Yanggan Jiangmei Formula alleviates hepatic inflammation and lipid accumulation in non-alcoholic steatohepatitis by inhibiting the NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway

The role of NF-κB and the NLRP3 inflammasome in the chronic inflammatory microenvironment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH)has been posited as *** Yanggan Jiangmei Formula(YGJMF)has shown promise in ameliorating hepatic steatosis in NASH patients,yet its pharmacological mechanisms remain largely *** study was conducted to investigate the efficacy of YGJMF in NASH and to elucidate its pharmacological *** simulate NASH both in vivo and in vitro,high-fat-diet(HFD)rats and HepG2 cells stimulated with free fatty acids(FFAs)were *** severity of liver injury and lipid deposition was assessed using serum indicators,histopathological staining,micro-magnetic resonance imaging(MRI),and the liver-tomuscle signal intensity ratio(SIRL/M).Furthermore,a combination of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),immunohistochemistry(IHC),immunofluorescence,real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR),and Western blotting analyses was employed to investigate the NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway and associated cytokine *** results from liver pathology,MRI assessments,and biochemical tests in rat models demonstrated YGJMF’s significant effectiveness in reducing liver damage and lipid ***,YGJMF markedly reduced hepatocyte inflammation by downregulating inflammatory cytokines in both liver tissue and ***,YGJMF was found to disrupt NF-κB activation,consequently inhibiting the assembly of the NLRP3 inflammasome in both the in vitro and in vivo *** preliminary findings of this study suggest that YGJMF may alleviate hepatic steatosis and inhibit the NF-κB/NLRP3 signaling pathway,thereby exerting anti-inflammatory effects in NASH.

Exploration of the Existence Forms and Patterns of Dissolved Oxygen Molecules in Water

The structure of liquid water is primarily composed of three-dimensional networks of water clusters formed by hydrogen bonds,and dis-solved oxygen is one of the most important indicators for assessing water *** this work,distilled water with different concentration of dissolved oxygen were prepared,and a clear negative correlation between the size of water clus-ters and dissolved oxygen concentration was ***,a phenomenon of rapid absorption and release of oxygen at the water interfaces was unveiled,suggesting that oxygen molecules predominantly exist at the interfaces of water *** molecules can move rapidly through the interfaces among water clusters,allowing dissolved oxygen to quickly reach a saturation level at certain partial pressure of oxygen and *** exploration into the mechanism by molecular dynamics simulations of oxygen and water clusters found that oxygen molecules can only exist stably at the interfaces among water clusters.A semi-empirical formula relating the average number of water molecules in a cluster(n)to ^(17)O NMR half-peak width(W)was summarized:n=0.1 W+*** findings provide a foundation for exploring the structure and properties of water.

Ultrasound image fusion based on the ratio between local fundamental and harmonic spectral peaks

An ultrasound image fusion method based on the local fundamental and harmonic spectral peak ratio(LFHR)is ***,the fundamental and harmonic components of the ultrasonic radio frequency(RF)signals are *** weights of both components are determined according to their spectral peak ***,the fused RF signals are produced by weighted averaging the fundamental and harmonic ***,the ultrasound fusion images are generated using the framework of demodulation,logarithmic compression and interpolation/*** results based on simulations of inhomogeneous cysts have shown that the contrast,contrast-to-noise ratio,and tissue-to-clutter ratio of the fusion images obtained from the proposed method are 2.44,2.80,and 3.22 times higher than the original images,*** harmonic energy is increased by 83%.The clinical experiments with the human carotid artery have also validated the effectiveness of the proposed *** summary,the fused B-mode images produced by the LFHR method possess rich details,clear tissue contour,and improved quality.

Immune responses of dendritic cells combined with tumor-derived autophagosome vaccine on hepatocellular carcinoma

Background： To induce and collect tumor-derived autophagosomes （DRibbles） from tumor cells as an antitumor vaccine by inhibiting the functions of proteasomes and lysosomes. Methods： Dendritic cells （DCs） generated from peripheral blood mononuclear cell （PBMC） of hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） patients were cocultured with DRibbles, and then surface molecules of DCs, as well as surface molecules on DCs, were determined by flow cytometry. Meanwhile, immune responses of the DCs-DRibbles were examined by mixed lymphocyte reactions. Results： DRibbles significantly induced the expression of CD80, CD83, CD86 and HLA-DR on DCs. The enzyme-linked immunosorbnent assay （ELISA） showed that IFN-γ, levels after vaccination increased than before in most patients, but CDS＋ proportion of PBMC increased only in nine patients. Higher levels of IFN-γ, were detected in the CD8＋ cells than CD4＋ T cells. These results suggested that DCs-DRibbles vaccine could induce antigen-specific cellular immune response on HCC and could prime strong CD8＋ T cell responses, supporting it as a tumor vaccine candidate. Conclusions： Our results demonstrate that HCC/DRibbles-pulsed DCs immunotherapy might be deployed as an effective antitumor vaccine for HCC immunotherapy in clinical trials.

Electrochemical upgrading of biomass ethanol to value-added chemicals is promising for sustainable ***,we synthesize defective Ni_(3)S_(2) nanowires(NWs),which show high activity towards electrochemical oxidation of ethanol to *** Ni_(3)S_(2) NWs are formed by the oriented attachment mechanism,and rich defects are introduced during the growth.A low onset potential of 1.31 V and high mass activity of 8,716 mA·mgNi^(-1) at 1.5 V are achieved using the synthesized Ni_(3)S_(2) NWs toward the ethanol electro-oxidation,which are better than the Ni(OH)2 NWs and the Ni_(3)S_(2) nanoparticles(NPs).And the selectivity for the acetate generation is ca.99%.The high activity of Ni_(3)S_(2) NWs is attributed to the easier oxidation of Ni(II)to the catalytically active Ni(III)species with the promotion from S component and rich *** results demonstrate that the defective NWs can be synthesized by the oriented attachment method and the defective Ni_(3)S_(2) NWs structure as the efficient nonnoble metal electrocatalysts for oxidative upgrading of ethanol.

Lie Symmetries of Klein-Gordon and Schrodinger Equations

In this paper, we investigate the Lie point symmetries of Klein-Gordon equation and Schr?dinger equation by applying the geometric concept of Noether point symmetries for the below defined Lagrangian. Moreover, we organize a strong relationship among the Lie symmetries related to Klein-Gordon as well as Schr?dinger equations. Finally, we utilize the consequences of Lie point symmetries of Poisson and heat equations within Riemannian space to conclude the Lie point symmetries of Klein-Gordon equation and Schr?dinger equation within universal Riemannian space.

Exponential Stability of a Muti-state Device Redundant System with Common-cause Failures and One Standby Unit

In this paper,we consider a multi-state device redundant systems with common-cause failures and one standby unit. We proved C0-semigroup generated by the system operator is quasi-compact by analyzing its spectrum and estimating essential growth bound semi-group generated by this system, 0 is an isolated eigenvalue with algebra multiply one. Moreover, we prove it is also irreducible. So we obtain the time-dependent solution exponentially converges to the steady-state solution.

考虑了学习效应对流水车间调度问题的影响,以最大完工时间和总加权滞后时间为优化目标,建立了与加工顺序相关的对数线性调度模型,设计了LNEH(NEH heuristic with Learning effect)启发式算法和MCF(Membrane Computing for multi-objective Flow-shop scheduling)算法进行求解。LNEH算法根据对学习效应下问题性质的分析,在初始序列和工件插入两个环节进而达到对原有NEH算法的改进,同时采用随机策略以获得多个解。MCF算法是采用膜计算理论设计的一种近似调度优化算法,针对调度问题设计了字符对象的编码方式,根据前端等级大小将字符对象往复地分配为均匀的对象集,借鉴PSO算法制订膜内规则:从外部档案和所在的基本膜内中分别选择作为参考的选择规则和类似于PSO算法的移动规则。数值仿真显示,不同学习系数对调度结果具有较大影响,并对比证明了所提两种算法的有效性。

Painleve Analysis for(2+1)Dimensional Non-Linear Schrodinger Equation

This paper investigates a real version of a (2 + 1) dimensional nonlinear Schr?dinger equation through adoption of Painlevé test by means of which the (2 + 1) dimensional nonlinear Schr?dinger equation is studied according to the Weiss et al. method and Kruskal’s simplification algorithms. According to Painlevé test, it is found that the number of arbitrary functions required for explaining the Cauchy-Kovalevskaya theorem exist. Finally, the associated B?cklund transformation and bilinear form is directly obtained from the Painlevé test.

Development of MoS_(2)-stainless steel catalyst by 3D printing for efficient destruction of organics via peroxymonosulfate activation

Herein,a novel MoS_(2)-stainless steel composite material was first synthetized via a 3D printing method(3DP MoS_(2)-SS)for peroxymonosulfate(PMS)activation and organics *** with MoS_(2)-SS powder/PMS system(0.37 g/(m^(2)/min)),4.3-fold higher k_(FLO)/S_(BET)value was obtained in 3DP MoS_(2)-SS/PMS system(1.60 g/(m^(2)/min),resulting from the superior utilization of active *** observed that 3DP MoS_(2)-SS significantly outperformed the 3DP SS due to the enhanced electron transfer rate and increased active ***,Mo^(4+)facilitated the Fe^(2+)/Fe^(3+)cycle,resulting in the rapid degradation of florfenicol(FLO).Quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra indicated that·OH,SO_(4)·^(-),O_(2)·^(-)and^(1)O_(2)were involved in the degradation of *** effect of influencing factors on the degradation of FLO were evaluated,and the optimized degradation efficiency of 98.69%was achieved at 1 mM PMS and pH of *** degradation products were detected by UPLC/MS analyses and several possible degradation pathways were proposed to be the cleavage of C-N bonds,dechlorination,hydrolysis,defluorination and *** addition,3DP MoS_(2)-SS/PMS system also demonstrated superior degradation performance for 2-chlorophenol,acetaminophen,ibuprofen and *** study provided deep insights into the MoS_(2)-SS catalyst prepared by 3DP technology for PMS activation and FLO-polluted water treatment.
