Machine learning solution for regional landslide susceptibility based on fault zone division strategy

Landslide susceptibility assessment is an essential tool for disaster prevention and management. In areas with multiple fault zones, the impact of fault zone on slope stability cannot be disregarded. This study performed qualitative analysis of fault zones and proposed a zoning method to assess the landslide susceptibility in Chengkou County, Chongqing Municipality, China. The region within a distance of 1 km from the faults was designated as sub-zone A, while the remaining area was labeled as sub-zone B. To accomplish the assessment, a dataset comprising 388 historical landslides and 388 non-landslide points was used to train the random forest model. 10-fold cross-validation was utilized to select the training and testing datasets for the model. The results of the models were analyzed and discussed, with a focus on model performance and prediction uncertainty. By implementing the proposed division strategy based on fault zone, the accuracy, precision, recall, F-score, and AUC of both two sub-zones surpassed those of the whole region. In comparison to the results obtained for the whole region, sub-zone B exhibited an increase in AUC by 6.15%, while sub-zone A demonstrated a corresponding increase of 1.66%. Moreover, the results of 100 random realizations indicated that the division strategy has little effect on the prediction uncertainty. This study introduces a novel approach to enhance the prediction accuracy of the landslide susceptibility mapping model in areas with multiple fault zones.

Landslide susceptibility mapping is an integral part of geological hazard ***,the emphasis of many studies has been on data-driven models,notably those derived from machine learning,owing to their aptitude for tackling complex non-linear ***,the prevailing models often disregard qualitative research,leading to limited interpretability and mistakes in extracting negative samples,*** non-landslide *** this study,Scoops 3D(a three-dimensional slope stability analysis tool)was utilized to conduct a qualitative assessment of slope stability in the Yunyang section of the Three Gorges Reservoir *** depth of the bedrock was predicted utilizing a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),incorporating local boreholes and building on the insights from prior *** Random Forest(RF)algorithm was subsequently used to execute a data-driven landslide susceptibility *** proposed methodology demonstrated a notable increase of 29.25%in the evaluation metric,the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC-AUC),outperforming the prevailing benchmark ***,the landslide susceptibility map generated by the proposed model demonstrated superior *** result not only validates the effectiveness of amalgamating mathematical and mechanistic insights for such analyses,but it also carries substantial academic and practical implications.

在《泰阿泰德》篇177c至183c部分,柏拉图使用辩证法反驳了普罗泰戈拉与赫拉克利特的命题。在对普罗泰戈拉命题的反驳中,柏拉图通过辩证法揭示了矛盾的存在,把握到认识的统一性。这表现在柏拉图运用举例论证,指出只有权威才是认识的尺度,从而驳斥了普罗泰戈拉“人是万物的尺度”的学说,并且把握到在时间流变过程中现在、未来的统一性。此外,柏拉图也应用问答法揭露了赫拉克利特学说中的矛盾。两组论证展示了柏拉图辩证法的不同特点。但是,两组论证都存在概念的对立,这表现出柏拉图辩证法的不彻底性。

氮肥对垄沟集雨种植谷子氮素利用效率及产量的影响

【目的】探究垄沟集雨种植模式下谷子的生长、产量对氮肥的响应，以期为黄土高原半干旱区谷子高产高效生产提供理论依据。【方法】于2022—2023年选用陕豫谷3号谷子品种进行大田试验，采用裂区设计，主因素为种植模式(垄沟集雨种植模式，R；传统平作种植模式，T)，副因素为施氮量(0 kg·hm-2,N0;60 kg·hm-2,N1;135 kg·hm-2,N2;210 kg·hm-2,N3)，在不同种植模式下测定谷子旗叶净光合速率、叶绿素相对含量、各生育时期地上部群体干物质积累量、氮素积累量，以及成熟期农艺性状和产量，并计算氮素利用率。【结果】同一施氮量下，与传统平作种植模式相比，垄沟集雨种植模式下谷子旗叶的净光合速率、叶绿素相对含量在降雨较多的2022年仅灌浆期有所提高，在降雨较少的2023年抽穗期、开花期、灌浆期则均有提高，两年间垄沟集雨种植模式均增强了谷子生育中后期的光合能力，延缓叶片衰老；谷子地上部群体干物质积累量、氮素积累量在2022年的拔节期、灌浆期、成熟期有所提高，在2023年各生育时期均有增加，且N1、N2、N3间均无显著性差异，地上部干物质积累量、氮素积累量分别提高了0.6%—39.5%、0.9%—51.1%；籽粒氮素积累量、花后氮素积累量、花后氮素对籽粒贡献率在两年间均有显著增加，满足了谷子全生育期的养分需求，改善了传统平作种植模式下谷子生育后期氮肥供应不足问题；氮肥偏生产力在两年间均有增加，分别提高了3.7%—14.3%、2.8%—27.6%，氮肥农学利用效率在2022年于210 kg·hm-2施氮量下略有降低，氮肥农学利用效率、氮肥利用效率在2023年施氮量超过135 kg·hm-2时均有所降低，三者均随施氮量的增加而降低；谷子穗粗、单穗重在两年间均有提高，穗长则有所下降；产量在两年间均有显著性提高，分别增加了3.7%—14.3%、2.8%—27.6%，在降雨较少的2023年增产效果更为显著，且当施氮量超过60 kg·hm-2时，产量无显著性增加。【结论】在黄土高原半干旱区，垄沟集雨种植模式配施60—135 kg·hm-2氮肥更有利于谷子氮素利用和产量形成。

为了研究变压器匝间短路时电流随匝数的变化规律,首先对变压器匝间短路时的电流进行了解析推导。然后,建立变压器匝间短路故障前后的等效电路,推导两侧电流随短路匝数变化的公式,并通过自检电阻的不同状态进行自我验证和推广应用。最后,采用商业软件Ansys对实际变压器进行正常运行及匝间短路时电流与磁场的仿真计算,与解析法电流公式对比,验证了解析公式及数值计算的准确性。研究结果可为变压器匝间短路的检测与分析提供参考。

大型储罐罐顶的罐壁薄、跨度大,在外压作用下容易出现失稳问题。以某大型2万t复材储罐典型工程为例,针对其罐顶稳定性提升的需求,提出复材拱加固、复材拱–工字钢–槽钢组合加固、工字钢-槽钢组合加固、三角钢桁架加固罐顶等四种加固方案,并建立有限元模型对加固前后的储罐进行特征值屈曲分析。结果表明,加固前罐顶稳定系数为1.29,远小于GB150—1998《钢制压力容器》的要求(稳定系数为15)。除复材拱加固外,其余应用钢结构与复材进行组合的加固方案均有较好的效果,加固后罐顶稳定系数均满足GB150—1998的要求。在此基础上,综合分析了各加固方案的造价及施工工艺,结果表明小截面三角钢桁架加固复材罐顶为最优方案,为大型复材储罐罐顶的加固和优化设计提供技术参考。

Recent studies have determined that the nervous system can sense and respond to signals from skeletal tissue,a process known as skeletal interoception,which is crucial for maintaining bone *** hypothalamus,located in the central nervous system(CNS),plays a key role in processing interoceptive signals and regulating bone homeostasis through the autonomic nervous system,neuropeptide release,and neuroendocrine *** mechanisms control the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into osteoblasts(OBs),the activation of osteoclasts(OCs),and the functional activities of bone *** nerves extensively innervate skeletal tissues,facilitating the transmission of interoceptive signals to the *** review provides a comprehensive overview of current research on the generation and coordination of skeletal interoceptive signals by the CNS to maintain bone homeostasis and their potential role in pathological *** findings expand our understanding of intersystem communication in bone biology and may have implications for developing novel therapeutic strategies for bone diseases.

Research on Credit Regulation Mechanism of E-commerce Platform Based on Evolutionary Game Theory

In the growing e-commerce industry,the problem of malicious business operations has become increasingly prominent,exposing many problems such as weak supervision of e-commerce platforms and no way for consumers to *** order to solve the problems of counterfeit and shoddy products on e-commerce platforms and promote the sustainable development of the e-commerce industry in China,this paper constructs a three-party evolutionary game model of e-commerce platforms,merchants,and consumers,investigates the influence of each influencing factor on each party’s strategy choice,and provides targeted suggestions to e-commerce platforms based on relevant ***,the impact of several important parameters on the equilibrium solution is discussed through sensitivity *** results show that:1)the smaller the cost difference between active and negative regulation,the more the e-commerce platform tends to active regulation strategy,but increasing fines for dishonest merchants and consumer complaints have little impact on the e-commerce platform;2)increasing consumer compensation,creating an honest business environment,and reducing the cost of honest business all help companies tend to operate in good faith;3)the only factor that affects the tendency of consumer complaint strategies is the cost of *** loss suffered by silence and the compensation given to consumers have little effect on consumers’tendency to complain *** results can provide theoretical guidance for participants to make useful strategic decisions in the e-commerce market.
