Modern medicine is reliant on various medical imaging technologies for non-invasively observing patients’***,the interpretation of medical images can be highly subjective and dependent on the expertise of ***,some potentially useful quantitative information in medical images,especially that which is not visible to the naked eye,is often ignored during clinical *** contrast,radiomics performs high-throughput feature extraction from medical images,which enables quantitative analysis of medical images and prediction of various clinical *** have reported that radiomics exhibits promising performance in diagnosis and predicting treatment responses and prognosis,demonstrating its potential to be a non-invasive auxiliary tool for personalized ***,radiomics remains in a developmental phase as numerous technical challenges have yet to be solved,especially in feature engineering and statistical *** this review,we introduce the current utility of radiomics by summarizing research on its application in the diagnosis,prognosis,and prediction of treatment responses in patients with *** focus on machine learning approaches,for feature extraction and selection during feature engineering and for imbalanced datasets and multi-modality fusion during statistical ***,we introduce the stability,reproducibility,and interpretability of features,and the generalizability and interpretability of ***,we offer possible solutions to current challenges in radiomics research.

川渝地区一次短时强降水天气的集合敏感性分析

为了加深对川渝地区短时强降水天气的认识,为提高业务预报技巧及改进数值模式提供参考,选取了川渝地区一次短时强降水天气过程,基于对流尺度集合预报系统,开展了目标区域平均降水量对模式初值的集合敏感性分析,并探讨了相应的动力学机制。主要结论如下:敏感区的分布与对目标区域降水起到关键影响作用的系统有较好的对应:850 hPa和700 hPa西南低涡周围的敏感区呈现出正负相间的分布特征,500 hPa低压槽左(右)侧为负(正)敏感区,250 hPa高空西南急流区域(南侧)为正(负)敏感区,中低层与锋区前(后)部对应区域为正(负)敏感区。说明西南低涡周围负(正)敏感区的西北(东南)风越强,低压槽左(右)侧西北(东南)风越强,高空急流区域(南侧)西南(东北)风越强以及锋前(后)温度越高(低),则越有利于西南低涡内的辐合上升运动,500 hPa低压槽的加强,250 hPa高空辐散的加强,锋区温度梯度增大以及锋面抬升作用加强等并对目标区域的降水产生正面的影响。

外资进入的碳排放效应及其对碳达峰的影响

在不断压缩外资准入“负面清单”的大背景下,进一步引进外资究竟会如何影响双碳目标的实现?为回答这一问题,使用2001—2019年省份-行业的碳排放数据,并结合《外商投资产业指导目录》以及《中西部地区外商投资优势产业目录》,构建双重差分模型研究了外资准入政策的碳排放效应、作用机制、异质性及其与碳达峰的关系。结果表明:外资准入政策显著降低了碳排放水平,且该政策主要通过促进能源结构清洁化实现碳减排;外资准入政策对东部地区碳排放无显著影响,对中部地区和北方地区碳排放具有显著的抑制作用,而对西部地区和南方地区碳排放有显著的促进作用;相较于高碳排放行业,该政策对非高碳排放行业的碳减排作用更为突出;拓展分析发现,外资进入规模与碳排放量存在着“倒U型”曲线关系,且中国绝大多数省份大多数行业尚未跨过拐点。因此,进一步放松外资准入政策、持续推进能源结构清洁化并根据地区及行业异质性制定差异化的“负面清单”等可助力双碳目标的实现。

关中平原城市群韧性空间关联网络及其影响因素研究

基于熵值法测度2011—2020年关中平原城市群11个地市的城市韧性综合评价指数,分析其韧性时空演化特征,并采用社会网络分析法和二次指派程序剖析其空间关联网络结构及影响因素。结果表明:(1)关中平原城市群内各城市韧性整体呈上升趋势,韧性水平呈现出从省会开始向外围降低的态势。(2)城市群韧性网络结构变得更加复杂和稳健,但地区间韧性联系呈现较强的层级性特征,也尚未完全实现互相联通的状态。(3)西安市、咸阳市、铜川市的中心性较强,能够对周边或边缘城市产生较多资源溢出,城市群“核心-边缘”结构明显。(4)地理空间邻近、经济发展水平、对外开放度、政府财政支持、科技发展水平、交通基础设施的差异均显著影响城市群韧性空间网络结构的变化。关中平原城市群可通过建设城际数字化管理与交流平台、加强交通网络建设、增加科技创新投入等途径提升城市韧性与城市间的关联性。

目的调查肺癌住院患者癌症相关肌肉异常(CRMD)现患率,并分析其影响因素。方法本研究为一项横断面研究。从2023年3—8月在北京协和医院呼吸内科非重复住院的共347例肺癌患者中,纳入符合纳入排除标准且无数据缺失的259例患者为研究对象进行分析。利用生物电阻抗分析对患者进行肌肉质量测定,采用食物频率法收集膳食信息,通过查阅病历获得患者的疾病信息和实验室检验结果。根据AWGS 2019标准并参考其推荐的界值将患者分为5组:(1)可能肌肉衰减症(possible sarcopenia,PS)组(71例);(2)肌肉衰减症(sarcopenia,S)组(35例);(3)严重肌肉衰减症(severe sarcopenia,SS)组(37例);(4)低肌肉质量(low muscle mass,LMM)组(24例);(5)无肌肉异常(non-muscle disorder,non-MD)组(92例)。采用方差分析、Kruskal-Wallis检验和χ^(2)检验比较各组的基线资料、能量和宏量营养素摄入和实验室检查指标差异,并采用有序logistic回归分析进行多因素分析识别肺癌患者CRMD的影响因素。结果259例患者中CRMD的现患率为64.5%,PS的现患率为27.4%,S的现患率为13.5%,SS的现患率为14.3%,LMM的现患率为5.4%。植物蛋白(OR=0.969,95%CI:0.942~0.996)摄入和规律运动(OR=0.485,95%CI:0.269~0.869)是肺癌住院患者CRMD的保护因素,而年龄(OR=1.056,95%CI:1.013~1.101)、近6个月体重下降≥5%(OR=4.546,95%CI:1.363~15.563)和合并糖尿病(OR=2.342,95%CI:1.137~4.866)则是其危险因素。结论肺癌住院患者CRMD的发生率较高,患者的年龄、膳食摄入、体重变化、运动以及合并症情况与之密切相关。

水生植物是水生生态系统的重要组成部分,为底栖动物、鱼类和水鸟提供食物来源和栖息场所。近年来鄱阳湖水位变化剧烈,极端水文事件频发,对水生植物生长产生了不利影响。目前,关于极端干旱对鄱阳湖水生植物的影响报道较少。该研究于2022年7月和2023年7月对鄱阳湖典型碟形湖大湖池、沙湖及常湖池的水生植物群落进行调查,结果表明,2022和2023年鄱阳湖碟形湖平均水深分别为(160.27±50.70)、(58.00±21.46)cm,透明度分别为(49.10±14.41)、(47.25±10.91)cm。浮叶植物菱(Trapa spp.)优势度最大,沉水植物刺苦草(Vallisneria spinulosa)和轮叶黑藻(Hydrilla verticillata)优势度及生物量在2023年有所增加。湖区干旱导致水位降低,水体透明度发生变化,影响了植物群落的物种数,导致植物多样性增加。不同年份碟形湖水位和水体透明度的变化对水生植物多样性有显著影响,2 a间鄱阳湖碟形湖水生植物群落的物种组成差异显著,表现为2023年干旱后挺水和湿生植物比例增加。该研究通过对比分析2 a的监测数据,探讨了极端干旱对碟形湖水生植物的影响,研究结果可为鄱阳湖水生植物的恢复和越冬水鸟的食物资源补充管理提供科学依据。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)is a complex ***-wide association studies(GWAS)have identified several genes associated with this condition,including ***1A encodes a clathrin-binding protein that functions as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor involved in vesicular ***,the specific role of DENND1A in reproductive hormone abnormalities and follicle development disorders in PCOS remain poorly *** this study,we investigated DENND1A expression in ovarian granulosa cells(GCs)from PCOS patients and its correlation with *** results revealed an upregulation of DENND1A expression in GCs from PCOS cases,which was positively correlated with testosterone *** further explore the functional implications of DENND1A,we generated a transgenic mouse model overexpressing Dennd1a(TG mice).These TG mice exhibited subfertility,irregular estrous cycles,and increased testosterone production following PMSG ***,the TG mice displayed diminished responsiveness to FSH,characterized by smaller ovary size,less well-developed follicles,and abnormal expressions of FSH-priming ***,we found that Dennd1a overexpression disrupted the intracellular trafficking of follicle stimulating hormone receptor(FSHR),promoting its internalization and inhibiting *** findings shed light on the reproductive role of DENND1A and uncover the underlying mechanisms,thereby contributing valuable insights into the pathogenesis of PCOS and providing potential avenues for drug design in PCOS treatment.

The Chinese tree shrew(Tupaia belangeri chinensis),a member of the mammalian order Scandentia,exhibits considerable similarities with primates,including humans,in aspects of its nervous,immune,and metabolic *** similarities have established the tree shrew as a promising experimental model for biomedical research on cancer,infectious diseases,metabolic disorders,and mental health ***,we used metatranscriptomic sequencing to analyze plasma,as well as oral and anal swab samples,from 105 healthy asymptomatic tree shrews to identify the presence of potential zoonotic *** total,eight mammalian viruses with complete genomes were identified,belonging to six viral families,including Flaviviridae,Hepeviridae,Parvovirinae,Picornaviridae,Sedoreoviridae,and ***,the presence of rotavirus was recorded in tree shrews for the first *** viruses-hepacivirus 1,parvovirus,and picornavirus-exhibited low genetic similarity(94%)to known viral *** analyses also revealed that the rotavirus and mammalian orthoreovirus identified in this study may be novel *** findings provide insights into the diverse viral spectrum present in captive Chinese tree shrews,highlighting the necessity for further research into their potential for crossspecies transmission.
