This paper proposes an imitation learning method to learn a universal agent policy for unlabeled multi-agent pathfinding(unlabeled MAPF) in grid environments. The method transforms the unlabeled MAPF problem into a series of temporal-independent homogeneous classification problems for each *** on this transformation, a neural network is designed to imitate a distance-optimal expert *** neural network consists of two successive modules: perception field learner and field integrating *** former refines and encodes the current system state into a perception field for each agent by combining a set of learnable field-generating functions. The latter takes an agent's perception field as input and decides the agent's next action based on a triplet cross-attention mechanism. We evaluate our method on a diverse set of unlabeled MAPF tasks. Compared with state-of-the-art counterparts, the experimental results manifest the superiority of the proposed method in both generalization ability and scalability.

Surface modification of graphite anode with electroactive matters has been proven of a more practical strategy in enhancing the performance of li-ion batteries than exploring alternative novel anode ***,rutile TiNbO_(4-x) nanoparticles with a tunnel structure are employed as multifunctional decoration substances in combination with a carbon coating layer to improve the rate and cycle properties of mesocarbon microbeads(MCMBs).As compared to pristine MCMB,the li^(+)diffusion coefficients of the composite anodes are enhanced due to the synergistic effect of TiNbO_(4-x)@***,the overcharge and voltage polarization of the composite anodes at high rate are obviously minimized due to the current sharing effect of the high-potential TiNbO_(4-x).Moreover,the amorphous li_(y)TiNbO_(4-x) converted from TiNbO_(4-x) in the initial lithiation process can deliver pseudocapacitive capacity to the composite anodes from the second *** of these functions of TiNbO_(4-x)@Ccoating layer have directly contributed to the improved rate and cycle performance of the MCMB/TiNbO_(4-x)@C composite *** one containing 12.0 wt%TiNbO_(4-x) exhibits a high reversible specific capacity of 118 m Ah·g^(-1)at 10C(1C=372 m A·g^(-1)),together with a high capacity retention of 90.9%after 300 cycles at 3C,which are all much superior to those of pristine MCMB.

Formaldehyde is a pollutant that significantly affects the indoor air ***,conventional remediation approaches can be challenging to deal with low-concentration formaldehyde in an indoor *** this study,Photocatalysts of Ag/graphitic carbon nitride(g-C_(3)N_(4))/Ni with 3D reticulated coral structure were prepared by thermal polymerization and liquid phase photo-deposition,using nickel foam(NF)as the *** demonstrated that when the Ag concentration was 3%,and the relative humidity was 60%,the Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)showed the maximum degradation rate of formaldehyde at 90.19%under visible light irradiation,and the formaldehyde concentration after degradation was lower than the Hygienic standard stated by the Chinese *** porous structure of Ni/Ag/g-C_(3)N_(4)and the formation of Schottky junctions promoted the Adsorption efficiency and degradation of formaldehyde,while the nickel foam carrier effectively promoted the desorption of degradation ***,the degradation rate was only reduced by3.4%after 16 recycles,the three-dimensional porous structure extended the lifetime of the *** study provides a new strategy for the degradation of indoor formaldehyde at low concentrations.

BACKGROUND Acute appendicitis(AA)is the most common cause of acute abdomen in *** significantly influences the surgical treatment of AA in children,making the scientific and effective selection of anesthetics *** To assess the clinical effect of atropine(ATR)in combination with remifentanil(REMI)in children undergoing surgery for *** In total,108 cases of pediatric AA treated between May 2020 and May 2023 were selected,58 of which received ATR+REMI[research group(RG)]and 50 who received REMI[control group(CG)].Comparative analyses were conducted on the time to loss of eyelash reflex,pain resolution time,recovery time from anesthesia,incidence of adverse events(AEs;respiratory depression,hypoxemia,bradycardia,nausea and vomiting,and hypotension),intraoperative responses(head shaking,limb activity,orientation recovery,safe departure time from the operating room),hemodynamic parameters[oxygen saturation(SPO2),mean arterial pressure,heart rate,and respiratory rate],postoperative sedation score(Ramsay score),and pain level[the Face,Legs,Activity,Cry,Consolability(FLACC)Behavioral Scale].RESULTS Compared with the CG,the RG showed significantly shorter time to loss of eyelash reflex,pain resolution,recovery from anesthesia,and safe departure from the operating ***,the incidence rates of overall AEs(head shaking,limb activity,etc.)were lower,and influences on intraoperative hemodynamic parameters and stress response indexes were *** Ramsay score at 30 min after extubation and the FLACC score at 60 min after extubation were significantly lower in the RG than in the *** ATR+REMI is superior to REMI alone in children undergoing AA surgery,with a lower incidence of AEs,fewer influences on hemodynamics and stress responses,and better post-anesthesia recovery.

Considering the tremendous applications and purification requirement of acetylene(C_(2)H_(2)),seeking appropriate adsorbents with high capacity and selectivity is a vital task and remains an enduring ***,we designed and synthesized a robust three-dimensional(3D)indium-organic framework([(Me)_(2)NH_(2)][In(L6)_(0.5)(IPA)_(0.5)]·DMA·2H_(2)O(In-L6-IPA,DMA=dimethylammonium,IPA=isopropyl alcohol))featuring two types of one-dimensional(1D)tubular *** activated In-L6-IPA displayed high loading for C_(2)H_(2)(104.4 cm^(3)·g^(-1),the second highest value among all reported indium-based metal-organic frameworks(MOFs))and simultaneously selective adsorption for C_(2)H_(2) over CO_(2),C_(2)H_(6),and ethylene(C_(2)H_(4))at 298 K under 100 *** modelling revealed that the porous wall of In-L6-IPA provides more and stronger multiple interactions for C_(2)H_(2) than CO_(2),C_(2)H_(6),and C_(2)H_(4) containing C–H···π,C–H···O,and O···π*** experiments validated the actual separation ability for various ratios of binary C_(2)H_(2)/C_(2)H_(4) and C_(2)H_(2)/CO_(2) mixtures as well as equimolar ternary C_(2)H_(2)/C_(2)H_(4)/CO_(2) and C_(2)H_(2)/C_(2)H_(4)/C_(2)H_(6) mixtures with excellent reusability.

Fluorescence Anisotropy(FA)is an effective biochemical detection method based on molecular *** oxide(GO)has been extensively used as an FA ***,the enhancement of FA by GO alone is limited and the strong scattering of GO will easily make the measurement of FA *** order to address these problems,an octopus-like DNA nanostructure(ODN)was designed and coupled with GO to enhance the FA together in this *** mimicking the multi-clawed structure of the octopus,the ODN can be adsorbed on GO tightly,which not only could improve the sensitivity because of the double FA enhancement abilities of GO and ODN,but also could improve the specificity due to the decrease of the nonspecific interaction in complex ***,ODN could maintain a certain distance between the fluorophore and GO to reduce the fluorescence quenching efficiency of GO,which could improve the *** method has been applied for the detection of hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA)in a range of 1-50 nmol/L and the limit of detection(LOD)was 330 pmol/*** addition,the proposed method has been successfully utilized to detect HBV-DNA in human serum,indicating that this method has a great practical application prospect.

Antimony-based materials with high capacities and moderate potentials are promising anodes for lithium-/-sodium-ion ***,their tremendous volume expansion and inferior conductivity lead to poor structural stability and sluggish reaction ***,a doubleconfined nanoheterostructure Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)@C has been fabricated through a solvothermal method followed by low-temperature heat *** dual protection of“MXene”and“carbon”can better accommodate the volume expansion of Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3).The strong covalent bond(Ti-S,Ti-O-Sb,C-O-Sb)can firmly integrate Sb-based material with Ti_(3)C_(2)T_(x)and carbon,which significantly improves the structure *** addition,the carbon layer can restrain the oxidation of MXenes,and the nano-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)can facilitate electron/ion transport and suppress the restacking of *** heterogeneous interface between Sb and Sb_(2)S_(3)can further promote interfacial charge *** MXene-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@C-1 with the optimal Sb content shows high specific capacities,comparable rate properties and ultra-stable cycling performances(250 m Ah·g^(-1)after 2500 cycles at 1 A·g^(-1)for sodium-ion batteries).Ex situ X-ray diffractometer(XRD)test reveals the storage mechanism including the conversion and alloying process of MXene-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@*** voltammetry(CV)test results demonstrate that the pseudocapacitance behavior is dominant in MXene-Sb/Sb_(2)S_(3)@C-1,especially at large *** design paves the way for exploring high-performance alloy-based/conversion-type anode for energy storage devices.

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the most common malignant liver disease in the ***(PLTs)are known to play a key role in the maintenance of liver homeostasis and the pathophysiological processes of a variety of liver *** is the most classic antiplatelet ***,the molecular mechanism of platelet action and whether aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet activity need further *** To explore the impact of the antiplatelet effect of aspirin on the development of *** Platelet-rich plasma,platelet plasma,pure platelet,and platelet lysate were prepared,and a coculture model of PLTs and HCC cells was ***-8 analysis,apoptosis analysis,Transwell analysis,and real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)were used to analyze the effects of PLTs on the growth,metastasis,and inflammatory microenvironment of ***-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the effects of platelet activation on tumor-related signaling *** was used to block the activation and aggregation of PLTs both in vitro and in vivo,and the effect of PLTs on the progression of HCC RESULTS PLTs significantly promoted the growth,invasion,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,and formation of an inflammatory microenvironment in HCC *** PLTs promoted HCC progression by activating the mitogenactivated protein kinase/protein kinase B/signal transducer and activator of transcription three(MAPK/AKT/STAT3)signaling ***,aspirin inhibited HCC progression in vitro and in vivo by inhibiting platelet *** PLTs play an important role in the pathogenesis of HCC,and aspirin can affect HCC progression by inhibiting platelet *** results suggest that antiplatelet therapy has promising application prospects in the treatment and combined treatment of HCC.
