Confinement of Fe atoms between MoS_(2. interlayers drives phase transition for improved reactivity in Fenton-like reactions

Phase manipulation of MoS_(2. from thermodynamically stable 2. phase to the unstable but more reactive 1T phase represents a crucial strategy for improving the reactivity in many *** widely adopted wet chemistry approach uses intercalating entities especially alkali metal ions to achieve the phase transition;however,these entities are normally inert for the target ***,we describe the first use of iron atoms for the intercalation of 2.-MoS_(2. layers,driving the partial transition from 2. to 1T ***,in the peroxymonosulfate(PMS)-based Fenton-like reactions,the interlayered confinement of Fe atoms not only activates the inert basal plane,but also adds more reactive Fe sites for the formation of metal-PMS complex as primary reactive species for pollutant *** the degradation of a model pollutant carbamazepine(CBZ),the Fe-intercalated MoS_(2. exhibits a first order rate constant 13.3.times higher than 2.-MoS_(2..This strategy is a new direction for manipulating the phase composition and boosting the catalytic reactivity of MoS_(2.-based catalysts in various scenarios,including environmental remediation and energy applications.

Long‐life lithium batteries enabled by a pseudo‐oversaturated electrolyte

The specific energy of Li metal batteries(LMBs)can be improved by using high‐voltage cathode materials;however,achieving long‐term stable cycling performance in the corresponding system is particularly challenging for the liquid ***,a novel pseudo‐oversaturated electrolyte(POSE)is prepared by introducing 1,1,2.2.tetrafluoroethyl‐2.2.3.3.tetrafluoropropyl ether(TTE)to adjust the coordination structure between diglyme(G2.and lithium bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)imide(LiTFSI).Surprisingly,although TTE shows little solubility to LiTFSI,the molar ratio between LiTFSI and G2.in the POSE can be increased to 1:1,which is much higher than that of the saturation state,1:*** and experimental results prove that TTE promotes closer contact of the G2.molecular with Li^(+)in the ***,it also participates in the formation of electrolyte/electrode *** electrolyte shows outstanding compatibility with both the Li metal anode and typical high‐voltage ***||Li symmetric cells show a long life of more than 2.00 h at 1 mA cm^(−2.,1 mAh cm^(−2..In the meantime,Li||LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2.(NCM811)cell with the POSE shows a high reversible capacity of 13..8 mAh g^(−1 )after 900 cycles at 4.5 V,1 C *** concept of POSE can provide new insight into the Li^(+)solvation structure and in the design of advanced electrolytes for LMBs.

OBJECTIVE:To elucidate the potential feature and mechanism of the caffeic acid 3.4-dihydroxyphenethyl ester(CADPE)molecule,which can prevent colorectal cancer(CRC)in the 1,2.Dimethylhydrazine(DMH)/dextran sodium sulphate(DSS)-induced mouse ***:Institute of cancer research(ICR)male mice were injected with 2. mg/kg DMH for a *** that,2.DSS was administered in the drinking water for another 7 *** CADPE treatment was given to the DMH/DSS induced male mice at three different periods until their *** examination was used for observing the CRC development at colonic ***(IHC),blood cells smearing and crypt damage scoring methods were used for investigating the anti-inflammation feature of CADPE related to *** reversing targets searching method was applied with artificial intelligence(AI),computeraided drug designing(CADD)and Ingenuity Pathway Analysis(IPA)techniques for predicting the potential targets and mechanism of CADPE highly related to ***:The data indicated that CADPE inhibited CRC tumor development in the colitis-associated DMH/DSS induced mouse model after giving the early *** also impeded the acute inflammation by decreasing the infiltration of neutrophils significantly during the initial stage of CRC ***,our data showed that CADPE prevented CRC by blocking active sites of three pivotal protein targets including epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR),extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK)and mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR)in two major cancer development ***:CADPE effectively prevented CRC at early stage of tumor germination in the DMH/DSS mouse model highly likely due to its anti-acute inflammation characteristic and the ability of blocking EGFR,ERK and m TOR activities in two highly related CRC developing pathways.

Wheat morphological and biochemical responses to copper oxide nanoparticles in two soils

The widespread application of copper oxide nanoparticles(CuO NPs)in agricultural production has caused growing concerns about their impact on *** this study,wheat root elongation was used to evaluate the toxic effect concentrations of CuO NPs in two soils with differing properties,collected from farmlands in Guangdong(GD)and Shandong(SD)provinces,*** morphological and biochemical properties were also assessed to explore the toxicity mechanism of CuO NPs on wheat *** root elongation results revealed lower toxic effect concentration values in the plants grown in GD soil than in SD ***,the treatment with CuO NPs at 2.0 mg Cu kg^(-1) significantly reduced wheat root and shoot biomass by 3..8%and 15.8%,respectively,in GD *** microscopy showed that CuO NPs deformed wheat roots and entered leaf cells,causing deformation and damaging the cell *** CuO NP treatments also decreased chlorophyll content,increased antioxidant enzyme activity,and increased membrane lipid peroxidation in wheat *** addition of CuO NPs significantly reduced the Zn(by 17.3.)and Fe(by 2..9%)contents in the leaves of plants grown in GD and SD soils,***,the contents of Cu,Mg,and Mn were increased by 2..4%–52.5%in GD soil and by 17.9%–71.6%in SD *** results suggested that CuO NPs showed greater toxicity to wheat plants grown in acidic soil than in alkaline soil and that the adverse effects of CuO NP treatments on wheat seedlings were due to a combination of CuO NPs and released Cu^(2.).

Municipal solid waste(MSW)is an important destination for abandoned *** the waste disposal process,large plastic debris is broken down into microplastics(MPs)and released into the ***,current research only focuses on landfill leachates,and the occurrence of MPs in other leachates has not been ***,herein,the abundance and characteristics of MPs in three types of leachates,namely,landfill leachate,residual waste leachate,and household food waste leachate,were studied,all leachates were collected from the largest waste disposal center in *** results showed that the average MP abundances in the different types of leachates ranged from(12.±54)to(12.8±184)MP particles per liter(particlesL1)and the household food waste leachate exhibited the highest MP abundance(p80%)of small MPs(2.–100 lm)in landfill leachates compared to other *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first study discussing the sources of MPs in different leachates,which is important for MP pollution control during MSW disposal.

Conceptual design, data model and key techniques of "Geo-engineer 3. assistant", an underground 3. GIS oriented to geology and mine application, were discussed. In particular, the importance of high-order smoothing triangular pieces to surface's fine expression in geological modeling was emphasized. The contour mode is the most favorite mode of the three modes about surface expression: DEM, TIN and contour. Topology in underground 3. modeling with CAGD was compared. QoS Routing Optimization Based on Deep Reinforcement Learning in SDN

To enhance the efficiency and expediency of issuing e-licenses within the power sector, we must confront thechallenge of managing the surging demand for data traffic. Within this realm, the network imposes stringentQuality of Service (QoS) requirements, revealing the inadequacies of traditional routing allocation mechanismsin accommodating such extensive data flows. In response to the imperative of handling a substantial influx of datarequests promptly and alleviating the constraints of existing technologies and network congestion, we present anarchitecture forQoS routing optimizationwith in SoftwareDefinedNetwork (SDN), leveraging deep reinforcementlearning. This innovative approach entails the separation of SDN control and transmission functionalities, centralizingcontrol over data forwardingwhile integrating deep reinforcement learning for informed routing decisions. Byfactoring in considerations such as delay, bandwidth, jitter rate, and packet loss rate, we design a reward function toguide theDeepDeterministic PolicyGradient (DDPG) algorithmin learning the optimal routing strategy to furnishsuperior QoS provision. In our empirical investigations, we juxtapose the performance of Deep ReinforcementLearning (DRL) against that of Shortest Path (SP) algorithms in terms of data packet transmission delay. Theexperimental simulation results show that our proposed algorithm has significant efficacy in reducing networkdelay and improving the overall transmission efficiency, which is superior to the traditional methods.
