Olefin polymerization is one of the most im portant chemical reactions in *** work presents a strategy that emphasizes the synergistic meta/poro-steric hindrance of N-aryl groups and electronic effects in newly synthesized neutral salicylaldiminato nickel *** nickel(Ⅱ)catalysts exhibit exc.p.ional thermostability,ranging from 30℃to 130℃,demonstrating enhanced catalytic activities and broadly regulated polyethylene molecular weights(3-341 kg·mol^(-1))and controlled polymer branch density(2-102 brs/1000c).The preferred catalyst Ni3 with concerted steric and electronic effects enables the production of solid-state semi-crystalline polyethylene materials at temperatures below 90℃.Notably,Ni3 exhibits an impressive tolerance of 110℃and can withstand even the challenging polymerization temperature of 130℃,leading to the production of polyethylene wax and ***,functionalized polyethylene is produced.

A four-band index for both liquid and solid water and its applications in the Aral Sea Basin

Various investigations have been conducted to analyze the water-coverage area of the Aral Sea and the Aral Sea Basin(ASB). However, the investigations incorporated considerable uncertainty and the used water indices had misclassification problem, which made different research groups present different results. Thus we first ascertain the boundaries of the ASB, the Syr and Amu river basins as well as their upper, middle and lower reaches. Then a four-band index for both liquid and solid water(ILSW) is proposed to address the misclassification problems of the classic water indices. ILSW is calculated by using the reflectance values of the green, red, near infrared, and thermal infrared bands, which combines the normalized difference water index(NDWI) and land surface temperature(LST) together. Validation results show that the ILSW water index has the highest accuracy by far in the Aral Sea Basin. Our results indicate that annual average decline of the water-coverage area was 963 km^(2) in the southern Aral Sea, whereas the northern Aral Sea has experienced little change. In the meanwhile, permanent ice and snow in upper reach of ASB has retreated considerably. Annual retreating rates of the permanent ice and snow were respectively 6233and 3841 km^(2) in upper reaches of Amu river basin(UARB) and Syr river basin(USRB). One of major reasons is that climate has become warmer in ASB. The climate change has caused serious water deficit problem. The water deficit had an increasing trend since the 1990s and its increasing rates was 3.778 billion m^(3) yearly on average. The total water deficit was 76.967 billion m^(3) on average in the whole area of ASB in the 2010s. However, up reaches of Syr river basin(USRB), a component area of ASB, had water surplus of 25.461 billion m^(3). These conclusions are useful for setting out a sustainable development strategy in ASB.

In the quest to enhance the efficiency of sodium-ion batteries,the dynamics of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formation are of paramount *** SEI layer’s integrity is integral to the charge–discharge efficiency and the overall longevity of the ***,a novel two-dimensional Ti_(3)c_(2) fragments enmeshed on iron-nitrogen-carbon(Fe-N-c)nanosheets(Ti_(3)c_(2)/Fe-Nc)has been *** electrode features a matrix which has been shown to expedite SEI layer formation through the facilitation of selective anion adsorption,thus augmenting battery *** functional theory calculation reveals that the SEI evolution energy of NapF6 at the Ti_(3)c_(2)/Fe-N-c interface is 0.81 eV,significantly lower than the Ti_(3)c_(2)(1.23 eV).This process is driven by the electron transportation from Ti_(3)c_(2) to Fe-N-c substrate,facilitated by their work-function difference,leading to the formation of ferromagnetic Fe species,which possesses Fe 3d d_(xz)d_(z)2 orbitals and undergoes hybridization with theπandσorbitals of NaF,creating a key intermediate during *** process diminishes the antibonding energy and attenuates the orbital interaction with NaF,thus reducing the activation energy and improving the SEI formation reaction ***,it leads to the creation of multi-interface SEI characterized by high-throughput ion transport and an efficient reaction network.

The ubiquitous implementation of integrated microelectronics requires the on-chip power sources featured with the lightweight configuration design,high areal-c.p.city-loadings as well as facile reaction kinetics that beyond the current available microbattery ***,this study constructs a mechanically flexible,nanocellulose fiber(NcF)reinforced microbattery configuration,which consists of metal-organic frameworks(ZIF-8)modified NcF as the separator(MOF@NcF),the carbonized MOF@NcF as the metallic deposition substrate(c-MOF@NcF)as well as gradient-structured LiFepO4 particles infiltrated in the NcF matrix(LFp@NcF)as the *** film-stacked,integrated NcF-based microbattery prototype not only achieves the facile reaction kinetics with homogenized,dendrite-free Li metal deposition at high-c.p.city-loadings(2 mAh·cm^(-2)),but also eliminates the necessary use of metallic current collector to maximize the electroactive mass ratio,which therefore enables the high energy density of 6.8 mWh·cm^(-2)at the power output of 1.36 mW·cm^(-2)as well as the robust cyclability upon various geometric flexing *** study presents a quantum leap towards the facile reaction kinetics and multi-scale interfacial stability for the flexible microbattery construction that based on the sustainable utilization of bio-scaffolds.

The cognition of spatiotemporal tactile stimuli,including fine spatial stimuli and static/dynamic temporal stimuli,is paramount for intelligent robots to feel their surroundings and complete manipulation ***,current tactile sensors have restrictions on simultaneously demonstrating high sensitivity and performing selective responses to static/dynamic stimuli,making it a challenge to effectively cognize spatiotemporal tactile ***,we report a high-sensitive and self-selective humanoid mechanorec.p.or(HMR)that can precisely respond to spatiotemporal tactile *** HMR with pDMS/chitosan@cNTs(pDMS:polydimethylsiloxane;cNT:carbon nanotube)graded microstructures and polyurethane hierarchical porous spacer exhibits high sensitivity of 3790.8 kpa^(-1).The HMR demonstrates self-selective responses to static and dynamic stimuli with mono signal through the hybrid of piezoresistive and triboelectric ***,it can respond to spatiotemporal tactile stimuli and generate distinguishable and multi-type characteristic *** the assistance of the convolutional neural network,multiple target objects can be easily identified with a high accuracy of 99.1%.This work shows great potential in object precise identification and dexterous manipulation,which is the basis of intelligent robots and natural human-machine interactions.
