为研究志愿服务行动对大学生社会责任的影响,以合肥经济学院“圆满假期”实践活动为例开展调查研究,发现志愿服务行动能有效提升大学生社会责任感,但部分大学生受到社会责任认知偏差、责任情感认同不足、责任意志容易动摇、责任行为有待加强等因素影响,存在知行不一等情况。基于此,高校应从社会责任认知入手,引导大学生将社会情感转变为社会意志,并在多项激励政策的推动下强化社会责任行为,构建知情意行统一发展的新模式。

铁路货车制动梁磨耗套的损伤直接影响到磨耗套的寿命,从而影响列车的制动安全,为探究铁路货车制动梁磨耗套的损伤形式,对制动梁的磨耗套进行现场分析调研,并对典型损伤的磨耗套利用超景深光学显微镜(OM)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)进行损伤分析,利用EDS对磨损面进行元素分析。研究发现:现场磨耗套的损伤以磨损为主,磨耗到限是磨耗套淘汰的主要原因,更严重会有少量磨耗套发生断裂,影响制动性能与行车安全;将典型损伤的磨耗套进行实验室分析发现磨耗套在使用过程中容易产生侧磨,并且磨耗套的损伤形式存在磨损、异物镶嵌、材料剥落、裂纹和断裂几种形式;通过对磨损面进行元素分析发现磨损面出现了多种金属元素并且发生氧化,表面有杂质附着,所以磨耗套磨损机理以磨粒磨损为主,并伴随着粘着磨损和氧化磨损。

Background Osteoclast-associated receptor （OSCAR） is a member of the newly identified leukocyte receptor complex,and has recently been described as a key molecule in osteoclastogenesis. In this study, we measured the levels of soluble osteoclast-associated receptor （sOSCAR） in the serum of rheumatoid arthritis （RA） patients and healthy controls to examine whether sOSCAR may play a role in the process of inflammatory *** Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） was used to measure the levels of sOSCAR in the serum of 40 healthy controls and 40 RA *** The serum levels of sOSCAR were significantly lower in RA patients than in healthy controls, and were inversely associated with inflammatory *** sOSCAR is decreased in patients with RA and reduced levels of the protein are associated with increased inflammatory response.

Oxygen dopants are essential for tuning the electronic properties of the cuprate superconductors Bi_2Sr_2Ca_(n-1)Cu_nO_(2n+4+δ).Here,we study an optimally doped Bi_2Sr_(2-x)La_xCuO_(6+δ)and an overdoped Bi_(2-y)Pb_ySr_2CuO_(6+δ)by scanning tunneling microscopy and spectroscopy(STM/STS).Based on the characteristic features of local STS,three forms of oxygen dopants are identified:interstitial oxygen atoms on the SrO layers,oxygen vacancies on the SrO layers,and interstitial oxygen atoms on the BiO *** both samples,the first form dominates the number of oxygen *** the extracted spatial distribution of the oxygen dopants,we calculate the dopant concentrations and estimate the average hole carrier *** magnitudes of the electronic pseudogap state in both samples are inhomogeneously distributed in *** statistical analysis on the spatial distributions of the oxygen dopants and the pseudogap magnitude demonstrates that the doped oxygen atoms on the SrO layers tend to suppress the nearby pseudogap magnitude.

（N, F）-codoped anatase TiO2 nanocrystals with active visible light response were prepared by using a simple sol-gel approach. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements suggested that the substitutional N and F species replaced the lattice oxygen atoms in TiO2 nanocrystals. Such nanocrystals showed strong absorption from 400 to 550 nm, which was mainly induced by nitrogen doping. The phase transformation from anatase to rutile was hindered by fluorine doping at high calcination temperatures, which was verified by XRD patterns. The N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms revealed the absence of mesopores in these nanocrystals. The （N, F）- codoped TiO2 nanocrystals showed satisfying photocatalytic activity on the photo-degradation of methylene blue under visible light.

Toxic effect of lead(Pb) pollution on Collembola in soils has seldom been studied in depth, which is especially true for growth responses since the juveniles are very small and numerous. A single species test was conducted using the collembolan Folsomia candida as the indicator species, and soil Pb pollution(at Pb concentrations of 0, 300, 600, 1 200, 2 400, and 4 800 mg kg^(-1)) was simulated by mixing Pb(NO_(3))_(2) with a natural unpolluted soil. Adult survival, reproduction, body length, and body Pb concentration were determined. Adult survival and reproduction started to decrease at soil Pb concentrations of 1 200 and 600 mg kg^(-1), respectively. Lead concentrations in adult and juvenile bodies increased with increasing Pb concentration in soil. The percentage and individual abundances based on body length analysis showed that the larger adults(2.1–2.6 mm, P < 0.01) were more sensitive to soil Pb concentration than the intermediate(1.9–2.1 mm, P < 0.001) and smaller(1.7–1.9 mm, P < 0.001) adults. Similarly, the larger juveniles(1.0–1.4 mm, P < 0.001) were more sensitive to soil Pb concentration than the intermediate(0.6–1.0 mm, P < 0.001) and smaller(0.3–0.6 mm, P < 0.001) juveniles. For both adults or juveniles, the abundance and percentage of larger individuals declined significantly with increasing soil Pb concentration, suggesting that larger individuals were more sensitive to soil Pb pollution. Therefore, body length features, especially the percentage and abundance of larger individuals, would be potential bio-indicators of soil Pb pollution and possibly other types of soil pollution.

Hunting the advanced threats hidden in the enterprise networks has always been a complex and difficult *** to the variety of attacking means,it is difficult for traditional security systems to detect *** existing methods analyze log records,but the amount of log records generated every day is very *** to find the information related to the attack events quickly and effectively from massive data streams is an important *** that the knowledge graph can be used for automatic relation calculation and complex relation analysis,and can get relatively fast feedback,our work proposes to construct the knowledge graph based on kernel audit records,which fully considers the global correlation among entities observed in audit *** design the construction and application process of knowledge graph,which can be applied to actual threat hunting *** we explore different ways to use the constructed knowledge graph for hunting actual threats in ***,we implement a LAN-wide hunting system which is convenient and flexible for security *** based on the adversarial engagement designed by DARPA prove that our platform can effectively hunt sophisticated threats,quickly restore the attack path or assess the impact of attack.

In the current data-intensive era, the traditional hands-on method of conducting scientific research by exploring related publications to generate a testable hypothesis is well on its way of becoming obsolete within just a year or two. Analyzing the literature and data to automatically generate a hypothesis might become the de facto approach to inform the core research efforts of those trying to master the exponentially rapid expansion of publications and datasets. Here, viewpoints are provided and discussed to help the understanding of challenges of data-driven discovery.

Purpose： This paper aims to better understand a large number of papers in the medical domain of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） and related diseases using the machine reading approach. Design/methodology/approach： The study uses the topic modeling method to obtain an overview of the field, and employs open information extraction to further comprehend the field at a specific fact level. Findings： Several topics within the AD research field are identified, such as the Human Immunodeficiency Virus （HIV）/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome （AIDS）, which can help answer the question of how A1DS/HIV and AD are very different yet related diseases. Research limitations： Some manual data cleaning could improve the study, such as removing incorrect facts found by open information extraction. Practical implications： This study uses the literature to answer specific questions on a scientific domain, which can help domain experts find interesting and meaningful relations among entities in a similar manner, such as to discover relations between AD and AIDS/HIV. Origlnality/value： Both the overview and specific information from the literature are obtained using two distinct methods in a complementary manner. This combination is novel because previous work has only focused on one of them, and thus provides a better way to understand an important scientific field using data-driven methods.
