The load rejection transient process of bulb turbine units is critical to safety of hydropower stations,and determining appropriate closing laws of guide vanes(GVs)and runner blades(RBs)for this process is of *** this study,we proposed a procedure to optimize the co-closing law of GVs and RBs by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD),combined with the design of experiment(DOE)method,approximation model,and genetic optimization *** sensitivity of closing law parameters on the histories of head,speed,and thrust was analyzed,and a two-stage GVs’closing law associating with a linear RBs’closing law was *** results show that GVs dominate the transient characteristics by controlling the change of *** GVs’first-stage closing speed while shortening first-stage closing time can not only significantly reduce the maximum rotational speed but also suppress the water hammer pressure;slowing GVs’second-stage closing speed is conducive to controlling the maximum reverse axial *** directly affect the runner *** RBs’closing speed can further reduce the rotational speed and the maximum reverse axial *** safety margin of each control parameter,flow patterns,and pressure pulsations of a practical hydropower station were all improved after optimization,demonstrating the effectiveness of this method.

Although numerous metal halide perovskite materials have been investigated in the field of optoelectronic,the development of perovskite heterojunctions with exotic structures is still ***,we report the epitaxial growth of quasi-two-dimensional(Q-2D)perovskites on methylammonium lead iodide(MAPbI_(3))single crystals to form perovskite heterojunctions with interfacial *** MAPbI_(3)adjacent to epitaxial Q-2D perovskite shows blue shifted photoluminescence with shortened lifetime,which becomes significant with the reduced layer number of the Q-2D *** findings suggest the presence of an interfacial strain gradient leading to enhanced photocarrier ***,compared to the MAPbI_(3)single crystal detector,the BA_(2)MAPb_(2)I_(7)/MAPbI_(3)(BA:n-butylamine)heterojunction-based photodetector demonstrates a bandpass detecting property and exhibits 5 times enhanced external quantum efficiency and 83 times enhanced specific detectivity(D*=3.26×10^(11)Jones).Remarkably,the unencapsulated BA_(2)MAPb_(2)I_(7)/MAPbI_(3)heterojunction is stable in ambient condition for>300 *** Q-2D/3D heterojunction shows suppressed ion inter-diffusion due to the presence of Q-2D phase.

BACKGROUND Adolescent major depressive disorder(MDD)is a significant mental health concern that often leads to recurrent depression in ***-state functional magnetic resonance imaging(rs-fMRI)offers unique insights into the neural mechanisms underlying this ***,despite previous research,the specific vulnerable brain regions affected in adolescent MDD patients have not been fully *** To identify consistent vulnerable brain regions in adolescent MDD patients using rs-fMRI and activation likelihood estimation(ALE)*** We performed a comprehensive literature search through July 12,2023,for studies investigating brain functional changes in adolescent MDD *** utilized regional homogeneity(ReHo),amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations(ALFF)and fractional ALFF(fALFF)*** compared the regions of aberrant spontaneous neural activity in adolescents with MDD vs healthy controls(HCs)using *** Ten studies(369 adolescent MDD patients and 313 HCs)were *** the ReHo and ALFF/fALFF data,the results revealed that the activity in the right cuneus and left precuneus was lower in the adolescent MDD patients than in the HCs(voxel size:648 mm3,P<0.05),and no brain region exhibited increased *** on the ALFF data,we found decreased activity in the right cuneus and left precuneus in adolescent MDD patients(voxel size:736 mm3,P<0.05),with no regions exhibiting increased *** Through ALE meta-analysis,we consistently identified the right cuneus and left precuneus as vulnerable brain regions in adolescent MDD patients,increasing our understanding of the neuropathology of affected adolescents.

目的:分析MYO15A基因突变导致的常染色体隐性遗传性耳聋的表型及基因型特点,为基因诊断提供依据,为患者及家庭提供遗传咨询。方法:对上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院经二代测序检测诊断为MYO15A基因突变导致耳聋的2例散发病例进行基因的突变分析,并在家系内行Sanger测序验证分析。结合临床资料,依据美国医学遗传学和基因组学会(American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics, ACMG)变异分类指南对突变位点进行致病性判定。结果:2个散发耳聋家系的先证者表型分别为双侧重度听力损失与完全听力损失。鉴定了MYO15A基因4个变异,其中致病变异1个,可能致病变异2个,临床意义未明的剪切位点变异1个。患者Ⅰ携带的c.3524dup(***1176Valfs*14)变异为已报道致病变异;携带的c.10082+3G>A剪切位点变异,根据ACMG指南判定为临床意义未明。患者双侧佩戴助听器后,右耳平均听阈值37.50 dB,左耳平均听阈值33.75 dB。患者Ⅱ携带c.7441_7442del(***2481Glufs*86)、c.10250_10252del(***3417del),根据ACMG指南判定为可能致病的。患者右侧人工耳蜗植入术后8年,听觉行为分级-Ⅱ(categorical auditory performance, CAP-Ⅱ)9分,言语可懂度分级(speech intelligibility rating, SIR)5分。结论:本研究新发现的MYO15A基因罕见的c.7441_7442del突变与剪切位点突变c.10082+3G>A与常染色体隐性遗传性耳聋密切相关,丰富了MYO15A基因突变谱,为遗传性耳聋的遗传咨询提供依据。其次剪切位点致病性评估的应用为相关位点的分类提供参考。

目的了解我国新生儿早期基本保健(early essential newborn care,EENC)核心措施实施现状。方法基于国家卫生健康委员会-联合国儿童基金会“新生儿安全项目”,对161所试点医院的8项EENC核心措施,包括出生后立即开展至少90 min母婴皮肤接触、延迟脐带结扎(延迟至生后1 min或脐带停止搏动)、出生后1 h内完成首次母乳喂养、出院时纯母乳喂养、延迟第1次洗澡(出生24 h之后)、袋鼠式护理、眼部护理(使用红霉素药膏或其他滴眼液)和肌内注射维生素K1的实施情况进行问卷调研。调查表由试点医院根据2022年1月1日至12月31日实际情况填写,其中新生儿疾病信息来自该院新生儿出生至出院期间的病历记录,新生儿死亡率通过助产机构门诊和住院病历记录获得。主要分析指标为东、中、西地区EENC核心措施实施率,以及开展EENC医院和未开展EENC医院新生儿死亡率及新生儿常见病发生率。数据比较采用χ^(2)检验。结果共156所试点医院完成调查,其中东部地区66所(42.3%),中部地区45所(28.8%),西部地区45所(28.8%)。西部地区出生后立即开展至少90 min母婴皮肤接触、出生后1 h内完成首次母乳喂养、出院时纯母乳喂养、袋鼠式护理、眼部护理和肌内注射维生素K1的实施率均高于东、中部地区[分别为60.1%(62491/104012)与22.4%(104991/467982)和29.4%(31419/106812)、76.5%(78188/102266)与41.2%(188740/458627)和62.9%(67200/106812)、74.0%(60062/81141)与39.7%(181921/458627)和70.2%(74947/106812)、27.9%(1407/5035)与9.4%(1670/17807)和22.9%(2510/10968)、46.9%(48442/103313)与23.0%(105917/461176)和31.4%(31731/100966)、96.2%(51674/53729)与56.6%(263273/465433)和92.1%(98365/106812),χ^(2)值分别为58218.40、50113.04、55466.24、1456.92、24686.13、72696.66,P值均<0.001]。中部地区延迟脐带结扎、延迟第1次洗澡的实施率均高于东、西部地区[76.9%(82161/106812)与37.0%(163808/443285)和59.3%(60596/102266)、75.0%(80159/106812)与46.6%(216935/465433)和68.4%(71161/104012),χ^(2)值分别为62516.10和37987.11,P值均<0.001]。76所(48.7%)医院开展EENC,80所(51.3%)医院未开展EENC。未开展EENC医院的新生儿死亡率及新生儿窒息、败血症、肺炎、腹泻、眼部感染和脐带感染的发生率均高于开展EENC医院[分别为1.3‰(478/378519)与1.0‰(645/679795)、1.8%(6849/378519)与0.9%(5895/679795)、1.0%(3917/378519)与0.7%(5029/679795)、6.2%(23481/377890)与3.8%(25463/679795)、0.2%(916/378519)与0.1%(950/656781)、0.5%(1837/370540)与0.2%(1403/656949)、1.1‰(422/375149)与0.6‰(405/672291),χ^(2)值分别为22.62、1766.11、184.86、2832.09、100.89、866.59、64.94,P值均<0.001]。结论试点医院中仍有半数未开展EENC,开展EENC的医院具体措施落实情况也有待提高。部分地区EENC核心措施实施率较高,但存在地区差异;开展EENC医院的新生儿健康结局优于未开展EENC的医院。

双曲守恒律方程是一类比较特殊的偏微分方程,其数值求解方法的研究一直是一个热点问题,一个显著特性是即使初始条件是光滑的,其解也可能会发展成间断。浅水波方程作为非线性双曲守恒律方程,由于间断解的存在,其精确求解存在很大困难。针对浅水波方程数值求解问题,本文基于PINN(Physics informed neural networks)反问题网络结构构造新的网络,构造的网络结构包括两个并行的神经网络,其中一个网络与已知状态数据(熵稳定格式加密求出)相关,另一个网络与方程本身相关。利用已知速度数据结合浅水波方程本身求解未知水深,最终通过一些数值算例验证网络的可行性。结果表明,新的网络结构可用于浅水波方程求解,利用速度数据可以较为精确地推算出水深。

标志具有其他不良影响,是商标使用、商标注册申请的绝对禁止事由。实践中不同机关对于商标注册“其他不良影响”的理解与判断存在不同的观点,表现为就同一标志是否具有“其他不良影响”进行判断时,不同机关甚至相同机关出现判断结论不一致的情况。囿于立法体系缺失,不同机关对“其他不良影响”判断标准的认识存在价值冲突,扩张性地将造成公众误认的标志判断为具有“其他不良影响”,混淆判断内容。纠偏“其他不良影响”的判断标准,应从其内涵、外延与基本定位上进行逻辑廓清,确立客观的法律要件。
