A mild, configurable, flexible CoNi-LDh（v）/Zn battery based on h-vacancy-induced reversible Zn2+ intercalation

Flexible Zn-based batteries have attracted increasing research interest as essential components of wearable energy storage ***,the advancement of flexible aqueous Zn-based batteries based on Co-Ni layered double hydroxide （CoNi-LDh） as the cathode material is hampered by their poor cycling stability and the corrosiveness of alkaline ***,CoNi-LDh nanosheets enriched with h vacancies (CoNi-LDh（v）) were constructed on a flexible carbon cloth （CC） substrate via electrochemical deposition and *** Zn-based battery comprising CoNi-LDh（v）@CC as the cathode exhibited highly reversible conversion reactions and stable operation in 3 M ZnSO4electrolyte （ph=4）.The battery delivered an excellent specific capacity (225 mA h g-1,0.26 mA h cm-2),acceptable cycling stability（53.9%,900 cycles）,and high discharging *** abundant h vacancies served as active sites for the reversible intercalation of Zn2+and the extravasation of NO3-generated channels and space for Zn2+transport and storage,together enabling an excellent Zn2+storage ***,a sandwich-structured solid-state CoNi-LDh（v）@CC//Zn@CC battery was fabricated and was found to exhibit a noteworthy electrochemical performance and mechanical *** a proof of concept,the unencapsulated battery powered a digital watch under various deformation conditions and operated stably for 80 ***,the flexible battery displayed outstanding customizability,maintaining an open-circuit voltage of 1.42 V even after being cut *** proposed engineering strategy contributes to the realization of textiles with truly wearable energy-storage devices.

Deep convolutional Ritz method: parametric PDE surrogates without labeled data

The parametric surrogate models for partial differential equations(PDEs)are a necessary component for many applications in computational sciences,and the convolutional neural networks(CNNs)have proven to be an excellent tool to generate these surrogates when parametric fields are *** are commonly trained on labeled data based on one-to-one sets of parameter-input and PDE-output ***,residual-based deep convolutional physics-informed neural network(DCPINN)solvers for parametric PDEs have been proposed to build surrogates without the need for labeled *** allow for the generation of surrogates without an expensive *** this work,we present an alternative formulation termed deep convolutional Ritz method(DCRM)as a parametric PDE *** approach is based on the minimization of energy functionals,which lowers the order of the differential operators compared to residualbased *** on studies involving the Poisson equation with a spatially parameterized source term and boundary conditions,we find that CNNs trained on labeled data outperform DCPINNs in convergence speed and generalization *** surrogates generated from the DCRM,however,converge significantly faster than their DCPINN counterparts,and prove to generalize faster and better than the surrogates obtained from both CNNs trained on labeled data and *** hints that the DCRM could make PDE solution surrogates trained without labeled data possibly.

Axonal regeneration following surgical nerve repair is slow and often incomplete,resulting in poor functional recovery which sometimes contributes to lifelong ***,there are no FDA-approved therapies available to promote nerve *** accelerates axonal regeneration,but systemic side effects presently outweigh its potential benefits for peripheral nerve *** authors describe herein a biodegradable polyurethane-based drug delivery system for the sustained local release of tacrolimus at the nerve repair site,with suitable properties for scalable production and clinical application,aiming to promote nerve regeneration and functional recovery with minimal systemic drug *** is encapsulated into co-axially electrospun polycarbonate-urethane nanofibers to generate an implantable nerve wrap that releases therapeutic doses of bioactive tacrolimus over 31 *** and drug loading are adjustable for applications in small and large caliber nerves,and the wrap degrades within 120 days into biocompatible *** released from the nerve wrap promotes axon elongation in vitro and accelerates nerve regeneration and functional recovery in preclinical nerve repair models while off-target systemic drug exposure is reduced by 80%compared with systemic *** its surgical suitability and preclinical efficacy and safety,this system may provide a readily translatable approach to support axonal regeneration and recovery in patients undergoing nerve surgery.

APPLICATION OF Ct-PARAMETER FOR CREEP-FATIGUE CRACK GROWTh WITh SLOW LOAD RISING CONDITION

Most of the assessment equations for Ct which is a wellknown fracture parameter characterizing high temperature crack growth rates, have limited applicability to constant load conditions after sudden loading. however, crack growth due to creep can also occur under load varying conditions when load rising time is so long that accumulated creep deformation near the crack tip is not *** this paper, the estimation equation of the Ctparameter which can be applied to the case of slow load rising, i.e., (Ct)r, is explained. And the correlation between (Ct)r at the end of the load increasing period and Ct at the beginning of the succeeding load hold period is discussed. Finite element analyses of several cases with various loading conditions were performed and results were presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed Ct estimation scheme. The general applicability of the equation is also discussed.

研究旨在探讨人工合成抗菌肽-A3和P5(AMP-A3和P5)对断奶仔猪的生长性能、消化道内营养物质表观消化率(ATTD)、粪便和肠道内菌群、免疫球蛋白和肠道形态的影响。根据初始体重将猪(n=240,长白×大白×杜洛克,初始体重为5.9±0.56 kg)随机分为4个处理,每个处理4个重复,每个重复15头猪。阴性对照组(NC,基础饲粮不添加任何抗菌生长促进剂)、阳性对照组(PC,基础日粮+阿维霉素150 mg·kg-1基础饲粮)、添加AMP-A3 60 mg·kg-1基础饲粮(A3)和AMP-P560 mg·kg-1基础饲粮(P5)。试验期为28 d。与NC组相比,整个试验阶段PC、A3和P5组的日增重、料重比均显著提高(P0.05)。与NC组相比PC、A3和P5组的营养物质表观消化率的总能、粗蛋白质(Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期)和干物质(Ⅱ期)显著增加(P0.05)。研究表明,AMP-A3和P5可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、营养物质的表观消化率,改善肠道形态和降低致病菌。由于试验测定的指标较低,因此需要进一步的研究来证实目前的结果。

AN ADAPTIVE VERSION OF GLIMM'S SChEME

This article describes a local error estimator for Glimm＇s scheme for hyperbolic systems of conservation laws and uses it to replace the usual random choice in Glimm＇s scheme by an optimal choice. As a by-product of the local error estimator, the procedure provides a global error estimator that is shown numerically to be a very accurate estimate of the error in L1 （R） for all times. Although there is partial mathematical evidence for the error estimator proposed, at this stage the error estimator must be considered ad- hoc. Nonetheless, the error estimator is simple to compute, relatively inexpensive, without adjustable parameters and at least as accurate as other existing error estimators. Numerical experiments in 1-D for Burgers＇ equation and for Euler＇s system are performed to measure the asymptotic accuracy of the resulting scheme and of the error estimator.

FE SIMULATION OF CENTER CRACK OCCURRENCE IN TUBE ROUNDS DURING TWO-ROLL ROTARY ROLLING PROCESS

With the aid of FE （finite element） code *** 2005, 2-D coupled thermo-mechanical simulation of center-crack occurrence in round billet during 2-roll rotary rolling process was presented using Oyane ductile fracture criteria. A simple modeling is put forward based on the spiral motion of the workpiece as an essential characteristic in movement. The influence of the feed angle and the entry cone angle of the main roll on the process was taken into account in the modeling. The soundness for simplifying the 3-D rotary rolling into a 2-D problem was discussed. By adopting the parameters of Diescher piercer in 140mm mandrel mill of Bao Steel, the distribution and development of strain/stress were analyzed, and the eigen value of ductile fracture as well. The critical percentage of diameter reduction was obtained from the simulation. The result showed a good agreement with the experimental value, and therefore was of widely guiding significance to the practical process for rationally formulating the deformation parameters of steel tube piercing.

Intelligent low-level RF system by non-destructive beam monitoring device for cyclotrons

The project of a 10 Me V PET cyclotron accelerator for medical diagnosis and treatment was started at Amirkabir University of Technology in 2012. The low-level RF system of the cyclotron accelerator is designed to stabilize acceleration voltage and control the resonance frequency of the cavity. In this work an Intelligent Low Level Radio Frequency Circuit or ILLRF, suitable for most AVF cyclotron accelerators, is designed using a beam monitoring device and narrow band tunable band-pass filter. In this design, the RF phase detection does not need signal processing by a microcontroller.

Features of extrahepatic metastasis after radiofrequency ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma

BACKGROUND Extrahepatic metastasis(EhM)of hepatocellular carcinoma(hCC)is associated with poor ***,the clinical features and risk factors of EhM of hCC after radiofrequency ablation(RFA)remain *** To elucidate the characteristics and risk factors of EhM after RFA for *** From january 2008 to December 2017,we retrospectively enrolled 661 patients who underwent RFA as first-line treatment for hCC at 2 tertiary *** inclusion criteria were age≥18 years,a diagnosis of hCC,and *** computed tomography(CT)or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and alpha-fetoprotein measurements were routinely performed at 1 mo after RFA and followed-up at intervals of 3-6 *** analyses were performed using the chi-squared test or Student’s t-test,and univariate and multivariate analyses were performed via logistic regression,as *** EhM was diagnosed in 44 patients(6.7%)during a median follow-up period of 1204 *** 10-year cumulative rate of hCC recurrence and EhM was 92.7%and 33.7%,*** recurrence was most often intrahepatic,and the rate of extrahepatic recurrence at initial recurrence was only 1.2%.The median time to the diagnosis of EhM was 2.68 years,and 68.2%of patients developed EhM within 2 years of the first recurrence,regardless of recurrence-free survival and 75.0%of patients developed EhM within 5 years after first *** was mostly diagnosed via abdominal CT/MRI in 33(75.0%)and 38 of 44 patients(86.4%)with EhM had either positive abdominal CT scan results or serum AFP level *** multivariate analysis,recurrence-free survivalha-fetoprotein level>400 IU/mL were associated with a high EhM *** EhM occurs following multiple intrahepatic recurrences after RFA and combined contrast-enhanced abdominal CT and serum AFP were useful for *** especially with high-risk factors require close follow-up for

Law level of RRO(Repeatable Run Out),NRRO(Non Repe at able Run Out),and lightweight construction are a major trend in the high-speed hDD(hard Disk Drive)sytem to reduce track misregestration and to achieve high track density,which lead to succeed in the ***,it is not easy to r educe RRO,NRRO,and the weight of the spinning disk spindle system efficiently because lightweight construction and or bearing stiffness changes often yields a decrease in the static and dynamic stiffness of the system,and consequently hi gh vibrations may be generated as a ***,it is of importance to e valuate in advance the accurate dynamic behavior of the high speed spinning disk spindle system of a hDD *** study introduces an optimum design of the high speed spinning disk spindle system of a hDD for minimum RRO,NRRO,and lightweight construction using a gene tic *** spinning disk,hub,and bearing components of a hDD system ar e modelled as appropriate finite elements respectively and their equations of mo tion are derived to construct the system equations of the whole spinning disk sp indle system of the hDD *** RRO and NRRO responses of the spinning disk,due to exciting forces arised from ball bearing faults and rotating unbalance,are *** the design optimation,the hub thickness,the disk thickness,bearing positio ns(or bearing span)and bearing stiffness were set as design *** uni que objective function is obtained by multiplying an appropriate weighting facto r by multi-objective functions,such as RRO,NRRO,and the total weight of hDD the *** constraints are maximum RRO limit,maximum weight linit,and the critical speed limit of the hDD spindle *** show that the RRO,NRRO,and weight are reduced by 6%,66.7%and 28%r espectively compared with the initial design of the hDD ***,thi s present study can be used for an optimum design of the spinning disk spindle s ystem of a hDD for lightweight construction
