In our design, an amalgamated-signal cy.ometer is developed with a TMS320F28335 DSP chip ---- we use its on-chip 12-bit 16-channel AD to conduct a novel dual-sequencer sy.chroniz. sampling and averaged to improve the accuracy. Considering the algorithm, we use TI's C28x_FPU_lib to conduct a FFT with sampled results and correct spectrum with?Time-Shift Phase Difference Correcting Spectrum Method based on all-phase spectral analy.is. Namely. we design a sampling-frequency.self-adaption algorithm which makes operation keep on without outside-hardware command. Actually. the test result shows that our design's frequency.resolution ratio is up to 0.4%, and the maximum frequency.s D-value between main and minor signal is up to 29.99 kHz.

Background: Hy.oxia is a significant risk factor of hy.ertension. However, no studies have used transcutaneous tissue partial pressure of oxy.en (TcPO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (TcPCO2) monitors to measure the respective partial pressures in healthy.individuals. Oxy.en saturation (SpO2) is often used for traditional monitoring of vital signs. This study.investigated the changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 values during rapid changes in altitude. The trial was registered at *** (registration no. NCT06076057). Methods: Healthy.adult volunteers were instructed to sit vertically.in a hy.obaric oxy.en chamber, which ascended from 0 m to 2500 m at a uniform speed within 10 min. The Danish Radiometer TCM4 was used to measure TcPO2 and TcPCO2 with the ventral side of the upper arm as the measurement site. The Shenz.en Kerokan P0D-1 W pulse oximeter was used to measure heart rate and SpO2, with values recorded once every.500 m. Results: Altogether, 49 healthy.volunteers were recruited between March 2023 and August 2023. With increasing altitude, TcPO2 and SpO2 decreased significantly.(P y.at 500 m (P y.at 1000 m (P y.significant changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 (P 500 m, statistical significance was identified between TcPO2 in both sexes (P y.changing low-pressure hy.oxic environments, TcPO2 changed more dramatically.than SpO2 © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. HEAT TRANSFER BEHAVIOR OF SUPERALLOy.DROPLETS DURING SPRAy.FORMING

Pervious studies have reported the supramodal interactions in different sensory.modalities. The aim of this paper is to investigate the influences of visual spatial sensory.on the auditory.intensity.perception by.event-related potentials (ERP) analy.is. The subjects were requested to judge the sound level companied with phase-locked visual stimulus. Behavior results demonstrated more auditory.judgment error when the subjects were stimulated with the resiz.d visual patterns. The ERP waveforms elicited at C3 and T3 indicated significant amplitude enhancement in the components at 17500ms and 20020ms after the second stimuli onset. Both ERP and behavior results confirmed the existence of the Supramodal interaction between visual spatial sensory.and the auditory.intensity.perception, i.e. that visual spatial sensory.could suppress the perception of auditory.intensity.

Based on the Newtonian heat transfer formulation and classical heterogeneous nucleation theory. a mathematical model has been established to predict the profile of flight velocity. heat transfer coefficient, temperature, solid fraction and cooling rate of atomiz.ng droplets for a superalloy. The results indicated that above parameters change with different droplet siz. and flight distance. The changing trend as well as the mechanism for the change are described and discussed.

Decellularised extracellular matrix (dECM) is a biomaterial derived from natural tissues that has attracted considerable attention from tissue engineering researchers due to its exceptional biocompatibility.and malleability.attributes. These advantageous properties often facilitate natural cell infiltration and tissue reconstruction for regenerative medicine. Due to their excellent fluidity. the injectable hy.rogels can be administered in a liquid state and subsequently.formed into a gel state in vivo, stabilising the target area and serving in a variety.of way., such as support, repair, and drug release functions. Thus, dECM-based injectable hy.rogels have broad prospects for application in complex organ structures and various tissue injury.models. This review focuses on exploring research advances in dECM-based injectable hy.rogels, primarily.focusing on the applications and prospects of dECM hy.rogels in tissue engineering. Initially. the recent developments of the dECM-based injectable hy.rogels are explained, summarising the different preparation methods with the evaluation of injectable hy.rogel properties. Furthermore, some specific examples of the applicability.of dECM-based injectable hy.rogels are presented. Finally. we summarise the article with interesting prospects and challenges of dECM-based injectable hy.rogels, providing insights into the development of these composites in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. © 2024, Chinese Medical Multimedia Press Co Ltd. Objective: Ultrasonography.is a diagnostic imaging technique used to visualiz. subcutaneous body.structures for identification of possible pathologies. In this study. we aimed to explore the clinical significance of high-frequency.ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. Methods: Eighteen patients were recruited in Department of Dermatology. z.ongda Hospital from 2020 to 2021 and divided into a pemphigus group (n = 8) and a bullous pemphigoid group (n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonographic images were collected using a 50-MHz.high-frequency.ultrasound sy.tem. The indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the lay.r (epidermis or dermis), siz., shape, internal echo, and boundary.of the blister. Categorical variables are expressed as n (%), and differences were compared using Fisher's exact test. Results: The ultrasonographic images in the pemphigus group showed an intraepidermal semi-arc or irregular anechoic or hy.oechoic areas. The inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hy.erechoic bands of the epidermis. A linear hy.oechoic band was present at the dermoepidermal junction in some cases. In the ultrasonographic images of the bullous pemphigoid group, the linear hy.erechoic bands of the epidermis were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subepidermal blister) was present immediately.below the bands. B_(4)C/Al composites are widely.utiliz.d as neutron absorbing materials for the storage and transportation of spent nuclear *** order to improve the high-temperature mechanical properties of B_(4)C/Al composites,in-situ nano-Al_(2)O_(3)was introduced utiliz.ng oxide on Al powder *** this study.the Al_(2)O_(3)content was adjusted by.utiliz.ng spheroid Al powder with vary.ng diameters,thereby.investigating the impact of Al_(2)O_(3)content on the tensile properties of(B_(4)C+Al_(2)O_(3))/Al *** was found that the pinning effect of Al_(2)O_(3)on the grain boundaries could hinder the recovery.of dislocations and lead to dislocation accumulation at high *** the result,with the increase in Al_(2)O_(3)content and the decrease in grain siz.,the high-temperature strength of the composites increased *** finest Al powder used in this investigation had a diameter of 1.4μm,whereas the resultant composite exhibited a maximum strength of 251 MPa at room temperature and 133 MPa at 350℃,surpassing that of traditional B_(4)C/Al composites.

The microstructure and properties of stmulated heat affected z.ne (HAz. of laser welded ULCB600 steel were investigate by.apply.ng the simulation technique with gleeble - 2000 dy.amic thermal - me - chanical *** influence of the preheat condition on the microstructure and properties of simu- lated HAz.of laser welded plate was also studied in order to evaluate the feasibility. of reducing arisk that the ductility.and toedness of HAz.may.be poor by.using preheat *** results indicate that the grain siz. of laser - welded HAz.simulated is very.small no matter if there is preheat, the toughness of simulated HAz.is therefore improved comparing to the base metal,and there is no obvious brittle - ductile transition in the range from - 80℃ to 20℃. The TEM analy.es of sub -microstruc- ture also discover that microstructure constituent of both simulated HAz.is dominative lath martensite. However, the shaf of martensite is relatively.coarse,and the dislocation density.is relatively.high for simulated HAz.with 200℃ preheat because of slower cooling rate. Combination of these tow factors is responsible for farer bardness and better toughness of simulated HAz.with preheat condition.

Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)shape memory.alloy.SMA)is a promising material in the aerospace field due to its wide transformation *** application of shape memory.effect depends on multistep thermomechan-ical loading,viz.,low-temperature deformation and subsequent heating to ***-temperature deformation prestrain play. a pivotal role in shape memory.properties tailoring of SMA ***,microstructure evolution and deformation mechanisms of Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)SMA subjected to vari-ous prestrain levels are still *** this end,microstructure evolution and shape memory.behaviors of Ni_(47)Ti_(44)Nb_(9)alloy.subjected to multistep thermomechanical loading with prestrain levels of 8%-16%at-28℃(M_(s)+30℃)were *** results demonstrate that the stress-strain curve of the specimen exhibits four distinct stages at a maximal prestrain of 16%.Whereas stageⅡand stageⅢend at prestrains of∼8%and∼12%,*** stageⅡ,the stress-induced martensitic transformation is accompanied by.the dislocation slip of the NiTi matrix andβ-Nb *** stageⅢ,in addition to the higher density.of dislocations and further growth of stress-induced martensite variants(SIMVs),(001)compound twins are introduced as a result of the(001)deformation twinning in stress-induced ***{20-1}martensite twins are gradually.introduced in stageⅣ.Correspondingly.after subsequent unloading and heating,a higher density.of{114}austenite twins form in the specimen with a larger prestrain of 16%.With increasing prestrain from 8%to 16%,the recoverable strainε_(re)^(T)upon heating increases first and then ***ε_(re)^(T)obtains a maximum of 7.03%at 10%prestrain and de-creases to 6.17%at 16%*** increase ofε_(re)^(T)can be attributed to the formation of new SIMVs,the further growth of existing SIMVs,and the recoverable(001)compound *** the decrease ofε_(re)^(T)is mainly.associated with the irrecoverable strain by.20−1}martensite *** effe
