Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)are a leading factor driving mortality ***,an essential trace mineral,is important in numerous biological processes,and its role in CVDs has raised broad discussion for ***-mediated cell death,namely ferroptosis,has attracted much attention due to its critical role in cardiomyocyte damage and ***,ferritinophagy is the upstream mechanism that induces ferroptosis,and is closely related to *** review aims to delineate the processes and mechanisms of ferroptosis and ferritinophagy,and the regulatory pathways and molecular targets involved in ferritinophagy,and to determine their roles in ***,we discuss the possibility of targeting ferritinophagy-induced ferroptosis modulators for treating ***,this review offers some new insights into the pathology of CVDs and identifies possible therapeutic targets.

Influences of the Helical Strake Cross-Section Shape on Vortex-Induced Vibrations Suppression for A Long Flexible Cylinder

An experimental study on a bare flexible cylinder as well as cylinders fitted with two types of cross-sectioned helical strakes was carried out in a towing tank. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of strakes’ cross-section on the vortex-induced vibrations （VIV） suppression of a flexible cylinder. The square-sectioned and round-sectioned helical strakes were selected in the experimental tests. The uniform current was generated by towing the cylinder models along the tank using a towing carriage. The Reynolds number was in the range of 800–16000. The strain responses were measured by the strain gages in cross-flow （CF） and in-line （IL） directions. A modal analysis method was adopted to obtain the displacement responses using the strain signals in different measurement positions. The comparison of the experimental results among the bare cylinder, square-sectioned straked cylinder and round-sectioned straked cylinder was performed. The helical strakes can effectively reduce the strain amplitude, displacement amplitude, response frequencies and dominant modes of a flexible cylinder excited by VIV. And the mean drag coefficients of straked cylinders were approximately consistent with each other. In addition, the square-sectioned and round-sectioned strakes nearly share the similar VIV reduction behaviors. Sometimes, the strakes with round-section represent more excellent effects on the VIV suppression of response frequency than those with square-section.

目的:观察桂枝茯苓丸联合亮丙瑞林对子宫内膜异位症患者卵巢功能及血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)的影响。方法:选取佳木斯市中心医院2021年1月—2023年4月收治的87例子宫内膜异位症患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组。对照组(n=43)采用亮丙瑞林治疗,研究组(n=44)在对照组的基础上联用桂枝茯苓丸。比较两组临床疗效、卵巢功能、免疫代谢、细胞因子及子宫动脉血流参数。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,子宫动脉阻力指数(RI)、搏动指数(PI)及VEGF、MCP-1、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桂枝茯苓丸联合亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果较好,能够改善患者卵巢功能、免疫代谢。

Numerical simulation of intelligent compaction for subgrade construction

During the compaction of a road subgrade, the mechanical parameters of the soil mass change in real time, but current research assumes that these parameters remain unchanged. In order to address this discrepancy, this paper establishes a relationship between the degree of compaction K and strain ε. The relationship between the compaction degree K and the shear strength of soil(cohesion c and frictional angle φ) was clearly established through indoor experiments. The subroutine UMAT in ABAQUS finite element numerical software was developed to realize an accurate calculation of the subgrade soil compaction quality. This value was compared and analyzed against the assumed compaction value of the model, thereby verifying the accuracy of the intelligent compaction calculation results for subgrade soil. On this basis, orthogonal tests of the influential factors(frequency, amplitude, and quality) for the degree of compaction and sensitivity analysis were carried out. Finally, the ‘acceleration intelligent compaction value’, which is based on the acceleration signal, is proposed for a compaction meter value that indicates poor accuracy. The research results can provide guidance and basis for further research into the accurate control of compaction quality for roadbeds and pavements.

Mechanical behaviour analysis and support system field experiment of confined concrete arches

Soft rock control is a big challenge in underground *** for this problem,a high-strength support technique of confined concrete(CC)arches is proposed and studied in this *** on full-scale mechanical test system of arch,research is made on the failure mechanism and mechanical properties of CC ***,a mechanical calculation model of circular section is established for the arches with arbitrary section and unequal rigidity;a calculation formula is deduced for the internal force of the arch;an analysis is made on the influence of different factors on the internal force of the arch;and a calculation formula is got for the bearing capacity of CC arch through the strength criterion of bearing *** numerical calculation and laboratory experiment,the ultimate bearing capacity and internal force distribution is analyzed for CC *** research results show that:1)CC arch is 2.31 times higher in strength than the U-shaped steel arch and has better stability;2)The key damage position of the arch is the two sides;3)Theoretical analysis,numerical calculation and laboratory experiment have good consistency in the internal force distribution,bearing capacity,and deformation and failure modes of the *** of that verifies the correctness of the theoretical *** on the above results,a field experiment is carried out in Liangjia *** with the U-shaped steel arch support,CC arch support is more effective in surrounding rock deformation *** research results can provide a basis for the design of CC arch support in underground engineering.

Abnormal breakdown of Stokes–Einstein relation in liquid aluminium

We present the results of systematic molecular dynamics simulations of pure aluminium melt with a well-accepted embedded atom potential. The structure and dynamics were calculated over a wide temperature range, and the calculated results（including the pair correlation function, self-diffusion coefficient, and viscosity） agree well with the available experimental observations. The calculated data were used to examine the Stokes–Einstein relation（SER）. The results indicate that the SER begins to break down at a temperature Tx（-1090 K） which is well above the equilibrium melting point（912.5 K）.This high-temperature breakdown is confirmed by the evolution of dynamics heterogeneity, which is characterised by the non-Gaussian parameter α2（t）. The maximum value of α 2（t）, α（2,max）, increases at an accelerating rate as the temperature falls below Tx. The development of α（2,max） was found to be related to the liquid structure change evidenced by local fivefold symmetry. Accordingly, we suggest that this high-temperature breakdown of SER has a structural origin. The results of this study are expected to make researchers reconsider the applicability of SER and promote greater understanding of the relationship between dynamics and structure.

Percutaneous coronary intervention for chronic total occlusion in 1263 patients:a single-center report

Background Coronary chronic total occlusion （CTO） remains one of the most challenging lesion subsets in interventional cardiology, even with the development of medical device and operator expertise. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between lesion characteristics and procedural success and the incidence of in-hospital major adverse cardiac events （MACE） after percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） for CTO. Methods Clinical and coronary angiographic data of 1263 patients with CTO who underwent PCI between June 1995 and December 2005 in Shenyang General Hospital of PLA were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were 1625 CTO lesions located in 1596 vessels with a mean occlusion time of 48.9 months. A total of 1647 coronary stents were implanted to the target lesions. The overall patient and lesion success rates were 90.8 % （1147/1263） and 88.9 % （1445/1625）, respectively. The success rate of PCI was declined with long duration of occlusion, abrupt missing stump, bridging collaterals ≥15 mm in occluded length, moderate to severe calcification or tortuosity and ostial or distal location of CTO lesions （P〈 0.05）. Procedural failure occurred in 116 patients, caused by impossibility of guide-wire （81.0%） or balloon （19.0%） to pass through the occlusion. There was no death during procedure, but 2 patients suffered from acute stent thrombosis and other 9 patients had acute or late pericardial perforation. Those complications were all successfully treated. After procedure, 3 patients died, 4 experienced urgent target vessel revascularization because of subacute stent thrombosis and 1 underwent coronary bypass graft surgery due to coronary ftstula during in-hospital period. The overall in-hospital MACE rate was 0.6% （8/1263）. Drug-eluting stents were used in 198 patients without in-hospital MACE. Conclusions In an experienced heart center, it is possible to obtain a relatively high success rate of PCI and favorable clinical outcomes for patients with
