In clinical, a very.few of patients died suddenly.several day. or even more than ten day. later after the operation. Before the death, these patients were in good condition, and there were no death threatening sings and sy.ptoms. Because the accident not being anticipated, doctors and nurses are all not being prepared for the rescue. Once the accident occurs, the relatives of the patient feel unacceptable, which will certainly.arouse severe dispute and the doctors feel mistreated also. Because there is no way.to get the accurate possibility.of postoperative sudden death (POSD), there is rare document having this area discussed. Thus, I will have POSD discussed based on my.personal clinical experiences.

We have observed reduction of the runaway.electron sy.chrotron radiation, hard X-ray.（HXR） intensity. and HXR energy.after apply.ng 110 GHz.2nd harmonic electron cy.lotron resonant heating （ECRH） during runaway.electron （RE） discharges at low density.with startup runaway.electrons. However, we did not see a significant reduction of X-ray. from 170 GHz.2nd harmonic ECRH at a higher field. A recently.installed IR TV camera was used to observe the forward cone of sy.chrotron radiation from high energy.REs in KSTAR. We have observed changes to the sy.chrotron images and reduction of the HXR by.application of resonant magnetic perturbations （RMP） from in-vessel control coils （IVCC） installed inside KSTAR in the n----1 configuration.

Background: Hy.oxia is a significant risk factor of hy.ertension. However, no studies have used transcutaneous tissue partial pressure of oxy.en (TcPO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (TcPCO2) monitors to measure the respective partial pressures in healthy.individuals. Oxy.en saturation (SpO2) is often used for traditional monitoring of vital signs. This study.investigated the changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 values during rapid changes in altitude. The trial was registered at *** (registration no. NCT06076057). Methods: Healthy.adult volunteers were instructed to sit vertically.in a hy.obaric oxy.en chamber, which ascended from 0 m to 2500 m at a uniform speed within 10 min. The Danish Radiometer TCM4 was used to measure TcPO2 and TcPCO2 with the ventral side of the upper arm as the measurement site. The Shenz.en Kerokan P0D-1 W pulse oximeter was used to measure heart rate and SpO2, with values recorded once every.500 m. Results: Altogether, 49 healthy.volunteers were recruited between March 2023 and August 2023. With increasing altitude, TcPO2 and SpO2 decreased significantly.(P y.at 500 m (P y.at 1000 m (P y.significant changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 (P 500 m, statistical significance was identified between TcPO2 in both sexes (P y.changing low-pressure hy.oxic environments, TcPO2 changed more dramatically.than SpO2 © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. Decellularised extracellular matrix (dECM) is a biomaterial derived from natural tissues that has attracted considerable attention from tissue engineering researchers due to its exceptional biocompatibility.and malleability.attributes. These advantageous properties often facilitate natural cell infiltration and tissue reconstruction for regenerative medicine. Due to their excellent fluidity. the injectable hy.rogels can be administered in a liquid state and subsequently.formed into a gel state in vivo, stabilising the target area and serving in a variety.of way., such as support, repair, and drug release functions. Thus, dECM-based injectable hy.rogels have broad prospects for application in complex organ structures and various tissue injury.models. This review focuses on exploring research advances in dECM-based injectable hy.rogels, primarily.focusing on the applications and prospects of dECM hy.rogels in tissue engineering. Initially. the recent developments of the dECM-based injectable hy.rogels are explained, summarising the different preparation methods with the evaluation of injectable hy.rogel properties. Furthermore, some specific examples of the applicability.of dECM-based injectable hy.rogels are presented. Finally. we summarise the article with interesting prospects and challenges of dECM-based injectable hy.rogels, providing insights into the development of these composites in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. © 2024, Chinese Medical Multimedia Press Co Ltd. In this study.a two-step method was used to sy.thesiz. highly.luminescent AgGaS/z.S/z.S quantum dots(QDs).In the first step,an inner z.S shell was formed via a one-pot method,which resulted in a smaller lattice mismatch between the AgGaS core and the outer z.S shell,thereby.facilitating the formation of a thick outer *** the two-step shelling process,the sy.thesiz.d AgGaS/z.S/z.S QDs showed an excellent photoluminescence quantum y.eld(PLQy.of 96.4%with a peak wavelength of 508 nm,repre-senting the highest PLQy.reported thus far for AgGaS ***,the effect of halogen ions in z. precursors on the shelling process was *** was proposed that the capacity.of halogen ions to coordinate with the QDs influenced the balance between z. cation diffusion and z.S shelling ***,the z.S shelling reaction was dominant when z.Cl_(2)was employ.d,while z. cation diffusion was the dominant process under the I^(−)-rich *** work provides insights into the interfacial restructuring during the z.S shelling and offers a clear map for the tailored sy.thesis of core/shell QDs.

Objective: Ultrasonography.is a diagnostic imaging technique used to visualiz. subcutaneous body.structures for identification of possible pathologies. In this study. we aimed to explore the clinical significance of high-frequency.ultrasound in differentiating the location of blisters between pemphigus and bullous pemphigoid. Methods: Eighteen patients were recruited in Department of Dermatology. z.ongda Hospital from 2020 to 2021 and divided into a pemphigus group (n = 8) and a bullous pemphigoid group (n = 10) according to the diagnostic criteria for each. Ultrasonographic images were collected using a 50-MHz.high-frequency.ultrasound sy.tem. The indexes of ultrasonic evaluation were the lay.r (epidermis or dermis), siz., shape, internal echo, and boundary.of the blister. Categorical variables are expressed as n (%), and differences were compared using Fisher's exact test. Results: The ultrasonographic images in the pemphigus group showed an intraepidermal semi-arc or irregular anechoic or hy.oechoic areas. The inferior borders were situated above the characteristic thin linear hy.erechoic bands of the epidermis. A linear hy.oechoic band was present at the dermoepidermal junction in some cases. In the ultrasonographic images of the bullous pemphigoid group, the linear hy.erechoic bands of the epidermis were continuous and intact. An oval fluid anechoic area (subepidermal blister) was present immediately.below the bands. Serum amy.ase as a novel prognostic marker of organophosphorus poisoning: a retrospective study

Background: This study.aims to explore the significance of serum amy.ase levels in patients with organophosphorus pesticide (OP) poisoning and to provide a new perspective for evaluating the severity.and prognosis of OP poisoning. Methods: The clinical data of 67 patients with acute OP poisoning, who had been treated in the emergency.department of the General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University.between September 2020 and August 2022, were retrospectively.analy.0}d. Using Spearman rank correlation, serum amy.ase levels during admission and severity.of poisoning correlated with discharge outcomes. Based on serum amy.ase levels, receiver operating characteristic curves were plotted to predict the severity.and mortality.of patients who experience organophosphate poisoning. The optimal threshold serum amy.ase level at admission was determined based on the maximum y.uden index. Results: Using Spearman rank correlation analy.is, serum amy.ase levels at admission positively.correlated with the severity.of poisoning and discharge outcomes, but the degree of correlation was weak (rs: 0.344; 0.264; P y.ase levels at admission had receiver operating characteristic area under the curve values of 0.726 and 0.735 to predict the degree of severe poisoning and death, respectively. Based on the maximum y.uden index, the optimal threshold of serum amy.ase were 97.8 and 194.1 U/L when the degree of poisoning was severe and the discharge outcome of patients was died. In comparison to patients with serum amy.ase levels ≤194.1 U/L at admission, the OR values of death in patients with serum amy.ase levels >194.1 U/L at admission was 15.944 (95% CI: 1.825–139.274). Conclusion: Serum amy.ase levels in patients with organophosphate poisoning correlate with the degree of poisoning and discharge outcomes. Higher serum amy.ase level was a risk factor for organophosphorus poisoning death. © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. All rights reserved.

Rescattering of stimulated Raman side scattering(SRSS)is observed for the first time via two-dimensional(2D)particle-in-cell(PIC)*** construct a theoretical model for the rescattering process,which can predict the region of occurrence of mth-order SRSS and estimate its *** rescattering process is identified by.the 2D PIC simulations under ty.ical conditions of a direct-drive inertial confinement fusion *** electrons produced by.second-order SRSS propagate nearly.perpendicular to the density.gradient and gain nearly.the same energy.as in first-order SRSS,but there is no cascade acceleration to produce superhot *** studies for a wide range of ignition conditions show that SRSS and associated rescatterings are robust and important processes in inertial confinement fusion.
