In order to provide predictable runtime performante for text categorization （TC） systems, an innovative system design method is proposed for soft real time TC systems. An analyzable mathematical model is established to approximately describe the nonlinear and time-varying TC systems. According to this mathematical model, the feedback control theory is adopted to prove the system＇s stableness and zero steady state error. The experiments result shows that the error of deadline satisfied ratio in the system is kept within 4 of the desired value. And the number of classifiers can be dynamically adjusted by the system itself to save the computa tion resources. The proposed methodology enables the theo retical analysis and evaluation to the TC systems, leading to a high-quality and low cost implementation approach.

The formation of landslide dams is often induced by earthquakes in mountainous *** failure of a landslide dam typically results in catastrophic flash floods or debris flows *** attention has been given to the processes and mechanisms involved in the failure of individual landslide ***,the processes leading to domino failures of multiple landslide dams remain *** this study,experimental tests were carried out to investigate the domino failure of landslide dams and the consequent enlargement of downstream debris *** blockage conditions were considered,including complete blockage,partial blockage and erodible bed(no blockage).The mean velocity of the flow front was estimated by *** stress transducers(TSTs)and Laser range finders(LRFs) were employed to measure the total stress and the depth of the flow front,*** a complete blockage pattern,a portion of the debris flow was trapped in front of each retained landslide dam before the latter collapsed *** was accompanied by a dramatic decrease in the mean velocity of the flow ***,under both partial blockage and erodible bed conditions,the mean velocity of the flow front increased gradually downward along the sloping *** failures of the landslide dams were triggered when a series of dams(complete blockage and partial blockage) were distributed along the ***,not all of these domino failures led to enlarged debris *** modes of dam failures have significant impacts on the enlargement of debris ***,further research is necessary to understand the mechanisms of domino failures of landslide dams and their effects on the enlargement of debris flows.

Organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)are driven by injected charges from an anode and a *** low and high work function metals are necessary for the effective injection of electrons and holes,***,we introduce a fully novel design concept using organic semiconductor heterojunctions(OSHJs)as the charge injectors for achieving highly efficient OLEDs,regardless of the work functions of the *** contrast to traditional injected charges from the electrodes,the injected charges originate from the *** device performance was shown to be significantly improved in efficiency and stability compared to conventional ***,the OLEDs based on OSHJs as charge injectors still exhibited an impressive performance when the low work function Al was replaced by air-and chemistry-stable high work function metals,such as Au,Ag,and Cu,as the cathode contact,which has been suggested to be difficult in conventional *** concept challenges the conventional design approach for the injection of charges and allows for the realization of practical applications of OLEDs with respect to high efficiency,selectable electrodes,and a long lifetime.

AIM: To gain a better understanding of biliary tract intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm(BT-IPMN).METHODS: From January 2000 to December 2013, 19cases of BT-IPMN were retrospectively identified from a total of 343 biliary tract tumors resected in our single *** characteristics, clinical data, pathology, surgical strategies, and long-term follow-up were ***: The mean age of the 19 BT-IPMN cases was 53.8 years(range: 25-74 years).The most common symptom was abdominal pain(15/19; 78.9%), followed by jaundice(7/19; 36.8%).Cholangitis was associated with most(16/19; 84.2%) of the BT-IPMN *** visible mucin was detected in all 19 patients, based on original surgical *** most common abnormal preoperative imaging findings for BT-IPMN were bile duct dilation(19/19; 100%) and intraluminal masses(10/19; 52.6%).Thirteen(68.4%) cases involved the intrahepatic bile duct and *** performed left hepatectomy in 11/19(57.9%), right hepatectomy in 2/19(10.5%), bile duct resection in 4/19(21.1%), and pancreatoduodenectomy in 1/19(5.3%) ***(5.3%) patient was biopsied and received a choledochojejunostomy because of multiple tumors involving the right extrahepatic and left intrahepatic bile *** showed malignancy in 10/19(52.6%) *** overall median survival was 68 *** benign cases showed a non-significant trend towards improved survival compared to malignant cases(68 mo vs 48 mo, P = 0.347).The patient without tumor resection died of liver failure 22 mo after palliative ***: BT-IPMN is a rare biliary *** resection of the tumor is associated with good survival, even in patients with malignant disease.

Solid pseudopapillary neoplasms(SPNs)of the pancreas are rare,low-grade,malignant neoplasms that are mostly seen in young women in the second and third decades of life and are quite uncommon in *** resection for benign and borderline neoplasms of the pancreas is associated with a substantial risk of postoperative morbidity and long-term functional impairment,whereas enucleation leads to less morbidity and preserves healthy parenchyma as well as exocrine and endocrine *** of SPNs has been increasingly reported to be feasible and safe for preserving the normal physiological function of the pancreas,especially in teenagers and *** review summarizes findings published in recent years on the enucleation of SPNs as well as potential future developments and *** has undoubtedly come to stay as an alternative surgical procedure for ***,many questions remain unresolved,and future directions toward the best surgical indication,the prevention and intervention of complications,especially pancreatic fistula,intraoperative resection margin safety assessment,and long-term oncology prognosis remain to be evaluated and should be explored in future clinical trials.

Eco-friendly lead-free tin(Sn)-based perovskites have drawn much attention in the field of photovoltaic s,and the highest power conversion efficiency(PCE)of Sn-based perovskite solar cells(PSCs)has been recently approaching 15%.However,the PCE improvement of Sn-based PSCs has reached bottleneck,and an unambiguous guidance beyond traditional trial-and-error process is highly desired for further boosting their *** this work,machine learning(ML)approach based on artificial neural network(ANN)algorithm is adopted to guide the development of Sn-based PSCs by learning from currently available *** models are designed to predict the bandgap of newly designed Sn-based perovskites and photovoltaic performance trends of the PSCs,and the practicability of the models are verified by real experimental ***,by analyzing the physical mechanisms behind the predicted trends,the typical characteristics of Sn-based perovskites can be derived even no relevant inputs are provided,demonstrating the robustness of the developed *** on the models,it is predicted that wide bandgap Sn-based PSCs with optimized interfacial energy level alignment could obtain promising PCE breaking 20%.At last,critical suggestions for future development of Sn-based PSCs are *** work opens a new avenue for guiding and promoting the development of high-performing Sn-based PSCs.

The SC200 proton therapy superconducting cyclotron was developed by ASIPP (Hefei, China) and JINR (Dubna, Russia). A measurement system was designed to assess the average radial component of the magnetic field (Brav) with 15 search coils in the median plane. The winding differences of the search coils affect the measurement accuracy of the Brav. Based on the electromagnetic induction principle, to measure the Brav accurately, this paper focuses on the design and commissioning of the Brav measurement system. The preliminary results confirm that the system design is reasonable and suitable. After testing the search coil at different speeds, the optimal speed was determined as 2.5 mm/s. The relative error was approximately 0.1% under the maximum radial component of the magnetic field Br of 7 G. The measurement precision was up to 1.0×10^-3, which can provide the required measurement tolerance of 3–7 G for Br in the median plane. The commissioning of the Brav measurement system is an important step for Br measurement. It can check and adjust the asymmetry of the superconducting coils (SCs).
