Re-industrialization, which supports industrial upgrading and transformation, promotes smart production and high value-added manufacturing processes, and helps to create new momentum for the economic. Under the current situation, industrialists encounter several chal- l.nges to achieve re-industrialization. Firstly, the cost and technical thresholds for industrialists to leverage emerging technologies are high. Secondly, there are huge quantities and numerous types of Internet of things （IoT） devices in smart factories, warehouses and offices. The enormous extents of data exchange and communication, manage- ment, monitoring and control of IoT devices as well as the establishment and maintenance of a reliable cloud platform hinder industrialists to implement an integrated smart production management. Therefore, to achieve re-indus- trialization, an industrial Internet of things （IIoT） suite consisting of a micro-services-based IIoT cloud platform and IIoT-based smart hub is proposed, which helps to materialize re-industrialization and to conduct industrial upgrading and transformation to achieve smart production and high value-added manufacturing processes.

Protection of steel hooks embedded in glass-fiber-reinforced concrete against macrocell corrosion

This study evaluated the corrosion behavior of steel hooks embedded in GFRC,which were protected by a zinc-rich(96%zn)galvanizing *** coating provided the hooks with active cathodic protection and a passive physical *** corrosion may form when the anode is smaller than the total steel ***,the steel hooks at the embedment juncture were additionally sealed against water ingress and air exchange using a construction *** study was conducted in three phases in a salt-spray ***,the electrogalvanized steel hooks embedded in GFRC were allowed to freely corrode for 7 *** the second phase,the electrogalvanized steel hooks were painted with the zinc-rich coating and observed over 7 *** the third phase,the steel hooks were protected by the zinc-rich coating together with a primer and construction sealant,and observed over 7 *** evaluate the electrogalvanized hooks and the corrosion products formed,the thickness of the material was *** on the metal surface was inferred by studying the surface morphology of the hooks at various points of contact and after different periods of time.

A general classification algorithm of neural networks is unable to obtain satisfied results because of the uncertain problems existing among the features in moot classification programs, such as interaction. with new features constructed by optimizing decision trees of examples, the input of neural networks is improved and an optimized classification algorithm based on neural networks is presented. A concept of dispersion of a classification program is also introduced too in this paper. At the end of the paper, an analysis is made with an example.

An accurate constitutive equation is essential to understanding the flow behavior of B4C/A1 compos-ites during the hot deformation. However, the constitutive equations developed previously in literature are generally for low strain rate deformation. In the present work, we modified the general consti-tutive equation and take the high strain rate correction into account. The constitutive equation for a 31 vol.% B4Cp/6061AI composite was constructed based on the flow stresses measured during isothermal hot compression at temperatures ranging from 375 to 525 ℃ and strain rates from 0.01 to 10 s^-1. The experimental flow stresses were corrected by considering temperature-dependent Arrhenius factor. The modified equation was then verified by using DEFORM-3D finite element analysis to simulate the exper-imental hot compression process. The results show that the modified equation successfully predicts flow stress, load-displacement, and the temperature rise. This helps to optimize the hot deformation process, and to obtain desirable properties, such as reduced porosity and homogenous particle distribution in B4C/AI composites.

The γ/γ＇ microstructural evolution in a nickel based single crystal superalloy during load-free thermal exposure at 900 ℃ has been further investigated in this paper. The growth characteristics of γ＇ precipitates were discussed in detail. The generation of interfacial dislocations would accelerate the rate of coalescence in the dendrite arms. The average sizes of precipitates were used to compare interface with diffusion controlled growth mechanism and no mechanism seems obviously dominant, although the square rate law gives slightly better fit. The coarsening behavior may be controlled by diffusion through the ragged interface between the γ＇ precipitate and the y matrix.

Pipe-in-pipe(PIP)structures are widely used in offshore oil and gas pipelines to settle thermal insulation issues.A PIP structure system usually consists of two concentric pipes and one softer layer for thermal insulation *** total response of the system is related to the dynamics of both pipes and the interactions between these two concentric *** the current work,a theoretical model for flow-induced vibrations of a PIP structure system is proposed and analyzed in the presence of an internal axial flow and an external cross *** interactions between the two pipes are modeled by a linear distributed damper,a linear distributed spring and a nonlinear distributed spring al.ng the pipe *** unsteady hydrodynamic forces due to cross flow are modeled by two distributed van der Pol wake *** nonlinear partial differential equations for the two pipes and the wake are further discretized by the aid of Galerkin’s technique,resulting in a set of ordinary differential *** ordinary differential equations are further numeri cally solved by using a fourth-order Runge-Kutta integration *** portraits,bifurcation diagrams,an Argand diagram and oscillation shape diagrams are plotted,showing the existence of a lock-in phenomenon and figure-of-eight *** PIP system subjected to cross flow displays some interesting dynamical behaviors different from that of a single-pipe structure.

Planning the cooperative observation of air-space-ground multi-sensors is the first step of comprehensive monitoring of geographical environment, the core of which is to calculate the observation ability of different combinations of sensors in air-space-ground. At present, with the increasing complexity of geographical environment observation tasks, sensor demanders cannot effectively calculate the observation capability of multi-sensor in air-space-ground, resulting in the inability to develop efficient observation planning schemes. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a method for calculating the observation capability of air-space-ground multi-sensor. The core of this method is to construct the observation capability satisfaction function, and iteratively calculate the observation capability of three steps; basic association, optimized association and additional association, in order to solve a multi-sensor collaborative observation scheme that meets the specific observation benefit objectives. The soil moisture monitoring of the surface environment in wuhan 1+8 urban agglomeration was selected as the experimental scene, and the observation capability satisfaction of 90% was taken as the observation benefit target. The multi-sensor observation capability was calculated iteratively according to the needs, and the multi-observation cooperative scheme with the observation capability satisfaction of 90.86% was finally solved. It provides a timely and reliable basis for cooperative planning of soil moisture monitoring in surface environment. © 2024 Editorial Board of Medical Journal of wuhan University. The effect of extrusion ratio on microstruetures and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy Az91D extruded tube at 430℃ has been studied. After the evolution of microstracture and mechanical properties of Az91D during extrusion were studied, the following parameters were obtained： tensile strength reached the climax value of 306.9MPa and el.ngation peak value of 10.1% at an extrusion ratio of 7.125, and with the increase of the extrusion ratio to 7.45, yield strength reached a top value of 285.795MPa with decreased tensile strength and el.ngation. It was concluded that mechanical properties of magnesium alloys Az91D could be enhanced by adjusting the extrusion ratio near recrystallization.

Ternary Ni-Al-Fe alloys with different Fe-additions have been synthesized by mechan ical *** results show that 5 and 10 at% Fe-additions prol.ng the mill.ng time prior to the explosive formation of NiAl(Fe) compound, 15 at.% Fe-addition results in the formation of an 'amorphous-like' phase,20 at.% Fe-addition turns the final products to Ni(Al, Fe)supersaturated solid solution with fcc structure,and the increase of Fe-addition can speed up the formation of the solid *** addition of Fe improves the plastic deformation ability of the alloys.
