从郑州市砂质潮土中分离纯化出5株玉米根际促生菌,通过测定其固氮酶活性、解磷能力、解钾能力以及吲哚乙酸(IAA)合成量,筛选出能够制作高效微生物肥料的活性菌剂。摇瓶结果表明,菌株YM4具有较高的固氮酶活性,溶解无机磷、钾的能力较强,合成IAA的能力最强。其中固氮酶活性达到15.53 nmol C_2H_4/(h·m L),对磷酸三钙、难溶性硅酸钾的溶磷量和溶钾量分别达到128.90 mg/L和17.40 mg/L,IAA的合成量为37.18 mg/L。经形态观察、部分生理生化特征测定及16S rDNA的保守序列鉴定,确定该菌株为短小芽孢杆菌(Bacillus pumilus)。盆栽试验结果表明,与对照组相比,接种该菌株的盆栽土壤中IAA、矿质氮、速效磷、速效钾含量分别提高了136.36%、42.1%、67.41%和14.29%;植株根系形态也发生了显著变化,其中根系总长、总面积、总体积、根尖总数分别增加了172.24%、141.73%、112.14%和104.53%;植株鲜重、株高、SPAD值及氮、磷、钾含量分别提高了130.07%、150.65%、151.56%、120.99%、166.33%和138.21%。该菌株具有高效固氮、解磷、解钾及合成IAA的能力,在农业生产的开发利用中具有较大应用潜力。

Silk damping is well known in the study of cosmic microwave background（CMB） and accounts for suppression of the angular power spectrum of CMB on large angular multipoles. In this article, we study the effect of Silk damping on the scalar-induced gravitational waves（SIGWs）. Resulting from the dissipation of cosmic fluid, the Silk damping notably suppresses the energydensity spectrum of SIGWs on scales comparable to a diffusion scale at the decoupling time of weakly-interacting particles. The effect offers a novel observable for probing the underlying particle interaction, especially for those mediated by heavy gauge bosons beyond the standard model of particles. We anticipate that pulsar timing arrays are sensitive to gauge bosons with mass ～10～3-10～4 GeV, while space-and ground-based interferometers to those with mass ～10～7-1012GeV, leading to essential complements to on-going and future experiments of high-energy physics.

Inhibition of protein misfolding and aggregation is a great challenge in the field of biochemical and biopharmaceutical ***’s disease(AD)is a protein-misfolding disease,and the interactions between 40-amino-acid-residueβ-amyloid peptide(Aβ_(40)) and its N-terminal truncated peptide Aβ_(11-40) demonstrate that Aβ_(11-40) may play an important role in the pathological process of ***,the effect of inhibitors on Aβ_(11-40) aggregation and on the cross-amyloid aggregation(coassembly)between Aβ_(40) and Aβ_(11-40) has never been ***,coaggregation and seeding interactions between Aβ_(40) and Aβ_(11-40) as well as the effect of epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG),a small molecule inhibitor,on the cross-amyloid aggregation have been investigated by extensive *** is found that Aβ_(11-40) participates in the aggregation of Aβ_(40) and leads to the formation of coaggregates that contain lessβ-sheet structures than pure Aβ_(40) *** aggregation kinetics along with morphologies and secondary structures of the coaggregates are also significantly affected by the Aβ_(40)/Aβ_(11-40) *** accelerates the nucleation of Aβ_(40) but retards that of Aβ_(11-40) by affecting their elongation and secondary nucleation processes in solution and on solid ***,EGCG makes the conformations of the seeding-induced Aβaggregates more compact,especially for the homologous *** titration calorimetry measurement indicates that hydrophobic interactions mainly contribute to the inhibition of the two Aβisoforms by *** findings of this research have provided new insights into Aβaggregation and the effect of an important inhibitor and the results would benefit in the development of potent inhibitors against co-assembly of different amyloid proteins.

A monolithic 3D IGZO-RRAM-SRAM-integrated architecture for robust and efficient compute-in-memory enabling equivalent-ideal device metrics

Abstract Compute-in-memory (CIM) based on various devices such as static random access memory (SRAM) and resistive random access memory (RRAM) and other emerging devices such as indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (IGZO) transistor, magnetoresistive RAM (MRAM), and ferroelectric RAM (FeRAM) has been explored for better performance and energy efficiency on neural networks applications. However, CIM based on a single-type device suffers a variety of non-ideal metrics to reach the simultaneous optimal accuracy, density, and energy efficiency. This work presents equivalent-ideal CIM (Eq-CIM), a monolithic 3D(M3D) IGZO-RRAM-SRAM integrated architecture for robust and efficient compute-in-memory enabling equivalent-ideal device metrics. To overcome the non-ideality (variation, endurance, temperature, etc.) of the single-type devices, system-technology co-optimization (STCO) is performed. This work highlights the non-ideality-aware functionality breakdown for robust high accuracy and simultaneous high density/efficiency, by utilizing 2T0C IGZO for temporal activation storage, RRAM for high-density weight storage, and SRAM for accurate CIM. Device-to-algorithm variation transfer is applied to analyze the system-level accuracy. We benchmark Eq-CIM architecture on CIFAR-10/ImageNet, with 5.06×storage density and 5.05×/2.45×area/energy efficiency compared with single-type-device-based CIM, and high robustness (<0.27%accuracy loss) from-40℃ to 120℃.

In this editorial,we have commented on the article that has been published in the recent issue of World Journal of Clinical *** authors have described a case of unilateral thyroid cyst and have opined that the acute onset of infection may be linked to diabetes mellitus(DM).We have focused on the role of nutrition in the association between DM and *** with DM are at a high risk of infection,which could also be attributed to nutrition-related *** interventions for patients with diabetes are mainly based on a low-calorie diet,which can be achieved by adhering to a low-carbohydrate ***,dietary fiber supplementation is recommended to maintain the diversity of the gut ***,high-quality protein can prevent the increased risk of infection due to *** of vitamins C,vitamins A,vitamins D,and folic acid improves blood sugar control and facilitates immune *** deficiencies augment the risk of infection,but the relationship with diabetes is mostly U-shaped and a good intake should be maintained.
