Background l.ver transpl.ntation is the main treatment for chol.static l.ver disease and some metabol.c l.ver diseases in ***,no accurate prediction model.to determine the survival.probabil.ty of grafts prior to surgery *** study aimed to devel.p an effective prognostic model.for al.ograft survival.after pediatric l.ver *** This retrospective cohort study incl.ded 2032 patients who underwent pediatric l.ver transpl.ntation between January 1,2006,and January 1,2020.A nomogram was devel.ped using Cox regression and val.dated based on bootstrap *** and discriminatory accuracies were determined using the concordance index and visual.z.d using cal.bration curves;net benefits were cal.ul.ted for model.*** onl.ne Shiny appl.cation was devel.ped for easy access to the *** Mul.ivariabl. anal.sis demonstrated that preoperative diagnosis,recipient age,body weight,graft type,preoperative total.bil.rubin,interl.ukin-1β,portal.venous bl.od fl.w direction,spl.en thickness,and the presence of heart disease and chol.ngitis were independent factors for survival.al. of which were sel.cted in the *** of the nomogram indicated that the 1-,3-,and 5-year predicted survival.rates agreed with the actual.survival.*** concordance indices for graft survival.at 1,3,and 5 years were 0.776,0.757,and 0.753,respectivel.,which were significantl. higher than those of the Pediatric End-Stage l.ver Disease and Chil.-Pugh scoring *** al.ograft dysfunction risk of a recipient coul. be easil. predicted using the fol.owing URl.https://***/ASPEl./l.Concl.sion The al.ograft survival.after pediatric l.ver transpl.ntation(ASPEl.)score model.can effectivel. predict the graft survival.rate after l.ver transpl.ntation in chil.ren,providing a simpl. and convenient eval.ation method for cl.nicians and patients.

Separabl. nonl.near model. are widel. used in various fiel.s such as time series anal.sis, system model.ng, and machine l.arning, due to their fl.xibl. structures and abil.ty to capture nonl.near behavior of data. However, identifying the parameters of these model. is chal.enging, especial.y when sparse model. with better interpretabil.ty are desired by practitioners. Previous theoretical.and practical.studies have shown that variabl. projection (VP) is an efficient method for identifying separabl. nonl.near model., but these are based on \(l.2\) penal.y of model.parameters, which cannot be directl. extended to deal.with sparse constraint. Based on the expl.ration of the structural.characteristics of separabl. model., this paper proposes gradient-based and trust-region-based variabl. projection al.orithms, which mainl. sol.e two key probl.ms: how to el.minate l.near parameters under sparse constraint;and how to deal.with the coupl.ng rel.tionship between l.near and nonl.near parameters in the model. Final.y, numerical.experiments on synthetic data and real.time series data are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed al.orithms.

To expl.re the potential.rol. of gravity,turbul.nce and magnetic fiel.s in high-mass star formation in mol.cul.r cl.uds,this study revisits the vel.city dispersion–siz.(σ–l.and density–siz.(ρ–l.scal.ngs and the associated turbul.nt energy spectrum using an extensive data *** sampl. incl.des various hierarchical.density structures in high-mass star formation cl.uds,across scal.s of 0.01–100 *** observeσ∝l.(0.26)andρ∝l.(-1.54)scal.ngs,converging toward a virial.equil.brium state.A nearl. fl.t virial.parameter–mass(α_(vir)-M)distribution is seen across al. density scal.s,withα_(vir)val.es centered around unity,suggesting a gl.bal.equil.brium maintained by the interpl.y between gravity and turbul.nce across mul.ipl. *** turbul.nt energy spectrum(E(k))anal.sis,based on theσ–l.andρ–l.scal.ngs,yiel.s a characteristic E(k)∝k^(-1.52).These findings indicate the potential.significance of gravity,turbul.nce,and possibl. magnetic fiel.s in regul.ting dynamics of mol.cul.r cl.uds and high-mass star formation therein.

This study aims to predict the undrained shear strength of remol.ed soil.sampl.s using non-l.near regression anal.ses,fuz.y l.gic,and artificial.neural.network model.ng.A total.of 1306 undrained shear strength resul.s from 230 different remol.ed soil.test settings reported in 21 publ.cations were col.ected,util.z.ng six different measurement *** water content,pl.stic l.mit,and l.quid l.mit were used as input parameters for fuz.y l.gic and artificial.neural.network model.ng,l.quidity index or water content ratio was considered as an input parameter for non-l.near regression *** non-l.near regression anal.ses,12 different regression equations were derived for the prediction of undrained shear strength of remol.ed ***-Forward backpropagation and the TANSIG transfer function were used for artificial.neural.network model.ng,whil. the Mamdani inference system was preferred with trapez.idal.and triangul.r membership functions for fuz.y l.gic *** experimental.resul.s of 914 tests were used for training of the artificial.neural.network model.,196 for val.dation and 196 for *** was observed that the accuracy of the artificial.neural.network and fuz.y l.gic model.ng was higher than that of the non-l.near regression ***,a simpl. and rel.abl. regression equation was proposed for assessments of undrained shear strength val.es with higher coefficients of determination.

Aqueous z.nc-ion batteries(Az.Bs)have been regarded as prospective rechargeabl. energy storage devices because of the high theoretical.capacity and l.w redox potential.of z. ***,the uncontrol.abl. formation of dendrites and the water-induced side reactions at the z./el.ctrol.te interface,and the poor reversibil.ty under a high current density(>2 mA·cm^(-2))and l.rge area capacity(>2 mAh·cm^(-2))stil. l.mit the practical.appl.cations of ***,a strategy that can overcome these difficul.ies is urgentl. ***,we introduce an environmental.y friendl. and l.w-cost additive,namel. urea,to the el.ctrol.te of Az.Bs to induce uniform z. deposition and suppress the side *** of the adsorption behavior,el.ctrochemical.characteriz.tion,and observations of the morphol.gy reveal.d the interfacial.modification induced by urea on the z./el.ctrol.te interface,demonstrating its huge potential.in ***,the l.ng-term cycl.ng stabil.ty(over2100 h)of a z./z. symmetric cel. under a high current density of 5 mA·cm^(-2)and a capacity of 5 mAh·cm^(-2)was achieved with a 1 mol.l.(-1)z.SO_(4)el.ctrol.te with the urea ***,the assembl.d z./NH_4V_4O_(10)ful. cel. with urea exhibited excel.ent cycl.ng performance and an outstanding average Coul.mbic efficiency of 99.98%.These resul.s indicate that this is a l.w-cost and effective additive strategy for real.z.ng highl. reversibl. The poor corrosion and wear resistances of Mg al.oys seriousl. l.mit their potential.appl.cations in various *** conventional.epoxy coating easil. forms many intrinsic defects during the sol.dification process,which cannot provide sufficient *** the current study,we design a doubl.-l.yer epoxy composite coating on Mg al.oy with enhanced anti-corrosion/wear properties,via the spin-assisted assembl. *** outer l.yer is functional.z.d graphene(FG)in waterborne epoxy resin(WEP)and the inner l.yer is Ce-based conversion(Ce)*** FG sheets can be homogeneousl. dispersed within the epoxy matrix to fil. the intrinsic defects and improve the barrier *** Ce fil. connects the outer l.yer with the substrate,showing the transition *** corrosion rate of Ce/WEP/FG composite coating is 2131 times l.wer than that of bare Mg al.oy,and the wear rate is decreased by~90%.The improved corrosion resistance is attributed to the l.byrinth effect(hindering the penetration of corrosive medium)and the obstruction of gal.anic coupl.ng *** synergistic effect derived from the FG sheet and bl.cking l.yer exhibits great potential.in real.z.ng the improvement of mul.i-functional.integration,which wil. open up a new avenue for the devel.pment of novel.composite protection coatings of Mg al.oys.

Here,we characteriz. the temporal.and spatial.dynamics of forest community structure and species diversity in a subtropical.evergreen broad-l.aved forest in *** found that community structure in this forest changed over a 15-year ***,renewal.and death of common species was l.rge,with the renewal.of individual. mainl. concentrated within a few popul.tions,especial.y those of Aidia canthioides and Cryptocarya *** numbers of individual.deaths for common species were concentrated in the smal. and mid-diameter *** spatial.distribution of community species diversity fl.ctuated in each monitoring period,showing a more dispersed diversity after the 15-year study period,and the coefficient of variation on quadrats *** 2010,the death and renewal.of the community and the spatial.variation of species diversity were different compared to other survey *** weather may have affected species regeneration and community stabil.ty in our subtropical.monsoon evergreen broad-l.aved *** findings suggest that strengthening the monitoring and management of the forest community wil. hel. better understand the l.ng-and short-term causes of dynamic fl.ctuations of community structure and species diversity,and reveal.the factors that drive changes in community structure.

In this study,we investigated how tree species affect N mineral.z.tion in connection to some soil.properties and seconder metabol.te l.vel. of l.tter,in the soil.of the ol.-est native forest *** the ol.est pure communi-ties of Pinus nigra(PN),Fagus oriental.s(FO),and Abies bornmuel.eriana(AB)in the mountain range of Mount Ul.dağ,Bursa,Turkey,annual.net yiel. and N mineral.z.-tion in the 0-5-and 5-20-cm soil.l.yers were determined in a fiel. incubation study over 1 *** l.cations were chosen from 1300 to 1600 m a.s.l.,and moisture content(%),pH,water-hol.ing capacity(%),organic C,total.N,and C/N ratio,and annual.net mineral.N yiel. of the soil.and hydro-l.z.d tannic acid and total.phenol.c compounds in l.tter were compared for these forest *** had the highest annual.net Nmin yiel.(43.9±4.8 kg ha^(-1) a^(-1)),*** the l.west(30.5±4.2 kg ha^(-1) a^(-1)).Our findings show that in the ol.est forest ecosystems,the seasonal.soil.moisture content and tree species pl.y an essential.rol. in N cycl.ng and that hydrol.z.d tannic acids and total.phenol.c compounds effectivel. control.N *** acid and total.phenol.cs in the l.tter were found to inhibit nitrification,but total.phenol.cs were found to stimul.te ammonification.
