Scientific knowledge about the ancestral genome of core eudicot plant kingdom can potentially have profound impacts on both basic and applied research,including evolution,genetics,genomics,ecology,agriculture,forestry,and global *** investigate which plant conserves best the core eudicots common ancestor genome,we compared Arcto-Tertiary relict Nyssaceae and 30 other eudicot plant *** genomes of Davidia involucrata(a known living fossil),Camptotheca acuminata and Nyssa sinensis,one per existent genus of Nyssaceae,were performed comparative genomic *** found that Nyssaceae originated from a single Nyssaceae common tetraploidization event(NCT)-autotetraploidization 28-31 Mya after the core eudicot common hexaploidization(ECH).We identified Nyssaceae orthologous and paralogous genes,determined its chromosomal evolutionary trajectory,and reconstructed the Nyssaceae most recent ancestor *** genome contained the entire seven paleochromosomes and 17 ECH-generated eudicot common ancestor chromosomes and was the slowest in mutation among the analyzed 42 species of 31 plant *** both its high retention of paleochromosomes and its low mutation rate,*** provides the best case in conservation of the core eudicot paleogenome.

Dear Editor,Embryonic stem cells(ESCs)and trophoblast stem cells(TSCs)are derived from blastocysts(Lu et al.,2001).Blastocyst-like structures(blastoids)are self-assembled structures formed by a combination of ESCs and TSCs(Rivron et al.,2018).To increase the success rate of blastoid formation and its similarity with the features of blastocysts,some reports showed that blastoid could also be derived from a combination of three cell lines,ESCs,TSCs,and extraembryonic endoderm cells(XENs),or novel type of stem cells(Sozen et al.,2018;Weatherbee et al.,2023:Wu et al.,2023;zhang et al.,2023;zhang et al.,2019).

京津冀地区2015~2020年臭氧浓度时空分布特征及其健康效益评估

为评估京津冀地区臭氧(O_(3))时空分布特征及其产生的健康效益,采用土地利用回归模型和随机森林模型,模拟2015~2020年京津冀地区O_(3)浓度并在此基础上估算归因于O_(3)暴露导致的全因死亡、心血管系统疾病死亡和呼吸系统疾病死亡的人数... 详细信息

为评估京津冀地区臭氧(O_(3))时空分布特征及其产生的健康效益,采用土地利用回归模型和随机森林模型,模拟2015~2020年京津冀地区O_(3)浓度并在此基础上估算归因于O_(3)暴露导致的全因死亡、心血管系统疾病死亡和呼吸系统疾病死亡的人数及相应的健康损失经济价值.结果表明,京津冀地区O_(3)浓度、归因于O_(3)暴露的死亡人数和健康损失经济价值在2015~2020年间的变化趋势相似,整体呈现波动性上升趋势;O_(3)浓度较高的地区以及变化较大的地区集中于中部和西南部,北部地区浓度较低且变化程度较小;2015~2020年归因于O_(3)暴露的死亡人数空间分布与O_(3)浓度的分布相似;2015~2020年,13个市的全因死亡和心血管系统疾病死亡健康损失经济价值均增加,4个市的呼吸系统疾病死亡健康损失经济价值下降.研究结果提示京津冀地区O_(3)污染防治重点关注地区不尽相同,综合考虑建议以北京市、天津市、衡水市和邢台市作为京津冀地区O_(3)污染防治重点地区,根据重点地区类型和特点采取差异化防治措施改善O_(3)浓度、减少归因于O_(3)暴露的死亡人数和健康损失经济价值.

镍铁渣为一般的工业固体废弃物,经改良后可直接用作道路路基填料,但其动力特性尚值得深入研究。首先,通过筛分试验分析了纯镍铁渣的级配特征,提出了掺加黏土的改良方法,确定了黏土掺量和最优含水量;其次,开展了镍铁渣-黏土动三轴试验,获得了不同黏土掺量、压实度和围压下的动骨干曲线、动弹性模量。然后,通过镍铁渣路基原位试验及理论计算,得到了下路堤在运营期的沉降值。结果表明:纯镍铁渣为级配不良的砾砂,黏土掺量和含水率分别为35%和9%,试样的最大干密度最大;随着黏土掺量增加,镍铁渣-黏土颗粒之间的孔隙随之减小,对应的动强度和动弹性模量则均随之先增大后减小,黏土掺量为35%时,动强度和动弹性模量均最大;围压和压实度越大,镍铁渣-黏土之间作用力越强,动强度和动弹性模量也越大。基于Hardin-Drnevich模型和负幂律函数,建立了镍铁渣-黏土动应力-动应变拟合关系式及动弹性模量衰减模型,回归得到了拟合参数与黏土掺量、压实度及围压之间的关系式,并通过试验数据验证了其合理性。运营期镍铁渣-黏土路堤的沉降较小,满足路基设计要求。

BACKGROUND Acute-on-chronic liver disease(AoCLD)accounts for the majority of patients hospitalized in the Department of hepatology or Infectious *** To explore the characterization of AoCLD to provide theoretical guidance for the accurate diagnosis and prognosis of *** Patients with AoCLD from the Chinese Acute-on-Chronic Liver Failure(ACLF)study cohort were included in this *** clinical characteristics and outcomes,and the 90-d survival rate associated with each clinical type of AoCLD were analyzed,using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank *** A total of 3375 patients with AoCLD were enrolled,including 1679(49.7%)patients with liver cirrhosis acute decompensation(LC-AD),850(25.2%)patients with ACLF,577(17.1%)patients with chronic hepatitis acute exacer-bation(CHAE),and 269(8.0%)patients with liver cirrhosis active phase(LC-A).The most common cause of chronic liver disease(CLD)was HBV infection(71.4%).The most common precipitants of AoCLD was bacterial infection(22.8%).The 90-d mortality rates of each clinical subtype of AoCLD were 43.4%(232/535)for type-C ACLF,36.0%(36/100)for type-B ACLF,27.0%(58/215)for type-A ACLF,9.0%(151/1679)for LC-AD,3.0%(8/269)for LC-A,and 1.2%(7/577)for *** HBV infection is the main cause of CLD,and bacterial infection is the main precipitant of *** most common clinical type of AoCLD is *** diagnosis and timely intervention are needed to reduce the mortality of patients with LC-AD or ACLF.

为解决广泛应用在大功率分布式发电系统中的多机有源中点钳位(ANPC)型三电平并网逆变器间的低频零序环流问题,提出一种基于虚拟大矢量的新型十三矢量调制(VLMZVM)策略。通过建立多机ANPC型三电平并网逆变器零序环流模型,分析零序环流产生机理和影响因素,通过检测零序环流状态,实时选择虚拟大矢量或实际大矢量合成方法来抑制零序环流,并提出区分奇偶扇区的矢量分配方法快速选择合成矢量。实验结果验证了新型VLMZVM策略能在电流突变、参数不一致、全功率因数范围都具有很好的环流抑制效果。

采用一种新型的超高速激光金属沉积工艺以提高高铬高温合金的制造效率。分别使用透射电子显微镜、拉伸试验机、磨损试验机和电化学工作站对超高速激光金属沉积高铬K648高温合金的析出相生长行为、高温力学性能、耐磨性和耐腐蚀性进行研究,并与传统激光金属沉积工艺进行比较。结果表明,超高速激光金属沉积K648合金的析出相尺寸明显小于传统激光金属沉积工艺制备的K648合金,700℃下的高温强度更高,且具有良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性。总之,超高速激光金属沉积制造的K648高铬高温合金具有良好的综合性能。
