Assessment of Groundwater Pollution Potential through GIS Technique： A Case Study.for Pelly.Mianrudan Plain, Lali Urban District, Iran

Considering the low average rainfall in the country.and the importance of groundwater as a water supply.source for drinking and agricultural water sections, water quality.condition of groundwater must be controlled and prevented from any.contamination. Identify.ng the vulnerable areas to pollution is one way.of prevention. Many.models have been offered for this purpose. In this study. a numerical rating scheme, called DRASTIC has been used for evaluating potential for groundwater pollution in pelly.mianrudan plain that is located in northern Lalli city.in Khuz.stan province. Resulted map obtained in GIS environment shows that the study.area has DRASTIC index of 71-150 that is divided to five vulnerable z.nes namely.no significance, very.low, low, low to moderate, moderate to high. Maximum groundwater vulnerability.correspondent low to medium z.ne that approximately.covers 45 percentage of the study.area and other parts on the northwest and center of the study.area has high vulnerability. The sensitivity.analy.is showed that correlation DRASTIC index with net Recharge （0.68） and Impact of vadose z.ne media （0.63） parameters is more than other parameters in the study.pelly.mianrudan area. The statistical analy.is confirms that parameter soil media and topography.are the most sensitive to contamination, followed in importance by.parameters aquifer medium, vadose z.ne, recharge, hy.raulic conductivity.and depth to water.

The mathematical model of electromagnetic compatibility.and the distribution of aircraft antenna sy.tem have been investigated. The solutions of the antenna gain and electromagnetic interference margin in the regions of low frequency. resonance and high frequency.were discussed. By.using the basic analy.ical method of the EMI margin the distributed antenna sy.tem can be determined. The main program flow chart of distributed antenna design were given, and illustrated with examples of the microstrip antennas.

A microstructural model, which was used to predict the evolution of microstructure of Gatoriz.d Waspaloy.in the isothermal forging process, was developed in terms of dy.amic recry.talliz.tion and grain growth. The following three steps of experiment were conducted during developing the model. (1) Specimens were compressed in the MTS testing machine. (2) Dy.amic recry.talliz.tion and grain growth were discussed. (3) Dy.amic recry.talliz.tion model and grain growth model were set up. The simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental data.

Background: Hy.oxia is a significant risk factor of hy.ertension. However, no studies have used transcutaneous tissue partial pressure of oxy.en (TcPO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (TcPCO2) monitors to measure the respective partial pressures in healthy.individuals. Oxy.en saturation (SpO2) is often used for traditional monitoring of vital signs. This study.investigated the changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 values during rapid changes in altitude. The trial was registered at *** (registration no. NCT06076057). Methods: Healthy.adult volunteers were instructed to sit vertically.in a hy.obaric oxy.en chamber, which ascended from 0 m to 2500 m at a uniform speed within 10 min. The Danish Radiometer TCM4 was used to measure TcPO2 and TcPCO2 with the ventral side of the upper arm as the measurement site. The Shenz.en Kerokan P0D-1 W pulse oximeter was used to measure heart rate and SpO2, with values recorded once every.500 m. Results: Altogether, 49 healthy.volunteers were recruited between March 2023 and August 2023. With increasing altitude, TcPO2 and SpO2 decreased significantly.(P y.at 500 m (P y.at 1000 m (P y.significant changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 (P 500 m, statistical significance was identified between TcPO2 in both sexes (P y.changing low-pressure hy.oxic environments, TcPO2 changed more dramatically.than SpO2 © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. Decellularised extracellular matrix (dECM) is a biomaterial derived from natural tissues that has attracted considerable attention from tissue engineering researchers due to its exceptional biocompatibility.and malleability.attributes. These advantageous properties often facilitate natural cell infiltration and tissue reconstruction for regenerative medicine. Due to their excellent fluidity. the injectable hy.rogels can be administered in a liquid state and subsequently.formed into a gel state in vivo, stabilising the target area and serving in a variety.of way., such as support, repair, and drug release functions. Thus, dECM-based injectable hy.rogels have broad prospects for application in complex organ structures and various tissue injury.models. This review focuses on exploring research advances in dECM-based injectable hy.rogels, primarily.focusing on the applications and prospects of dECM hy.rogels in tissue engineering. Initially. the recent developments of the dECM-based injectable hy.rogels are explained, summarising the different preparation methods with the evaluation of injectable hy.rogel properties. Furthermore, some specific examples of the applicability.of dECM-based injectable hy.rogels are presented. Finally. we summarise the article with interesting prospects and challenges of dECM-based injectable hy.rogels, providing insights into the development of these composites in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. © 2024, Chinese Medical Multimedia Press Co Ltd. This work describes the implementation and the modeling of an infrared gas sensor with pulse delta-sigma sensing architecture. Bey.nd the conventional technique of constant periodic heating of infrared light source, our proposed delta-sigma architecture with closed-loop feedback sy.tem is built with the hy.rid combination of a CO2 infrared sensor with a specific wavelength filter, an infrared MEMS heater, a chopper amplifier, threshold comparator, ARM based MPU and discrete electronic devices. After a modeling of sy.tem, we built a model for the description of relationship between gas concentration and sensor by.the duty.of heating. The measurement results show a good linear behavior of signal and it proves to be a practical for all the NDIR measuring techniques and this work also gives a new approach not only.to measure gas concentration fast but also obtain the high resolution.

Amino Acid and Mineral Composition of Meat from Free-range Broilers Reared on Alpine Steppe

An increasing number of consumers demanding health foods have favoured poultry.meat from natural production sy.tem. Amino acid and mineral elements are essential nutrient, required for numerous metabolic functions, which are provided partly.by.the poultry. The objective of this study.was to evaluate amino acid and mineral composition in meat of free-range broilers fed on grasshoppers on alpine rangeland in the Tibetan Plateau. Eighty. 28-day.old Qinjiaoma male broilers were introduced into a rangeland where there was a dense population of grasshoppers （treatment GC）. Control chicken were reared under intensive condition and given a maiz.-soy.ean diet （treatment CC）. At 91 day. of age, 24 birds from each treatment were slaughtered. Fresh breast meats were packaged and refrigerated for determination. The results indicated that dietary.grasshoppers and rearing condition significantly.（P 〈 0.05） affected some amino acid and mineral elements composition. Aspartic, arginine, threonine, isoleucine and ly.ine were higher in the muscles from GC than those from CC, and the similar trend were also found in the content of total amino acid and essential amino acid. While try.tophan and methionine were lower （P 〈 0.05） in meat from GC than that from CC. Effect of diets and rearing condition on mineral elements was also observed, the concentration of sodium, phosphorus and iron were higher （P 〈 0.05） in muscle from GC, while calcium was higher in muscle from CC. In conclusion, the meat in free-range broilers fed on grasshoppers has the richer amino acid and mineral elements.

Objective: Ultrasonography.is a diagnostic imaging technique used to visualiz. subcutaneous body.structures for identification of possible pathologies. In this study. we aimed to explore the clinical significance of high-frequency.ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. Methods: Eighteen patients were recruited in Department of Dermatology. z.ongda Hospital from 2020 to 2021 and divided into a pemphigus group (n = 8) and a bullous pemphigoid group (n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonographic images were collected using a 50-MHz.high-frequency.ultrasound sy.tem. The indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the lay.r (epidermis or dermis), siz., shape, internal echo, and boundary.of the blister. Categorical variables are expressed as n (%), and differences were compared using Fisher's exact test. Results: The ultrasonographic images in the pemphigus group showed an intraepidermal semi-arc or irregular anechoic or hy.oechoic areas. The inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hy.erechoic bands of the epidermis. A linear hy.oechoic band was present at the dermoepidermal junction in some cases. In the ultrasonographic images of the bullous pemphigoid group, the linear hy.erechoic bands of the epidermis were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subepidermal blister) was present immediately.below the bands.
