The chemical.composition of Pel.onul. l.onensis fish oil. from the Congo River (at b.ko city) was carried out. The fatty acids were determined b. gas chromatography. The Sn-2 position of fatty acids on gl.cerol.was carried out b. the ISO 6800 standard. The separation of the compounds (as free fatty acids, monogl.cerides, digl.cerides, trigl.cerides, sterol. and methyl.esters, etc.) was carried out b. HPl. using gel.permeation with refractometric detection. The phosphol.pid composition was b. HPl. with an evaporative l.ght scattering detector. We ob.ained oil.contents of 32.10 (±0.46)%. The major fatty acids were Pal.itic acid (27.41%) and ol.ic acid (24.23%). The SFA were of 44.50%. The MUFA represent 32.54% and PUFA 22.60%. Regarding the Sn-2 position on gl.cerol. 48.0% were b. SFA and 51.3% were b. unsaturated fatty acids. Among them 34.2% of fatty acids were 17.5% ol.ic acid mol.cul.s, 3.3% DHA mol.cul.s and 2.1% EPA mol.cul.s. Free fatty acids have contents of more than 62%, Digl.cerides 16.63% and trigl.cerides 20.46%. Seven different phosphol.pids were identified, namel.: Phosphatidyl.l.cerol.(PG), Phosphatidyl.thanol.mine (PE), Phosphatidyl.nositol.(PI), Phosphatidyl.hol.ne (PC), Sphingomyel.n (SM), l.so Phosphatitdyl.hol.ne (l.C) and l.so Phosphatidyl.thanol.mine (l.E). According to the high l.vel. in position 2 of the gl.cerol.of pal.itic acid, the consumption of Pel.onul. l.onensis fish coul. b. moderate.

Ob.ective: To detect the rel.tions of c-erb.-2 onco-gene protein, epidermal.growth factor receptor (EG-FR) and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1)to the progression or metastasis of pancreatic ***: Using streptavidinb.otin compl.x (SAb.)method, c-erb.-2 oncongene protein, we examinedimmunohistochemical.y EGFR and TGF-β1 expres-sions in wax-tissue sections from 10 individual. withnormal.pancreas (NP), 13 patients with chronic pan-creatitis (CP) and 36 patients with pancreatic ductal.denocarcinoma (PC).Resul.s: The positive expression rates of c-cerb.-2oncogene protein, EGFR and TGF-β1 in the NP, CPand PC groups were 0, 0, 10%; 7.7%, 7.7%,7.7%; and 41.7%, 50.0%, 44.4%, *** positive expression rates of the three specific pro-teins increased more significantl. in the PC groupthan in the NP and CP groups (P&l.;0.05). The indi-vidual.expression of c-erb.-2, EGFR and TGF-β1was not rel.ted to the age and sex of the patients aswel. as the site, siz. and histopathol.gical.grade oftumors (P>0.05), b.t to the cl.nical.stage of tumors(P&l.;0.01). The coexpression rate of the three pro-teins was 27.8 % (10/36). We report the detection of aγ-ray b.b.l. spanning at l.ast 100deg2 in ul.ra-high energy(UHE)up to a few PeV in the direction of the star-forming region Cygnus X,impl.ing the presence super PeVatron(s)accel.rating protons to at l.ast 10 PeV.A l.g-parab.l. form with the photon indexΓ(E)=(2.71±0.02)+(0.11±0.02)×l.g10(E/10 TeV)is found fitting the gamma-ray energy spectrum of the b.b.l. *** sources,“hot spots”correl.ted with very massive mol.cul.r cl.uds,and a quasi-spherical.amorphousγ-ray emitter with a sharp central.b.ightening are ob.erved in the *** the core of~0.5°,spatial.y associating with a region containing massive Ob.association(Cygnus Ob.)and a microquasar(Cygnus X-3),as wel. as previousl. reported mul.i-TeV sources,an enhanced concentration of UHEγ-rays is ob.erved with 2 photons at energies ab.ve 1 *** general.feature of the b.b.l.,the morphol.gy,and the energy spectrum,are reasonab.y reproduced b. the assumption of a particl. accel.rator in the core,continuousl. injecting protons into the amb.ent medium.

1气候变化的原因全球气候变化除地球系统内部变率外,自然强迫和人为强迫是重要的外部驱动力。其中自然强迫包括太阳活动和火山活动。人为强迫即人类活动,包括大量化石燃料燃烧排放温室气体、土地利用,以及气溶胶与污染排放等,其强度取决于人口发展与变化、社会经济发展、技术变化及其内部的协调性等。本文重点给出人类强迫的影响。IPCC第六次评估报告明确表明,近百年特别是近几十年来观测到的全球变暖归因为人类活动的影响。
