *** addition,we provide a theoretical and experimental framework for the research and applications in the field of metal ma

A new kind of Mn Mo Nb Cu B bainite steel which satisfied mechanical demands of E690 offshore plate steel was designed. The effect of two processes thermomechanical control process （TMCP）＋ tempering （T） and thermomechanical control process （TMCP）＋ reheating and quenching （RQ）＋ tempering （T） on microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by means of scan electron microscope （SEM）, transmission electron micro- scope （TEM） and electron back scatter diffraction （EBSD）. The results showed that optimal mechanical properties were available when tempering at 550 ℃ for both processes. The microstructure of the TMCP＋T treated sample tempering in the range of 450 to 550 ℃ for 1 h did not change dramatically yet the lath in the TMCP＋RQ＋T trea- ted sample merged together and transformed into polygonal ferrite. At the same time, the sub-structure of grain bainite transformed from lath to cell shape to refine grains with tempering temperature mounting. Lots of sub-grain boundaries were located within bainite and adjacent bainite grain boundaries were high angle.

The successful application of perimeter control of urban traffic system strongly depends on the macroscopic fundamental diagram of the targeted *** intensive studies on the partitioning of urban road networks,the dynamic partitioning of urban regions reflecting the propagation of congestion remains an open *** paper proposes to partition the network into homogeneous sub-regions based on random walk *** from selected random walkers,the road network is partitioned from the early morning when congestion emerges.A modified Akaike information criterion is defined to find the optimal number of *** boundary adjustment algorithms are adopted to optimize the partitioning results to further ensure the correlation of *** traffic data of Melbourne city are used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed partitioning method.

Numerical simulations of the flow and heat transfer characteristics of four shell-and-tube molten salt electric heaters with different perforation rates was ***-and-tube electric heaters have the same geometry and tube arrangement,and all of them use single segmental baffles,but there exist four different baffle openings(φ),i.e.,0%,2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%.The results indicated that the reasonable baffle opening could significantly reduce the shell-side pressure drop,effectively decreasing the shell-side flow dead zone *** can eliminate the local high-temperature phenomenon on the surface of electric heating tubes,but the heat transfer coefficient is slightly *** perforated schemes significantly reduce shell-side pressure drop compared to the baseline solution without open *** particular,the φ=6.31% scheme exhibits the optimal performance among all the schemes,with a maximum reduction of up to 50.50% in shell-side pressure drop relative to the unopened holes *** heat transfer coefficient is the highest for φ=0%,exhibiting a range of5.26% to 5.73%,5.14% to 5.99%,and 7.31% to 8.54% higher than φ=2.52%,4.06%,and 6.31%,respectively,within the calculated *** composite index h/(Δp)^(1/3)was higher for all open-hole solutions than that for the unopened-hole *** best overall performance was for φ=6.31%,which improved the composite index by15.29%to 17.18%over the unopened-hole solution.

利用有限元数值分析方法研究了椭球状石英毛细管微气泡回音壁模式特性及其折射率传感性能.计算分析了不同半径与内壁厚度情况下空芯和液芯椭球形微气泡模式特征,包括品质因数、有效折射率和能量比等,并探讨了微气泡在高灵敏度和高分辨率折射率传感方面的应用潜能.研究结果表明微气泡膨胀至350μm,且内壁厚度为1μm时分辨率和灵敏度最佳;在该厚度范围附近,微气泡分辨率不会因为半径尺寸的改变而发生太大变化;二阶径向模具有较高品质因数,其灵敏度略高于一阶基模,且使用二阶径向模可降低在制造时对结构壁厚控制精度的要求,可用于实际传感应用中.研究结果对微气泡的进一步实验研制具有理论参考价值.

Early identification and treatment of stroke can greatly improve patient outcomes and quality of *** clinical tests such as the Cincinnati Pre-hospital Stroke Scale(CPSS)and the Face Arm Speech Test(FAST)are commonly used for stroke screening,accurate administration is dependent on specialized *** this study,we proposed a novel multimodal deep learning approach,based on the FAST,for assessing suspected stroke patients exhibiting symptoms such as limb weakness,facial paresis,and speech disorders in acute *** collected a dataset comprising videos and audio recordings of emergency room patients performing designated limb movements,facial expressions,and speech tests based on the *** compared the constructed deep learning model,which was designed to process multi-modal datasets,with six prior models that achieved good action classification performance,including the I3D,SlowFast,X3D,TPN,TimeSformer,and *** found that the findings of our deep learning model had a higher clinical value compared with the other ***,the multi-modal model outperformed its single-module variants,highlighting the benefit of utilizing multiple types of patient data,such as action videos and speech *** results indicate that a multi-modal deep learning model combined with the FAST could greatly improve the accuracy and sensitivity of early stroke identification of stroke,thus providing a practical and powerful tool for assessing stroke patients in an emergency clinical setting.

Although ignition had been achieved at the National Ignition Facility(NIF),recent observations of the experiments indicate novel physics that beyond theoretical predictions emerge,e.g.,the neutron analysis of experiments has revealed deviations from the Maxwellian distributions in ion relative kinetic energies of burning plasmas,with the surprising emergence of supra-thermal deuterium and tritium(DT)ions that fall outside the predictions of macroscopic statistical hydrodynamic *** our newly developed hybrid-particle-in-cell code,incorporating the newly-proposed model of large-angle collisions,we infer that that this could be attributed to the increased significance of large-angle collisions among DT ions andα-particles in the burning *** and unprecedented kinetic investigations into the implications of large-angle collisions in the burning plasma have yielded several key findings,including an ignition moment promotion by~10 ps,the presence of supra-thermal ions below an energy threshold,and approximately twice the expected deposition ofα-particles *** rationality of our findings is confirmed through the congruency between the neutron spectral moment analyses conducted by the NIF and our kinetic simulations,both highlighting progressively widening disparities between neutron spectral moment analyses and hydrodynamics predictions,which becomes more pronounced as the yield *** kinetic simulations with large-angle collisions not only provide novel insights for experiment interpretation but also open new research opportunities for the largely unexplored regime of the nuclear burning plasmas,which are distinguished by their exceptionally high energy densities and hold immense potential for illuminating the intricate physics that underpins the evolution of the early universe.
