This paper verifies the low Mach number limit of the non-isentropic compressible magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)equations with or without the magnetic diffusion in a three-dimensional bounded domain when the temperature variation is large but *** uniform estimates of strong solutions are established in a short time interval independent of the Mach number,provided that the slip boundary condition for the velocity and the Neumann boundary condition for the temperature are imposed and the initial data is well-prepared.

We study an initial boundary value problem for the Navier-Stokes equations of compressible viscous heat-conductive fluids in a 2-D periodic domain or the unit square domain. We establish a blow-up criterion for the local strong solutions in terms of the gradient of the velocity only, which coincides with the famous Beale-Kato-Majda criterion for ideal incompressible flows.

Currently,stem cell transplantations in cardiac repair are limited owing to disadvantages,such as immunological rejection and poor cell *** direct injection of exosomes can have a curative effect similar to that of stem cell transplantation,high clearance hinders its application in clinical *** reports suggested that induction of coronary collateralization can be a desired method of adjunctive therapy for someone who had missed the optimal operation time to attenuate myocardial *** this study,to mimic the paracrine and biological activity of stem cells,we developed artificial stem cells that can continuously release Tβ4-exosomes(Tβ4-ASCs)by encapsulating specific exosomes within microspheres using microfluidics *** results show that Tβ4-ASCs can greatly promote coronary collateralization in the periphery of the myocardial infarcted area,and its therapeutic effect is superior to that of directly injecting the *** addition,to better understand how it works,we demonstrated that the Tβ4-ASC-derived exosomes can enhance the angiogenic capacity of coronary endothelial cells(CAECs)via the miR-17-5p/PHD3/Hif-1α*** brief,as artificial stem cells,Tβ4-ASCs can constantly release functional exosomes and stimulate the formation of collateral circulation after myocardial infarction,providing a feasible and alternative method for clinical revascularization.

目的探讨经尿道前列腺电切剜除术与传统经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者的临床疗效。方法选取前列腺手术治疗的76例前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,观察组38例患者行经尿道前列腺电切剜除术,对照组38例患者行传统经尿道前列腺汽化电切术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者术中出血量、腺体切除量和术后最大尿流率和住院时间均少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者术后并发症发生例数明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经尿道前列腺电切剜除术相对于传统经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗效果良好,术中操作方便,并发症较少。

目的：总结探讨经尿道前列腺剜除术（TUEP）在治疗高危良性前列腺增生症患者的经验,探讨其优势并比较经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）的临床效果。方法选取2012年2月~2015年2月我科收治的高危良性前列腺增生症患者80例,根据手术方式分为 TUEP 组、TURP 组,每组各40例,观察两组患者疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 TUEP组患者手术时间、术中失血量、术后留置导尿管时间与 TURP 组相比显著减少（55.4±6.8 min vs 72.5±7.2 min,195.4±17.3 mL vs 253.7±26.8 mL,5.2±1.4 d vs 7.3±2.1 d）,前列腺切除重量显著大于 TURP 组（69.4±4.2 g vs 55.4±3.7 g）,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；术后两组患者 IPSS、Qmax、PV 较术前均有显著改善,差异具有统计学意义（所有 P〈0.05）；组间比较,TUEP 组 IPSS、Qmax、PV 指标改善较 TURP 组更为显著（5.4±1.2 vs 8.9±2.0,22.7±2.3 mL/s vs 17.9±1.8 mL/s,10.3±2.1 mL vs 16.7±2.3 mL）,差异具有统计学意义（所有P〈0.05）；TUEP 组患者尿失禁、继发出血等并发症发生情况也显著低于TURP组（5.0%vs 17.5%,2.5% vs 15.0%）,差异具有统计学意义（所有P〈0.05）。结论与传统TURP相比,采取TUEP治疗高危良性前列腺增生症患者,可获得更好的优势,符合相关文献报道。

目的研究并探讨超微经皮肾镜取石术（micro-PCNL）治疗上尿路结石的临床效果及及体会。方法选择2014年5月~2016年1月我院收治的上尿路结石患者作为此次研究的对象,采用micro-PCNL作为观察组（n=50）,采用常规经皮肾镜取石术患者作为对照组（n=50）,观察两组患者的手术成功率、一期碎石清除率、住院时间、VAS疼痛评分以及并发症发生情况。结果两组手术均成功完成,观察组的一期碎石清除率为96%,明显高于对照组的80%（P〈0.05）;与对照组相比,观察组患者的住院时间明显缩短（P〈0.05）,VAS疼痛评分明显更低（P〈0.05）。观察组患者术后未出现明显并发症,对照组有5例并发症发生,包括3例尿血,2例感染,均保守治疗痊愈。结论采用micro-PCNL治疗上尿路结石可有效清除结石、缩短住院时间、减轻术后疼痛、减少并发症的发生。

目的:分析卵巢癌MSCT(多层螺旋CT)灌注特征与CA125水平的相关性。方法:纳入我院2016年9月至2017年8月期间收治的28例卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,均实施MSCT灌注成像检查,采集灌注参数,包括血流量(BF)、强化峰值(PEI)、达峰时间(TTP)、血容量(BV),比较不同BF、PEI、TTP、BV患者血清CA125表达水平。结果:BF>50ml/min,患者的CA125水平为(852.96±103.45)U/ml,高于BF≤50ml/min患者的(711.42±110.53)U/ml(P35Hu患者的CA125水平为(915.30±98.92)U/ml,高于PEI≤35Hu患者的(809.41±101.39)U/ml(P20s患者的CA125水平为(629.47±89.93)U/ml,低于TTP≤20s患者的(817.73±94.05)U/ml(P5ml/kg患者的CA125水平为(908.44±137.36)U/ml,高于BV≤5ml/kg患者的(729.50±125.52)U/ml(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢癌MSCT的部分灌注参数变化与血清肿瘤标志物CA125表达变化呈正相关或负相关,提示可根据MSCT灌注特征与CA125水平的相关性对患者病情和预后进行评估。
