本文从地方院校办学定位出发,将地区特色文化融入课程教育全过程,培养具有地区情怀、服务地区意识的优秀人才,为地方院校课程思政建设提供一种新思路。以岭南师范学院化学化工学院《工程制图与CAD》教学为例,以粤西文化和岭师文化教育为特色,将价值塑造融入课程教育全过程,根据“目标-内容-教学-评价”一致原则,重构教学目标、教学内容、教学过程和教学评价,培养学生大国工匠精神以及爱党、爱国、爱粤西和爱校情怀,努力培育担当民族复兴大任的“岭师人”。

有～ 3 .8 Ga 和 Hf 模型的 U-Pb 年龄的锆石的出现在华南～ 4 .0 Ga 变老在华南建议地府的外壳的残余的存在。而且，有象 4.1 Ga 一样旧的 U-Pb 年龄的由岩屑形成的锆石在西藏被发现了。这是到目前为止在中国报导的最旧的锆石。这些结果暗示那个大陆人外壳比以前想在是更普遍的晚地府，但是它的多数高效地被重做进太古代的大陆人外壳。根据可得到的锆石 U-Pb 年龄和 Hf 同位素数据，看来，在华南的大陆人外壳的生长后来开始了早太古代，但是著名计算机生产厂商通过重做的有能力的 cratonic 块没发生直到 Paleoproterozoic。自从 Eoarchean，因此，板 tectonics 的某形式的操作可以发生在中国大陆。华南 craton 的起始的破坏被集中的 magmatic 活动在 Neoproterozoic 期间与超级大陆 Rodinia 的集会和决裂联合引起。然而，大多数太古代并且在华南的 Paleoproterozoic 外壳的材料不作为表面岩石发生，但是作为分散的外壳的残余存在。不过， Neoproterozoic magmatism 的出现仍然是签名把华南与诺思中国区分开来。

Ginkgo biloba extract alleviates fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome in laying hens via reshaping gut microbiota

Background Ginkgo biloba extract(GBE)is evidenced to be effective in the prevention and alleviation of metabolic disorders,including obesity,diabetes and fatty liver ***,the role of GBE in alleviating fatty liver hemorrhagic syndrome(FLHS)in laying hens and the underlying mechanisms remain to be ***,we investigated the effects of GBE on relieving FLHS with an emphasis on the modulatory role of GBE in chicken gut *** The results showed that GBE treatment ameliorated biochemical blood indicators in high-fat diet(HFD)-induced FLHS laying hen model by decreasing the levels of TG,TC,ALT and *** lipid accumulation and pathological score of liver were also relieved after GBE ***,GBE treatment enhanced the antioxidant activity of liver and serum by increasing GSH,SOD,T-AOC,GSH-PX and reducing MDA,and downregulated the expression of genes related to lipid synthesis(FAS,LXRα,GPAT1,PPARγand Ch REBP1)and inflammatory cytokines(TNF-α,IL-6,TLR4 and NF-κB)in the *** profiling analysis revealed that GBE treatment reshaped the HFD-perturbed gut microbiota,particularly elevated the abundance of Megasphaera in the ***,targeted metabolomic analysis of SCFAs revealed that GBE treatment significantly promoted the production of total SCFAs,acetate and propionate,which were positively correlated with the GBE-enriched gut ***,we confirmed that the GBE-altered gut microbiota was sufficient to alleviate FLHS by fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT).Conclusions We provided evidence that GBE alleviated FLHS in HFD-induced laying hens through reshaping the composition of gut *** findings shed light on mechanism underlying the anti-FLHS efficacy of GBE and lay foundations for future use of GBE as additive to prevent and control FLHS in laying hen industry.

设计了荧光和羟基修饰聚天冬氨酸的制备、表征和阻垢性能的综合实验。首先合成了水溶性荧光物质和聚琥珀酰亚胺(PSI),然后用该荧光物质和乙醇胺修饰PSI并碱性水解,获得目标阻垢剂。用1H NMR、凝胶渗透色谱和荧光分光光度计表征该阻垢剂,并通过静态阻垢试验测试该阻垢剂的阻垢性能。本实验融合了高分子化学、有机化学和分析化学内容,体现了“合成–表征–分析”的科学研究过程,强调了“物质–结构–性能”的科研思维模式,可以培养学生的实验素养和科研能力。

Polybrominated diphenyl ethers in soil from three typical industrial areas in Beijing, China

Areas containing industrial facilities belonging to three different typical industries that may cause pollution by polybrominated diphenyl ethers （PBDEs） in Beijing, China were investigated. Specifically, the areas contained a solid waste incineration plant, a chemical factory, and a heat and power plant. Investigation of the pollution status of PBDEs in the surface soil from areas around these industries revealed the highest concentration of 42 PBDE congeners （118 ng/g, dry mass） at the solid waste incineration plant. In the other two plants, the highest concentrations were both 26 ng/g （dry mass）. Among the PBDE homologues, the PBDE contamination at all sites showed similar congener compositions, with BDE 209 being the dominant congener. Our findings established the first contamination status of three typical industrial areas in Beijing. Furthermore, the total concentrations of 42 PBDE congeners tended to decrease as the distance from the investigated plants increased. Overall, these plants were identified as potential pollution sources of PBDEs in Beijing. Moreover, Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the major PBDE source in Beijing may be associated with the technical deca-BDE and penta-BDE mixture. Based on the data obtained in this preliminary investigation, further study of the potential of these sources to emit PBDEs in Beijing is warranted.

Improved Geotechnical Behavior of an Expansive Soil Amended with Cationic Polyacrylamide

The characteristics of soil treated with cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)mass content of 0%,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,and 1%were investigated through a series of laboratory tests to explore the practical engineering effect of an expansive soil amended with environmental protection material *** results indicate that with the increasing CPAM content,the liquid limit and plasticity index of soil decrease,the plastic limit increases,and the free swelling ratio and loaded swelling ratio ***,the improved soil has less disintegrating property and better water *** shear strength increases as the content increases,and the optimal content is 0.6%.Meanwhile,the cohesion of the soil first increases and then decreases,and the internal friction angle ***,the unconfined compressive strength first increases and then *** improved soil presents the characteristics of brittle failure and reaches the peak value(410.1 kPa)at the content of 0.8%after curing for 14 *** electron microscope(SEM)exhibits that the number of curved and wrinkled sections of the expansive soil is reduced after CPAM ***,the arrangement of the superimposed polymer changes from face-face to side-angle or side-face-angle,and the reticular structure formed improves the strength and spatial stability of the ***,adding appropriate cationic polyacrylamide could improve expansive soil in engineering.

Chicken is an important food animal worldwide and plays an important role in human life by providing meat and *** recent significant advances in gut microbiome studies,a comprehensive study of chicken gut bacterial,archaeal,and viral genomes remains *** this study,we constructed a chicken multi-kingdom microbiome catalog(CMKMC),including 18,201 bacterial,225 archaeal,and 33,411 viral genomes,and annotated over 6,076,006 protein-coding genes by integrating 135 chicken gut metagenomes and publicly available metagenome-assembled genomes(MAGs)from ten *** found that 812 and 240 MAGs in our dataset were putative novel species and genera,respectively,far beyond what was previously *** newly unclassified MAGs were predominant in Phyla Firmicutes_A(n=263),followed by Firmicutes(n=126),Bacteroidota(n=121),and Proteobacteria(n=87).Most of the classified species-level viral oper-ational taxonomic units belong to ***,63.24%of chicken gut viromes are predicted to infect two or more hosts,including complete circular ***,we found that diverse auxiliary metabolic genes and antibiotic resistance genes were carried by ***,our CMKMC provides the largest integrated MAGs and viral genomes from the chicken gut to date,functional insights into the chicken gastrointestinal tract microbiota,and paves the way for microbial interventions for better chicken health and productivity.

Objective:We aimed to retrospectively analyze the toxicity profiles and predictors of immune-related adverse events(irAEs)as well as the correlation between irAEs and the clinical efficacy of multi-type immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)in patients with advanced pan-cancer in a real-world ***:We retrospectively analyzed data from 105 patients with advanced pan-cancer treated with multi-type ICIs at the First Hospital of Jilin University between January 1,2016 and August 1,*** used logistic regression analyses to investigate the associations of irAEs with clinical baseline characteristics,blood count parameters,and biochemical indicators during *** operating characteristic curves were used to determine cutoff values for parameters and area under the curve ***–Meier and Cox multivariate regression analyses were performed to estimate the relationships of baseline characteristics and irAEs with progression-free survival(PFS)and overall survival(OS).Results:A lower relative lymphocyte count(cutoff=28.5%),higher albumin level(cutoff=39.05 g/L),and higher absolute eosinophil count(AEC)(cutoff=0.175×10^(9)/L)were significantly associated with the occurrence of irAEs,among which a higher AEC(cutoff=0.205×10^(9)/L)was strongly associated with skin-related irAEs[odds ratios(ORs)=0.163,P=0.004].Moreover,a higher lactate dehydrogenase level(cutoff=237.5 U/L)was an independent predictor of irAEs of grade≥3(OR=0.083,P=0.023).In immune cell subgroup analysis,a lower absolute count of CD8+CD28−suppressor T cells(OR=0.806;95%confidence interval:0.643–1.011;P=0.062),which are regulatory T lymphocytes,was associated with the occurrence of irAEs,although the difference was not statistically ***,a higher percentage of CD19+B cells was associated with the occurrence of irAEs of grade≥3(P=0.02)and grade≥2(P=0.051).In addition,patients with any grade of irAE had a significantly high PFS(8.37 vs.3.77 months,hazard ratios(HR)=2.02,P
