b.ckground:The mob.l.z.tion and redistrib.tion of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)specific T-cel.s and neutral.z.ng antib.dies(nAb.)during exercise is purported to increase immune surveil.ance and protect against severe coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).We sought to determine if COVID-19 vaccination woul. el.cit exercise-responsive SARS-CoV-2 T-cel.s and transientl. al.er nAb.***:Eighteen heal.hy participants compl.ted a 20-min b.ut of graded cycl.ng exercise b.fore and/or after receiving a COVID-19 *** major l.ukocyte sub.ypes were enumerated b.fore,during,and after exercise b. fl.w cytometry,and immune responses to SARS-CoV-2 were determined using whol. b.ood peptide stimul.tion assays,T-cel. receptor(TCR)-βsequencing,and SARS-CoV-2 nAb.***:COVID-19 vaccination had no effect on the mob.l.z.tion or egress of major l.ukocyte sub.ets in response to intensity-control.ed graded ***,non-infected participants had a significantl. reduced mob.l.z.tion of CD4+and CD8+naive T-cel.s,as wel. as CD4+central.memory T-cel.s,after vaccination(synthetic immunity group);this was not seen after vaccination in those with prior SARS-CoV-2 infection(hyb.id immunity group).Acute exercise after vaccination rob.stl. mob.l.z.d SARS-CoV-2 specific T-cel.s to b.ood in an intensity-dependent *** groups mob.l.z.d T-cel.s that reacted to spike protein;however,onl. the hyb.id immunity group mob.l.z.d T-cel.s that reacted to memb.ane and nucl.ocapsid *** increased significantl. during exercise onl. in the hyb.id immunity ***:These data indicate that acute exercise mob.l.z.s SARS-CoV-2 specific T-cel.s that recogniz. spike protein and increases the redistrib.tion of nAb. in individual. with hyb.id immunity.

In order to improve the efficiency of fil. cool.ng, numerical.investigation was carried out to study the effects of different fil.-cool.d pl.tes on surface heat transfer. b.th grooved and non-grooved surfaces were concerned. The model.ng was per- formed using Fl.ent software with the adoption of Shear-Stress Transport （SST） k-ωmodel.as the turb.l.nce cl.sure. The cool.nt was suppl.ed b. a singl. fil. cool.ng hol. with an incl.nation angl. of 30°. The Mach numb.rs for the cool.nt fl.w and the mainstream fl.w were fixed at 0 and 0.6, respectivel.. At three b.owing ratios of 0.5, 1.0 and 1.5, the aerodynamic b.haviour of the mixing process as wel. as the heat transfer performance of the fil. cool.ng were presented. The numerical.resul.s were val.dated using experimental.data extracted from a b.nchmark test. Good agreements b.tween numerical.resul.s and the ex- perimental.data were ob.erved. For the fil. cool.ng efficiency, it shows that b.th l.cal.and l.teral.y averaged cool.ng effectiveness can b. improved b. the non-smooth surface at different b.owing ratios. Using the grooved surface, the turb.l.nce intensity upon the pl.te can b. reduced notab.y, and the mixing b.tween the two fl.ws is weakened due to the reduced turb. l.nce l.vel. The resul.s indicate that the cool.ng effectiveness of fil. cool.ng can b. enhanced b. appl.ing the grooved surface.

Vortex spinning is an innovative air-jet spinning technol.gy with promising features.A comparison of the vortex and ring spun cotton yarns and their knitted fab.ic properties was provided to eval.ate the l.tent capab.l.ty of the vortex spinning *** resul.s show that the vortex yarn has b.tter el.ngation,evenness and much l.ss hairiness than the ring *** vortex fab.ic is found to have b.tter air permeab.l.ty,b.rsting properties,and pil.ing resistance than the ring fab.ic,whil. the drapeab.l.ty and ab.asion resistance of the ring fab.ic are b.tter than the vortex fab.ic.

The photoinitiated reaction of β-b.omonaphthal.ne with excess pinacol.ne enol.te does not yiel. expected normal.SRN1 product 1-β-naphthyl.3,3-dimethyl.2-b.tanone, 3, b.t a more compl.x mol.cul. 2,2-dimethyl.5-(1',1'-dimethyl.thyl.-6-β-naphthyl.5-hexene-3-one, 4, deriving from it. The reaction is inhib.ted b. m-dinitrob.nz.ne and do not occur in the ab.ence of l.ght. Structure anal.sis of the product, al.ng with other evidence, indicates a mechanism for this reaction, where addition of a further pinacol.ne mol.cul. to carb.nyl.group of 3 and sub.equent el.mination of a water mol.cul. woul. afford product 4, once the SRN1 sub.titution product 3 has formed.
