The receiver is a signal receiving device placed at the focus of the *** order to improve the observation efficiency,the concept of phased array receiver has been proposed in recent years,which places a small phased array at the focal plane of the reflector,and flexible pattern and beam scanning functions can be achieved through a beamforming *** combined with the element multiplexing,all beams within the entire field of view can be observed simultaneously to achieve continuous sky *** article focuses on the front-end array of phased array receiver at 0.7-1.8 GHz for QiTai Telescope,and designs a Vivaldi antenna array of PCB structure with dual line *** polarization antenna is designed to arrange in a rectangle manner by 11×*** on the simulation results of the focal field,32,18,and eight elements were selected to form one beam at 0.7,1.25,and1.8 *** analog beamforming network was constructed,and the measured gains of axial beam under uniform weighting were 19.32,13.72,and 15.22 *** the beam scanning method of reflector antenna,the pattern test of different position element sets required for PAF beam scanning was carried out under independent *** pattern optimization at 1.25 GHz was carried out by weighting method of conjugate field *** with uniform weighting,the gain,sidelobe level,and main beam direction under conjugate field matching have been *** the above test and simulation results are slightly different,which is related to the passive array and laboratory testing condition,the relevant work has accumulated experience in the development of the front-end array for the phased array receiver,and has good guiding significance for future performance verification after the array is installed on the telescope.

BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain *** To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of *** Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November ***-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager *** Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were *** meta-analysis results showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(Pleft ventricular ejection fraction by 6.69%[mean difference(MD)=6.69,95%CI:4.42-8.95,Plk test by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,Pl pro-Btype natriuretic peptide by 1.03 ng/l[standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,Pl(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,Pleft ventricular endsystolic diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,Plts indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONClUSION YXST effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.

Hypertriglyceridemia is the third leading cause of acute pancreatitis(AP),and its incidence is *** to its relatively insidious etiology,it is easy to be ignored in the early *** China,Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction(CQCQD)has long been employed for treating *** To evaluate the effectiveness of CQCQD in patients diagnosed with mild/moderately severe hypertriglyceridemic AP(HTG-AP).METHODS In this study,the clinical data of 39 patients with HTG-AP admitted from January 2019 to November 2022 were *** changes of blood lipids,gastrointestinal symptoms,and abdominal pain before and after treatment were analyzed and compared between the two *** Twenty patients were treated with the conventional HTG-AP regimen,and 19 patients were additionally treated with *** receiving treatment,the triglycerides(TG)level of the CQCQD group was lower than that of the CQCQD group(3.14±0.25 mmol/l vs 4.96±0.47 mmol/l,Pl movements than the control group(2.51±0.25 times vs 1.00±0.17 times,P=0.01).The gastrointestinal function of most patients returned to normal,and the acute gastrointestinal injury score was significantly lower than that of the control group(0.11±0.07 vs 0.42±0.11,PlUSION In patients with HTG-AP,CQCQD can significantly reduce the TG level,shorten the recovery time of defecation,significantly improve the gastrointestinal function.

Objective:To investigate the interrelationship between cardiovascular health awareness,risk perception,behavioural intention,and INTERHEART risk stratification in a middle-aged adult population in ***:A cross-sectional survey with convenience sampling was conducted during November 2022 and January *** completed validated questionnaires assessing cardiovascular health awareness,risk perception of cardiovascular diseases,behavioural intention towards adopting healthy habits,and INTERHEART risk stratification score(IHRS)based on established risk factors.A total of 602 respondents were included in the final *** were analysed with independent t-test/one-way ANOVA or Mann-Whitney/Kruskal-Wallis to test the differences,Pearson correlation or linear regression test to analyze the association of independent and dependent ***:There was a significant positive correlation between medical knowledge related to cardiovascular disease(CVD)and knowledge related to CVD risk prevention,risk perception,behavioural intention and IHRS(Plation).Notably,individuals with higher IHRS tended to have lower knowledge related to CVD and CVD risk prevention,risk perception,and behavioural ***,laborers,active/former smokers,individuals with lower household income and educational levels,those involved in occupations not related to the healthcare sector,and those who did not receive the CVD health brochure or are unaware of health self-assessment tools are likely to have lower levels of knowledge,risk perception,and poorer behavioural intention regarding cardiovascular health(Ple educational level,smoking status,awareness about CVD poster,self-assessment tools were repeatedly significantly associated with knowledge related to CVD and CVD risk prevention,risk perception,behavioral intention and/or IHRS(Plinear regression).Conclusions:These findings underscore the importance of promoting car

A detailed understanding of the distribution and potential of natural gas hydrate(NGHs)resources is crucial to fostering the industrialization of those resources in the South China Sea,where NGHs are *** this study,this study analyzed the applicability of resource evaluation methods,including the volumetric,genesis,and analogy methods,and estimated NGHs resource potential in the South China Sea by using scientific resource evaluation methods based on the factors controlling the geological accumulation and the reservoir characteristics of ***,this study compared the evaluation results of NGHs resource evaluations in representative worldwise sea areas via rational *** results of this study are as follows:(1)The gas hydrate accumulation in the South China Sea is characterized by multiple sources of gas supply,multi-channel migration,and extensive accumulation,which are significantly different from those of oil and gas and other unconventional resources.(2)The evaluation of gas hydrate resources in the South China Sea is a highly targeted,stratified,and multidisciplinary evaluation of geological resources under the framework of a multi-type gas hydrate resource evaluation system and focuses on the comprehensive utilization of multi-source heterogeneous data.(3)Global NGHs resources is n×10^(15)m^(3),while the NGHs resources in the South China Sea are estimated to be 10^(13)m^(3),which is comparable to the abundance of typical marine NGHs deposits in other parts of the *** the South China Sea,the NGHs resources have a broad prospect and provide a substantial resource base for production tests and industrialization of NGHs.

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis),a member of the mammalian order Scandentia,exhibits considerable similarities with primates,including humans,in aspects of its nervous,immune,and metabolic *** similarities have established the tree shrew as a promising experimental model for biomedical research on cancer,infectious diseases,metabolic disorders,and mental health ***,we used metatranscriptomic sequencing to analyze plasma,as well as oral and anal swab samples,from 105 healthy asymptomatic tree shrews to identify the presence of potential zoonotic *** total,eight mammalian viruses with complete genomes were identified,belonging to six viral families,including Flaviviridae,Hepeviridae,Parvovirinae,Picornaviridae,Sedoreoviridae,and ***,the presence of rotavirus was recorded in tree shrews for the first *** viruses-hepacivirus 1,parvovirus,and picornavirus-exhibited low genetic similarity(ly reported viruses at the whole-genome scale,indicating ***,three other viruses-hepacivirus 2,hepatovirus A and hepevirus-exhibited high similarity(>94%)to known viral *** analyses also revealed that the rotavirus and mammalian orthoreovirus identified in this study may be novel *** findings provide insights into the diverse viral spectrum present in captive Chinese tree shrews,highlighting the necessity for further research into their potential for crossspecies transmission.

卤酸脱卤酶能够降解对环境具有危害性的卤代羧酸类化合物,并且其具有立体选择性,可以拆分出纯手性的卤代羧酸,在环境保护和化学合成领域具有潜在的应用价值。建立卤酸脱卤酶活性的分析方法具有重要意义。催化性能较好的卤酸脱卤酶DehE在弱碱性范围内(pH 8.00~9.50)能催化2-氯丙酸发生脱卤反应产生氢离子,从而改变弱缓冲能力反应体系的pH,而某些物质的荧光强度受溶液pH影响较大。进行了荧光-pH指示剂的筛选,并以此建立了基于荧光光谱法的卤酸脱卤酶活性全细胞检测方法。结果表明:筛选出的荧光-pH指示剂2-萘酚-6,8-二磺酸二钾能够灵敏地反映弱碱性范围内(pH 8.00~9.50)的pH变化。所建方法在20 mmol·l^(-1)的4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸、pH 8.50、45℃、45 mmol·l^(-1)的2-氯丙酸条件下检测效果最好,并且能避免假阳性结果的出现。当被检测的菌液OD600=2.0时,15 min即可出现50%的荧光变化。采用HPlC验证了方法的专属性。该方法能够快速、简单、灵敏地在全细胞水平上检测卤酸脱卤酶活性。当微生物含有卤酸脱卤酶的活性与DehE相当时,所建立的方法对该微生物检测限为菌液OD600=0.3,具备对含有卤酸脱卤酶的微生物原位筛查分析潜力。

以聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)通过阳离子架桥形成的拟聚阴离子为软模板,通过改变PVP、SDS和纳米材料前驱体氯金酸(HAu Cl_(4))浓度以及反应时间等因素,调控还原产物金纳米花形貌及粒径。表面张力、电导率、毛细管电泳及Zeta电位等实验结果表明PVP-SDS-HAu Cl_(4)形成新的拟聚阴离子,透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射结果表明SDS、PVP和HAu Cl_(4)的较低浓度组合更易获得表面凸起丰富的金纳米花。PVP-SDS拟聚阴离子发挥了二级软模板作用,在PVP(50 g·l^(-1))-SDS(2 mmol·l^(-1))-HAu Cl_(4)(0.25 mmol·l^(-1))溶液中调控合成的金纳米花为{111}晶面为主的面心立方结构,其平均等效粒径为108 nm,且表面上密集分布约16.5 nm的凸起。该金纳米花有较强的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性,探针分子罗丹明6G的SERS信号强度依赖于金纳米花的表面凸起形貌。该研究中金纳米花的SERS增强因子最高达6.71×10^(7),优于同类金纳米花的文献报道水平(106);尽管低于石墨负载的金纳米粒子(1×108)或阳离子软模板合成的金纳米棒(5×109),但成功避免了基质干扰或阳离子强吸附使应用受限。
