三维水晶成像技术在胎儿脊柱产前超声检查中的应用

目的评估三维水晶成像技术在胎儿脊柱产前超声检查中的应用价值。方法选取51例行产前超声检查的孕妇,均行二维超声及三维水晶成像技术,留图保存,由两位高年资医师进行分析其成像效果。结果51例孕妇,其中包括2例半椎体胎儿。49例孕妇采用三维水晶成像技术可在不同切面上直接评估脊柱的整个发育情况,其余2例由于声窗不佳(1例)及胎儿持续躺卧不佳(1例)等技术因素,整个胎儿脊柱的可视化效果并不理想。三维水晶成像显示2例存在脊柱畸形,因其未伴有脊柱侧弯,在二维超声图像中不易察觉;其中1例冠状切面面上胸12半椎体畸形,其余椎体排列整齐。引产后得到证实。三维水晶成像技术对椎体椎弓矢状切面显示良好率、脊柱冠状切面显示良好率、脊髓圆锥定位准确率分别为96%、96%、96%,二维超声分别为96%、0、82%,三维水晶成像技术对脊柱冠状切面显示良好率、脊髓圆锥定位准确率高于二维超声,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论三维水晶成像技术在胎儿脊柱检查中具有更好的显示效果,且耗时短,有助于产前咨询和处理疑似脊柱畸形胎儿。

Far-red(FR) light regulates phytochrome-mediated morphological and physiological plant *** study aims to investigate how greenhouse tomato morphology and production response to different durations of FR light during daytime and at the end of day(EOD).High-wire tomato plants were grown under intra-canopy lighting consisting of red(peak wavelength at 640 nm) and blue(peak wavelength at 450 nm) light-emitting diodes(LEDs) with photosynthetic photon flux density(PPFD) of 144 μmol m–2 s–1 at 10 cm away from the lamps,and combined with overhead supplemental FR light(peak wavelength at 735 nm) with PPFD of 43 μmol m–2 s–1 at 20 cm below the *** were exposed to three durations of FR supplemental lighting including: 06:00–18:00(FR12),18:00–19:30(EOD-FR1.5),18:00–18:30(EOD-FR0.5),and control that without supplemental FR *** results showed that supplemental FR light significantly stimulated stem elongation thereby resulting in longer plants compared with the ***,FR light altered leaf morphology toward higher leaf length/width ratio and larger leaf *** altered plant architecture in FR supplemented plants led to a more homogeneous light distribution inside the *** plant biomass was increased by 9–16% under supplemental FR light in comparison with control,which led to 7–12% increase in ripe fruit *** sugar content of the ripe tomato fruit was slightly decreased by longer exposure of the plants to FR *** matter partitioning to different plant organs were not substantially affected by the FR light *** significant differences were observed among the three FR light treatments in plant morphology as well as yield and biomass *** conclude that under intra-canopy lighting,overhead supplemental FR light stimulates tomato growth and *** supplementary of EOD-FR0.5 is more favorable,as it consumes less electricity but induces similar effects on plant morphology and yield.

爆破振动对周边建(构)筑的影响一直受到广泛关注。以长滩露天煤矿深孔台阶爆破工程为背景,综合分析邻近11层框剪结构办公楼特点,经过多次爆破振动测试,分析了不同方向下振动速度及主频的分布特征,结合单因素分析得到高程差对不同方向振动速度的显著程度,最后基于量纲分析法研究并提出了多因素影响下的振速预测模型,并应用于爆破安全药量控制设计。主要结论如下:随着楼层的升高,主振方向由水平径向(X)变为水平切向(Y),最后变为垂向(Z);多数工况X轴与Y轴振速分别不大于0.17、0.213 cm/s,高程影响较小;Z轴振速集中在0.05~0.41 cm/s,高程放大效应在7~11层表现显著;对于三轴振动速度,最大单段药量、总药量及水平距离均具有显著性,高程差对X轴振速不具有显著性,对Y轴及Z轴具有显著性。振动主频集中在3~12 Hz,部分达到了16~30 Hz。基于办公楼振速预测模型,结合爆破安全规程及最危险工况下的爆破参数,拉底爆破总药量应控制在10267 kg之内,深孔台阶爆破总药量应控制在8268~8883 kg之间。

Ultrasonic Nebulization Extraction Coupled with Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry for Analysis of Volatile Components in Traditional Chinese Patent Medicine

The ultrasonic nebulization extraction（UNE） was developed and applied to the extraction of volatile components from traditional Chinese patent medicine Xiaoyao Pills. Several parameters of ultrasonic nebulization extraction including the sample particle size, solvent volume, extraction time and ultrasonic power were studied and selected. As a result, 2.4 g of sample with particle size of 80 mesh was extracted with 15 mL of n-hexane for 20 min at an ultrasonic power of 35 W. The volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry （GC-MS） under the optimal conditions and 57 compounds were identified. The precision, repeatability and stability of the proposed method were also studied. Compared with ultrasonic-assisted extraction（UAE） and hydrodistillation（HD） extraction, the proposed method is more efficient, faster and easier to be operated at room temperature with smaller sample and energy consumption. It is suggested that the ultrasonic nebulization extraction can be used as a novel alternative method for the extraction of volatile components from traditional Chinese patent medicine.

The microwave hydrolysis and derivatization coupled with capillary electrophoresis detection were developed for the separation and determination of the amino acids in Panax notoginseng. The experimental conditions for the microwave hydrolysis and derivatization were examined and optimized. Several parameters of capillary electrophoresis, such as pH value of background electrolyte, borate concentration and applied voltage were optimized Under the selected conditions, 11 amino acids were completely separated. The real sample was analyzed and the results were satisfactory. Compared with that of conventional heat hydrolysis and derivatization, the analytical time of this method was significantly shortened.

Due to the rapid development and potential applications of iron(Ⅲ)-alginate(Fe-Alg)microgels in biomedical as well as environmental engineering,this study explores the preparation and characterization of spherical Fe-Alg microgels using droplet microfluidics combined with an external ionic crosslinking *** study focused on the role of Fe^(3+)and examined its effects on the physical/chemical properties of microgels under different ionic conditions and reduced or oxidized *** pH-dependent release behavior of Fe^(3+)from these microgels demonstrates their potential biomedical and environmental ***,the microgels can exhibit magnetism simply by utilizing in situ oxidation,which can be further used for targeted drug delivery and magnetic separation technologies.

Tryptophan（Trp）residues in pullulanase have been chemically modified with N-bromossuccinimide（NBS）. The results of ultraviolet spectra indicated that there are 18 Trp residues in pullulanase and nine of them are located on the surface of the enzyme. Three of these Trp residues are none-essential residues which showed the fastest reaction speed by Zhou＇s plot. Two of the seven relative faster reacting residues are essential for the activity of the enzyme. The other eight are none-reactive residues with lowest reaction speed.

The dynamic mechanism of short range interactions between u/d quarks remains an open and challenging *** order to reveal this quark dynamics,we perform a systematic analysis of N N,D_(03),and D_(30)systems in the(extended)chiral SU(3)constituent quark *** comparing results calculated with different models and different parameter sets,the effects of one gluon exchange and vector meson exchange terms are carefully *** results indicate that the vector meson exchange interactions dominate the short range interactions between u/d quarks,whereas the small residual one gluon exchange coupling strength is also allowed.

Constructing typeⅡheterostructures represents a widely recognized strategy for enhancing charge separation and photocatalytic efficiency,but it remains challenging to fabricate homologous heterostructures based on visible-light-responsive semiconductors,especially for popularly investigated(oxy)nitrides with low thermal ***,we synthesized a homologous heterostructure(denoted as YTON_H)based on the oxynitrides of YTaO_(4-x)N_(y)and YTa ON_(2).This heterostructure exhibits type Ⅱ band structure alignment and intimate interface achieved through a magnesium(Mg)powder-assisted nitridation *** with widely reported heterologous heterostructures,the as-obtained YTON_H homologous heterostructure could similarly exhibit enhanced charge separation as well as photocatalytic water splitting performance with respect to its counterparts(YTaO_(4-x)N_(y)and YTaON_(2)).Meanwhile,detailed structural characterizations and spectroscopy analysis have been made to confirm the formation of heterostructure and promotion of spatial charge separation.
