The performance of solid solution aging treatment on aluminum matrix composites prepared by powder metallurgy and reinforced with 6061 aluminum alloy powder as matrix;meanwhile, nano silicon carbide particles(nm Si Cp), submicron silicon carbide particles(1 μm Si Cp) and Ti particles were studied. The Al/Si Cp composite powder was prepared by high-energy ball milling, and then cold-pressed, sintered, hotextruded, and then heat-treated with different solution temperatures and aging times for the extruded composites. Optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(EDS), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and extrusion testing were used to analyze and test the microstructure and mechanical properties of aluminum matrix composites. The results show that after the multi-stage solid solution at 530 ℃×2 h+535 ℃×2 h+540 ℃×2 h, the particles are mainly equiaxed grains and uniformly distributed. There is no reinforcement agglomeration, and the surface is dense and the insoluble phase is basically dissolved. In the matrix, the strengthening effect is good, and the hardness and compressive strength are 179.43 hV and 680.42 MPa, respectively. Under this solution process, when the aluminum matrix composites are aged at 170 ℃ for 10 h, the hardness and compressive strength can reach their peaks and increase to 195.82 hV and 721.48 MPa, respectively.

Methanotrophs,organisms that obtain oxygen by oxidizing methane,are recognized as the only known biological sink for atmospheric Ch_4,and forest soil methanotrophs play crucial roles in mitigating global *** succession patterns of methanotrophic communities and functions in Wudalianchi volcano forest soils could provide a basis for the study of evolutionary mechanisms between soil microorganisms,the environment,and carbon cycling of temperate forest ecosystems under climate *** this study,the characteristics and drivers of methanotrophic community structure and function of two volcanic soils at different stages of development are analyzed,including an old volcano and a new volcano,which most recently erupted 300 years and 17-19×10^(5)years ago,respectively,and a non-volcano hills as control,based on space for time substitution and Miseq sequencing and bioinformation *** results showed that Ch_(4) fluxes were significantly higher in old-stage volcano forest soils than new-stage forest soils and non-volcano forest *** were significant differences in the community composition and diversity of soil methanotrophs from different volcano forest *** was the dominant genus in all soil ***,the relative abundance of Methylococcus,along with Clonothrix,Methyloglobulus,Methylomagum,Methylomonas and Methylosarcina,were the important genera responsible for the differences in methanotrophic community structure in different volcano forest *** relative abundance of methanotroph belonging toγ-proteobacteria was significantly higher than that belonging toα-proteobacteria(Phao1,Shannon and Simpson indices of soil methanotrophic community were significantly lower in new-stage volcanos and were significantly affected by bulk density,total porosity,p h,nitrate,dissolved organic carbon and dissolved organic *** were significant differences in community structure between new-stage and old-stage volcano

Ovarian cancer is the most lethal and aggressive gynecological cancer with a high recurrence rate and is often diagnosed *** ovarian cancer,multiple metabolic enzymes of lipid metabolism are abnormally expressed,resulting in metabolism *** a characteristic pathway in polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA)metabolism,arachidonic acid(AA)metabolism is disturbed in ovarian ***,we established a 10-gene signature model to evaluate the prognostic risk of PUFA-related *** 10-gene signature has strong robustness and can play a stable predictive role in datasets of various platforms(TCGA,ICGC,and GSE17260).The high association between the risk subgroups and clinical characteristics indicated a good performance of the *** data further indicated that the high expression of LTA4h was positively correlated with poor prognosis in ovarian *** of LTA4h enhanced sensitivity to Cisplatin and modified the characteristics of immune cell infiltration in ovarian ***,our results indicate that CCL5 was involved in the aberrant metabolism of the AA/LTA4h axis,which contributes to the reduction of tumor-infiltrating CD8+T cells and immune escape in ovarian *** findings provide new insights into the prognosis and potential target of LTA4h/CCL5 in treating ovarian cancer.

Camptothecin is a complex monoterpenoid indole alkaloid with remarkable antitumor *** that two C-10 modified camptothecin derivatives,topotecan and irinotecan,have been approved as potent anticancer agents,there is a critical need for methods to access other aromatic ringfunctionalized congeners(e.g.,C-9,C-10,etc.).however,contemporary methods for chemical oxidation are generally harsh and low-yielding when applied to the camptothecin scaffold,thereby limiting the development of modified *** herein,we have identified four tailoring enzymes responsible for C-9 modifications of camptothecin from Nothapodytes tomentosa,via metabolomic and transcriptomic *** consist of a cytochrome P450(Nt CPT9h)which catalyzes the regioselective oxidation of camptothecin to 9-hydroxycamptothecin,as well as two methyltransferases(Nt OMT1/2,converting 9-hydroxycamptothecin to 9-methoxycamptothecin),and a uridine diphosphate-glycosyltransferase(Nt UGT5,decorating 9-hydroxycamptothecin to9-β-D-glucosyloxycamptothecin).Importantly,the critical residues that contribute to the specific catalytic activity of Nt CPT9h have been elucidated through molecular docking and mutagenesis *** work provides a genetic basis for producing camptothecin derivatives through metabolic *** will hasten the discovery of novel C-9 modified camptothecin derivatives,with profound implications for pharmaceutical manufacture.

Aiming at the problems of large energy consumption and serious pollution of winter heating existing in the rural buildings in Southern Xinjiang,a combined active-passive heating system was proposed,and the simulation software was used to optimize the parameters of the system,according to the parameters obtained from the optimization,a test platform was built and winter heating test was carried *** simulation results showed that the thickness of the air layer of 75 mm,the total area of the vent holes of 0.24 m^(2),and the thickness of the insulation layer of 120 mm were the optimal construction for the passive part;solar collector area of 28 m^(2),hot water storage tank volume of 1.4 m^(3),mass flow rate of 800 kg/h on the collector side,mass flow rate of 400 kg/h on the heat exchanger side,and output power of auxiliary heat source of 5∼9 kWwere the optimal constructions for active heating *** results showed that during the heating period,the system could provide sufficient heat to the room under different heating modes,and the indoor temperature reached over 18°C,which met the heating *** economic and environmental benefits of the system were analyzed,and the economic benefits of the systemwere better than coal-fired heating,and the CO_(2) emissionswere reduced by 3,292.25 kg compared with *** results of the study showed that the combinedactive-passiveheating systemcouldeffectively solve the heating problems existing in rural buildings in Southern Xinjiang,and it also laid the theoretical foundation for the popularization of the combined heating systems.

Amid urbanization and the continuous expansion of transportation networks,the necessity for tunnel construction and maintenance has become *** this need requires the investigation of efficient,economical,and robust tunnel reinforcement *** paper explores fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)and steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)technologies,which have emerged as viable solutions for enhancing tunnel *** is celebrated for its lightweight and high-strength attributes,effectively augmenting load-bearing capacity and seismic resistance,while SFRC’s notable crack resistance and longevity potentially enhance the performance of tunnel ***,current research predominantly focuses on experimental analysis,lacking comprehensive theoretical *** bridge this gap,the cohesive zone model(CzM),which utilizes cohesive elements to characterize the potential fracture surfaces of concrete/SFRC,the rebar-concrete interface,and the FRP-concrete interface,was employed.A modeling approach was subsequently proposed to construct a tunnel segment model reinforced with either SFRC or ***,the corresponding mixed-mode constitutive models,considering interfacial friction,were integrated into the proposed *** validation and numerical simulations corroborated the accuracy of the proposed ***,this study examined the reinforcement design of tunnel *** a numerical evaluation,the effectiveness of innovative reinforcement schemes,such as substituting concrete with SFRC and externally bonding FRP sheets,was assessed utilizing a case study from the Fuzhou Metro Shield Tunnel Construction Project.

Bisphenol F epoxy resin(EP)is often used in terminal current lead insulation of superconducting equipment because of its good insulation performance,high mechanical strength,good toughness at cryogenic temperatures,and resistance to cold shock and heat ***,due to the wide temperature range of 80–300 K and the strong electric field,the EP-N_(2)interface is prone to surface flashover,resulting in terminal insulation *** improve the reliability of the current lead insulation,non-linear conductive EP/strontium titanate(SrTiO_(3))composites were prepared by modification with nano *** changes of dielectric,surface discharge,flashover,and trap distribution characteristics of composite materials were studied,and the mechanism of SrTiO_(3)on the surface flashover of composite materials was *** results show that the conductivity of the composite increases with the rise of SrTiO_(3)filling content,and the amplitude of improvement is greater under the strong electric field,showing a more significant *** composite has a lower trap energy level and a greater number of shallow traps compared to pure EP,which accelerates surface charge detrapping and reduces charge accumulation,effectively enhancing the discharge and surface flashover voltage of the composite.

Acid loss and plasticization of phosphoric acid(PA)-doped high-temperature polymer electrolyte membranes(hT-PEMs)are critical limitations to their practical application in fuel *** overcome these barriers,poly(terphenyl piperidinium)s constructed from the m-and p-isomers of terphenyl were synthesized to regulate the microstructure of the *** rigid p-terphenyl units prompt the formation of moderate PA aggregates,where the ion-pair interaction between piperidinium and biphosphate is reinforced,leading to a reduction in the plasticizing *** a result,there are trade-offs between the proton conductivity,mechanical strength,and PA retention of the membranes with varied m/p-isomer *** designed PA-doped PTP-20m membrane exhibits superior ionic conductivity,good mechanical strength,and excellent PA retention over a wide range of temperature(80–160°C)as well as satisfactory resistance to harsh accelerated aging *** a result,the membrane presents a desirable combination of performance(1.462 W cm^(-2) under the h_(2)/O_(2)condition,which is 1.5 times higher than that of PBI-based membrane)and durability(300 h at 160°C and 0.2 A cm^(-2))in the fuel *** results of this study provide new insights that will guide molecular design from the perspective of microstructure to improve the performance and robustness of hT-PEMs.
