The study assess post-harvest fish losses among three(3)dominant marine fish species along coastal areas of Ondo State,*** random sampling was used to select 100 fishermen from 5 viable fishing communities along coastal areas of Ondo State while questionnaire was used for data *** statistics shows that small-scale fishing is dominated by males with mean age of 39 *** fishermen incurred average post-harvest fish losses of 8.15%for croaker,7.76%for catfish and 7.57%for shrimp *** of post-harvest fish losses in the study area includes lengthy duration of fishing cycle,poor handling practices,lack of covering facilities,failure to use ice,lack of storage facilities and lack of good means of *** model revealed a statistical significant relationship(P<0.05)with age,educational level,fishing experience,duration of fishing cycle,storage and transportation facilities against percentage fish losses(Croaker:Pseudotolithus elongatus,Catfish:Arius heudeloti and Shrimp:Nematopalaemon hastatus).In order to ensure food security,post-harvest fish losses needs to be reduced to the barest *** should provide adequate infrastructural facilities to the small-scale fisheries sector in order to improve their standard of living and increase their income level.

Background:Tall fescue(Festuca arundinacea[Schreb.],Lolium arundinaceum[Schreb.]Darbysh)and perennial ryegrass(Lolium perenne)are important cool-season forage and amenity grasses that have a mutualistic association with an endophytic *** confer insect and drought resistance to plants but can produce mammalian *** endophytes that do not produce mammalian toxins have been introduced to elite cultivars for commercial *** companies need to maintain adequate levels of novel endophytes within the elite forage *** detection is performed using immunochemical and molecular techniques because of their speed and *** detection in seedlings is essential to evaluate the viability of the endophyte within seed ***:This research aimed to identify the earliest growth stage in which immunochemical and molecular methods can detect viable endophyte in seedlings of tall fescue cultivars BarOptima(e34),Texoma MaxQII(584),and Jesup MaxQ(542),as well as the perennial ryegrass cultivar Remington(NEA2).Results:Immunochemical testing detected endophytes in seedlings 14 days after germination(DAG),but the detection rate increased until 42 DAG in some cultivars *** molecular marker Tef1exon detected endophytes at a lower rate than the immunochemical method at 28–42 ***,there was insufficient DNA to detect endophytes in 14 DAG seedlings using ***:We conclude that the most accurate detection of viable endophytes in seedlings was 42 DAG,at which sufficient and consistent endophyte colonization occurred.

We examine whether business groups' influence on cash holdings depends on ownership. Group affiliation can increase firms' agency costs or benefit firms by providing an internal capital market, especially in transition economies characterized by weak investor protection and difficult external capital acquisition. A hand-collected dataset of Chinese firms reveals that group affiliation decreases cash holdings, alleviating the free-cash-flow problem of agency *** ownership and control of listed firms moderate this benefit, which is more pronounced when the financial market is less liquid. Group affiliation facilitates related-party transactions, increases debt capacity and decreases investmentcash-flow sensitivity and overinvestment. In transitional economies, privately controlled firms are more likely to benefit from group affiliation than statecontrolled firms propped up by the government.

＜正＞Purpose:Polymorphisms at-1082A＞G,-819C＞T,and-592G＞A in the IL-10 promoter have been associated with modification of its transcriptional activity. In the case of effects on tumor progression,IL-10 responses are believed to be mediated through tumor immune *** hypothesized that IL-10 haplotypes categorized by these three SNPs may be useful for the prediction of overall survival（OS）and relapse free survival（RFS）in non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）patients. Experimental design:We collected normal lung tissues adjacent to resected tumors from 385 NSCLC patients to determine IL-10 haplotypes by direct sequencing and *** the 385 tumors,241 were randomly enrolled to evaluate IL-10 mRNA expression levels by ***-Meier and multivariate Cox regression models were used to assess the prognostic value of IL-10 haplotypes. Results:Among the 241 analyzed lung tumors,a higher IL-10 mRNA expression level was found in haplotype B carriers than in haplotype A carriers. This predicted a poorer outcome for haplotype B carrier *** Cox regression analysis showed that haplotype B carriers had hazard ratios（HRs） of 1.815 and 1.719 for RFS and OS,respectively,compared with haplotype A. Interestingly,among HPV16/18 E6-positive patients,haplotype B carriers had HRs of 3.007 and 3.215 for RFS and OS,respectively,when compared with haplotype A. Conclusion:We suggest that the haplotypes of IL-10 promoter polymorphisms may act as adjacent markers to predict survival and relapse in resectable NSCLC, especially in patients with E6-positive tumors.

Microwave-induced substitutional combustion reaction was utilized to fabricate porous ceramic composite from Fe_3O_4/Al powder *** porous composite body was obtained by controlling the combustion reaction progress in a 2.45 GHz single mode *** to the fabrication of the porous body,heating behavior of the powder mixtures were studied in the separated electric(E)and magnetic(H)*** addition,heating ability of the microwave fabricated porous product was also ***_3O_4 powder can be heated up easily in both maximum H and E field, but a better heating was observed in the maximum H *** of the mixtures ratio(mixing compositions), maximum H field shows better heating *** E-field heating,temperature of the Fe_3O_4 samples decreased sharply when Al powder was ***,the same phenomenon was not observed in the maximum H field heating. Thus,fabrication of the porous composite body was carrying out in maximum H *** an adequate control of the reaction progress,products with a porous structure consisting of well-distributed metal particles in the alumina and/or hercynite matrix were ***,heating of the fabricated porous composite body was also been successfully carried out in the maximum H *** phases and microstructure were the main factors influencing the heating ability of the porous composite body.

This paper proposes an on-load voltage distortion compensation method,in which the voltage distortion is mainly produced in the surface-mounted permanent magnet machines having closed *** from the voltage distortions caused by the inverter,such as dead time and inverter non-linearity,the on-load voltage distortion has relatively large magnitude dependent of machine *** a result,it causes a significant distortion of current waveforms and deteriorates control ***,a voltage disturbance compensation method using a disturbance observer is proposed and *** on the machine model,the disturbance observer is chosen which helps to observe a voltage disturbance,while the error between measured and estimated currents is *** disturbance observer only compensates the sixth-multiple harmonic components of the inverter voltage in synchronous reference *** harmonic compensator with multiple narrow-band pass based adaptive filter is proposed and implemented in the feedback loop with current *** observed voltage disturbances are compensated to the reference *** addition,robust performance of the proposed method is shown against the parameter *** effectiveness of the proposed compensation scheme is validated by the experiments.

As time and space constraints decrease due to the development of wireless communication network technology,the scale and scope of cyber-attacks targeting the Internet of Things(IoT)are ***,it is difficult to apply high-performance security modules to the IoT owing to the limited battery,memory capacity,and data transmission performance depend-ing on the size of the *** research has mainly reduced power consumption by lightening encryption ***,it is difficult to defend large-scale information systems and networks against advanced and intelligent attacks because of the problem of deteriorating security *** this study,we propose wake-up security(WuS),a low-power security architecture that can utilize high-performance security algorithms in an IoT *** introducing a small logic that performs anomaly detection on the IoT platform and executes the security module only when necessary according to the anomaly detection result,WuS improves security and power efficiency while using a relatively high-complexity security module in a low-power environment compared to the conventional method of periodically exe-cuting a high-performance security *** this study,a Python simulator based on the UNSW-NB15 dataset is used to evaluate the power consumption,latency,and security of the proposed *** evaluation results reveal that the power consumption of the proposed WuS mechanism is approxi-mately 51.8%and 27.2%lower than those of conventional high-performance security and lightweight security modules,***,the laten-cies are approximately 74.8%and 65.9%lower,***,the WuS mechanism achieved a high detection accuracy of approximately 96.5%or greater,proving that the detection efficiency performance improved by approximately 33.5%compared to the conventional *** performance evaluation results for the proposed model varied depending on the applied anomaly-detection

Emerging evidence suggests that microbial dysbiosis plays vital roles in many human ***,knowledge of whether the microbial community in thyroid tumor is related to tumorigenesis remains *** this study,we aimed to explore the microbial community in thyroid tissues and its contribution to papillary thyroid cancer(PTC).In parallel,we performed microbial profiling and transcriptome sequencing in the tumor and adjacent normal tissues of a large cohort of 340 PTC and benign thyroid nodule(BTN)*** microbial signatures were identified in PTC,BTN,and their adjacent nontumor ***-thyroid tissue bacteria were verified by means of bacteria staining,fluorescence in situ hybridization,and immunoelectron *** found that 17 bacterial taxa were differentially abundant in PTC compared with BTN,which included enrichment in PTC of the pathobionts Rhodococcus,Neisseria,Streptococcus,Halomonas,and Devosia,and depletion of the beneficial bacteria *** differentially abundant bacteria could differentiate PTC tumor tissues(PTC-T)from BTN tissues(BTN-T)with an area under the curve(AUC)of 81.66%.Microbial network analysis showed increased correlation strengths among the bacterial taxa in PTC-T in comparison with ***-corresponding bacteria(i.e.,Erwinia,Bacillus,and Acinetobacter)were found to be enriched in PTC with Hashimoto’s ***,our integrative analysis revealed that the PTC-enriched bacteria had a positive association with key PTC-oncogenic pathway-related genes,including BRAF,KRAS,IRAK4,CTNNB1,PIK3CA,MAP3K7,and *** conclusion,our results suggest that intratumor bacteria dysbiosis is associated with the thyroid tumorigenesis and oncogenic signaling pathways of PTC.
