Solid solutions are ubiquitous in metals and alloys. Local chemical ordering(LCO) is a fundamental sub-nano/nanoscale process that occurs in many solid solutions and can be used as a microstructure to optimize strength and ductility. However, the formation of LCO has not been fully elucidated, let alone how to provide efficient routes for designing LCO to achieve synergistic effects on both superb strength and ductility. Herein, we propose the formation and control of LCO in negative enthalpy alloys. With engineering negative enthalpy in solid solutions, genetic LCO components are formed in negative enthalpy refractory high-entropy alloys(RHEAs). In contrast to conventional ‘trial-and-error' approaches, the control of LCO by using engineering negative enthalpy in RHEAs is instructive and results in superior strength(1160 MPa) and uniform ductility(24.5%) under tension at ambient temperature, which are among the best reported so far. LCO can promote dislocation cross-slip, enhancing the interaction between dislocations and their accumulation at large tensile strains; sustainable strain hardening can thereby be attained to ensure high ductility of the alloy. This work paves the way for new research fields on negative enthalpy solid solutions and alloys for the synergy of strength and ductility as well as new functions.

Gap junctions（GJ） play an important role in intercellular communication between adjacent *** protein expression,membrane cluster,subtype couple,pore selectivity and gating of GJs might be regulated by phosphorylation of *** with behavioral observation,quantitative real-time PCR,immunoblotting,immunofluorescence,live cell imaging and other techniques,we found that GJ whole channels or hemichannels between glia-glia,glia-neurons showed in diverse cellular specific subtypes,distribution,phosphorylation,and thus modulated induction,development and maintenance of mirror image ***,the temporal-spatial expression of connexins changed distinctly in rat spinal cord and dorsal root ganglion（DRG）,and was asymmetrical at both sides to noxious ***,diverse phosphorylational sites of connexins such as Cx 43,by different protein kinases including PKA,PKC,MAPK and src,were relative to gating,transcription,translation and post-translational trafficking of GJs,by which to meet synaptic transmission in spinal and DRG control of mirror image *** results indicate that differential temporal-spatial expression and dynamic phosphorylation of connexins,especially Cx 43,if any more,is one of indispensable peripheral and central modulation to induction and spreading of mirror image pain.

BACKGROUND Magnetic anchor technique(MAT)has been applied in laparoscopic cholecystectomy and laparoscopic appendectomy,but has not been reported in laparoscopic partial *** To evaluate the feasibility of the MAT in laparoscopic left lateral segment liver *** Retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of eight patients who underwent laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection assisted by MAT in our department from July 2020 to November *** Y-Z magnetic anchor devices(Y-Z MADs)was independently designed and developed by the author of this paper,which consists of the anchor magnet and magnetic grasping *** time,intraoperative blood loss,intraoperative accidents,operator experience,postoperative incision pain score,postoperative complications,and other indicators were evaluated and *** All eight patients underwent a MAT-assisted laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection,including three patients undertaking conventional 5-port and five patients having a transumbilical single-port *** mean operation time was 138±34.32 min(range 95-185 min)and the mean intraoperative blood loss was 123±88.60 mL(range 20-300 mL).No adverse events occurred during the *** Y-Z MADs showed good workability and maneuverability in both tissue and organ *** particular,the operators did not experience either a“chopstick”or“sword-fight”effect in the single-port laparoscopic *** The results show that the MAT is safe and feasible for laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection,especially,exhibits its unique abettance for transumbilical single-port laparoscopic left lateral segment liver resection.
