Prototypical three-dimensional(3D)topological Dirac semimetals(DSMs),such as Cd3As2 and Na3Bi,contain electrons that obey a linear momentum-energy dispersion w.th different Fermi velocities along the three orthogonal momentum *** being extensively studied in recent years,the inherent Fermi velocity anisotropy has often been neglected in the theoretical and numerical studies of 3D *** this omission does not qualitatively alter the physics of light-driven massless quasiparticles in 3D DSMs,it does quantitatively change the optical coefficients w.ich can lead to nontrivial implications in terms of nanophotonics and plasmonics *** w. study the linear optical response of 3D DSMs for general Fermi velocity values along each *** the signature conductivity-frequency scaling,σ(ω)∝ω,of 3D Dirac fermion is w.ll-protected from the Fermi velocity anisotropy,the linear optical response exhibits strong linear dichroism as captured by the universal extinction ratio scaling law.Λi j.(vi/v j.^2(w.ere i=j.denotes the three spatial coordinates x,y,z,and vi is the i-direction Fermi velocity),w.ich is independent of frequency,temperature,doping,and carrier scattering *** Cd3As2 and Na3Bi3,an exceptionally strong extinction ratio larger than 15 and covering a broad terahertz w.ndow.is *** findings shed new.light on the role of Fermi velocity anisotropy in the optical response of Dirac semimetals and open up novel polarization-sensitive functionalities,such as photodetection and light modulation.

The ground-state mass excess of the T_(z)=−2 drip-line nucleus ^(22)Al is measured for the first time as 18103(10)keV using the new.y-developed Bρ-defined isochronous mass spectrometry method at the cooler storage ring in *** new.mass excess value allow.d us to determine the excitation energies of the tw. low.lying 1+states in ^(22)Al w.th significantly reduced uncertainties of 51 *** compared to the analogue states in its mirror nucleus ^(22)F,the mirror energy differences of the tw. 1^(+)states in the ^(22)Al-^(22)F mirror pair are determined to be−625(51)keV and−330(51)*** excitation energies and mirror energy differences are used to test the state-of-the-art ab initio valence-space in-medium similarity renormalization group calculations w.th four sets of interactions derived from the chiral effective field *** mechanism leading to the large mirror energy differences is investigated and attributed to the occupation of theπs_(1/2) orbital.

In this paper, the nonlinear transient dynamic response of functionally graded material （FGM） sandw.ch doubly curved shell w.th homogenous isotropic material core and functionally graded face sheet is analyzed using a new.displacement field on the basis of Reddy＇s third-order shear theory for the first time. The equivalent material properties for the FGM face sheet are assumed to obey the rule of simple pow.r law.function in the thickness direction. Based on Reddy＇s theory of higher shear deformation, a new.displacement field is developed by introducing the secant function into transverse displacement. Four coupled nonlinear differential equations are obtained by applying Hamilton＇s principle and Galerkin method. It is assumed that the FGM sandw.ch doubly curved shell is subj.cted to step loading, air-blast loading, triangular loading, and sinusoidal loading, respectively. On the basis of double-precision variable- coefficient ordinary differential equation solver, a new.program code in FORTRAN softw.re is developed to solve the nonlinear transient dynamics of the system. The influences of core thickness, volume fraction, core-to-face sheet thickness ratio, w.dth-to-thickness ratio and blast type on the transient response of the shell are discussed in detail through numerical simulation.

Introduction:Toxic epidermal necrolysis(TEN)is a medical emergency that most commonly occurs as an adverse effect of certain ***,w. describe a case of a 41-year-old man w.th no comorbid illness w.o developed *** presentation:The patient had been prescribed ibuprofen for myalgia and developed skin lesions after the single *** lesions w.re erythematous papules and macules distributed all over the body after ibuprofen *** w.s diagnosed based on the patient’s clinical presentation and laboratory *** w.s treated w.th intravenous dexamethasone,intravenous immunoglobulin,and *** dressing changes and skin care w.s done w.th saline,chlorhexidine,and liquid *** patient w.s intubated and tracheostomized,and he gradually improved and ***,he developed septicemia in the intensive care unit and w.s treated ***:The management of TEN includes cessation of the causative cause,multidisciplinary intensive care unit(ICU)care,prevention and early detection of sepsis,fluid and electrolyte balance,adequate analgesia and temperature control,proper organ support,aggressive nutritional management,and good psychological *** pharmacological therapy for TEN includes corticosteroids,intravenous immunoglobulin,and *** key elements of management are aseptic care and proper dressing of the ***:TEN is associated w.th high mortality if not managed in a systemic and protocolized w.y.

Since the development of offshore oil and gas, increased submarine oil and gas pipelines w.re installed. All the early steel pipes of submarine pipelines depended on importing because of the strict requirements of comprehensive properties, such as, anti-corrosion, resistance to pressure and so on. To research and develop domes- tic steel pipes used for the submarine pipeline, the Longitudinal-seam Submerged Arc w.lded （LSAw. pipes w.re made of steel plates cut from leveled hot rolled coils by both the j.OE and UOE （the forming process in w.ich the plate like the letter “j., “C”, “0” or “U” shape, then expansion） forming processes. Furthermore, the mechanical properties of the pipe base metal and w.ld metal w.re tested, and the results w.re in accordance w.th the corresponding pipe specification API SPEC 5L or DNV- OS-FI01, w.ich show.d that domestic LSAw.pipes could be used for submarine oil and gas pipelines.

The complete and incomplete fusion cross sections for ^(6)Li+^(209)Bi w.re measured using the in-beamγ-ray method around the Coulomb *** cross sections of(deuteron captured)incomplete fusion(ICF)products w.re re-quantified experimentally for this reaction *** results reveal that the ICF cross section is equivalent to that of complete fusion(CF)above the Coulomb barrier and dominant near or below.the Coulomb barrier.A theoretical calculation based on the continuum discretized coupled channel(CDCC)method w.s performed for the aforementioned CF and ICF cross sections;the result is consistent w.th the *** universal fusion function(UFF)w.s also compared w.th the measured CF cross section for different barrier parameters,demonstrating that the CF suppression factor is significantly influenced by the choice of potential,w.ich can reflect both dynamic and static effects of breakup on the fusion process.

The differential thermal analysis （DTA） curves w.re measured at different heating rates in flow.ng air for studying the synthesis of the spinel LiMn2O3 w.th Li2CO3 and MnO2, The reaction began at about 503K, and finished at about 873K. The apparent activation energy of Kissinger method w.s about ***^-1, the reaction orderw.s 1.67, the frequency factor w.s 7.81×10^9, and therefore the dinetic epuation w.s dδ/dt=A·exp（- E/RT）·（1-δ）^n=7.81×10^9, exp（-122770/RT）·（l-δ）^1.67 . Coats-Redfem integral method w.s used to analyze the DTA curves of the samples at different heating rates, and the calculated apparent activation energy and frequency factor w.re 112. 13kj. mol^-1 and 1.18 × 10^9, respectively, rather close to that of Kissinger method. X-ray diffraction （XRD） and scanning electron microscope （SEM） results show. that the synthesized LiMn2O3 possesses pure phase, regular shape and normal particle distribution.

A NiP/TiO2 composite film on carbon steel w.s prepared by electroless plating and sol-gel composite process. An artificial neural netw.rk w.s applied to optimize the prepared condition of the composite film. Corrosion behavior of the NiP/TiO2 composite film w.s investigated by polarization resistance measurement, anode polarization, ESEM （environmental scanning electron microscopy） and EIS （electrochemical impedance spectroscopy） measurements. Results show.d that the NiP/ TiO2 composite film has a good corrosion resistance in 0.5mol/L H2SO4 solution. The element valence of the composite film w.s characterized by XPS （X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy） spectrum, and an anticorrosion mechanism of the composite film w.s discussed.
