Previous study revealed that ferritin heavy chain-1(FTH1)could regulate ferritinophagy and affect intracellular Fe^(+)content in various tumors,while its N6-methyladenosine(m6A)RNA methylation was closely related the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.However,little is known about the role of FTH1 m6A methylation in ovarian cancer(OC)and its possible action mechanisms.In this study we constructed FTH1 m6A methylation regulatory pathway(LncRNA CACNA1G-AS1/IGF2BP1)according to related bioinformatics analysis and research,through clinical sample detections we found that these pathway regulatory factors were significantly up-regulated in ovarian cancer tissues,and their expression levels were closely related to the malignant phenotype of ovarian cancer.In vitro cell experiments showed that LncRNA CACNA1G-AS1 could up-regulate FTH1 expression through IGF2BP1 axis,thus inhibited ferroptosis by regulating ferritinophagy,and finally promoted proliferation and migration in ovarian cancer cells.Tumor-bearing mice studies showed that the knock-down of LncRNA CACNA1G-AS1 could inhibited the tumorigenesis of ovarian cancer cells in vivo condition.Our results demonstrated that LncRNA CACNA1G-AS1 could promote the malignant phenotypes of ovarian cancer cells through FTH1-IGF2BP1 regulated ferroptosis.

E3GCAPS: Efficient EEG-Based Multi-Capsule Framework with Dynamic Attention for Cross-Subject Cognitive State Detection

Cognitive state detection using electroencephalogram(EEG)signals for various tasks has attracted significant research attention.However,it is difficult to further improve the performance of crosssubject cognitive state detection.Further,most of the existing deep learning models will degrade significantly when limited training samples are given,and the feature hierarchical relationships are ignored.To address the above challenges,we propose an efficient interpretation model based on multiple capsule networks for cross-subject EEG cognitive state detection,termed as Efficient EEG-based Multi-Capsule Framework(E3GCAPS).Specifically,we use a selfexpression module to capture the potential connections between samples,which is beneficial to alleviate the sensitivity of outliers that are caused by the individual differences of cross-subject EEG.In addition,considering the strong correlation between cognitive states and brain function connection mode,the dynamic subcapsule-based spatial attention mechanism is introduced to explore the spatial relationship of multi-channel 1D EEG data,in which multichannel 1D data greatly improving the training efficiency while preserving the model performance.The effectiveness of the E3GCAPS is validated on the Fatigue-Awake EEG Dataset(FAAD)and the SJTU Emotion EEG Dataset(SEED).Experimental results show E3GCAPS can achieve remarkable results on the EEG-based cross-subject cognitive state detection under different tasks.

Effect of nitrogen fertilizer on distribution of starch granules in different regions of wheat endosperm

This study provided visual evidence of a nitrogen effect on starch granules(SGs) in wheat endosperm. Winter wheat(Titicum aestivum L.) cultivar Xumai 30 was cultured under no nitrogen(control) and 240 kg ha-1of nitrogen applied at the booting stage. The number, morphology, and size of Aand B-type SGs in subaleurone of dorsal endosperm(SDE), center of dorsal endosperm(CDE), modified aleurone(MA), subaleurone of ventral endosperm(SVE), and center of ventral endosperm(CVE) were observed under light and electron microscopes.(1) The distribution of SGs in SDE was similar to that in SVE, the distributions of SGs in CDE and CVE were similar, but the distribution of SGs in MA was different from those in the other four endosperm regions. The number of SGs in the five endosperm regions was in the order SDE > CDE > SVE > CVE > MA.(2) Nitrogen increased the number of Aand B-type SGs in SDE and SVE. Nitrogen also increased the number of B-type SGs but decreased the number of A-type SGs in CDE and CVE. Nitrogen decreased the numbers of A-type and B-type SGs in MA. The results suggest that increased N fertilizer application mainly increased the numbers of small SGs and decreased the numbers of large SGs, but that the results varied in different regions of the wheat endosperm.

随着城市发展和地下空间开发利用进程的加快,城市轨道交通保护区内作业项目逐年增加,沿线保护区内安全问题日益严峻。为强化城市轨道交通运营安全管理,推进实现保护区安全风险联防联控,文章在分析国家政策与行业管理要求的基础上,以近年来城市轨道交通保护区安全事故为例,分析保护区存在的“违规施工”“异物侵限”“违规堆放”三大安全事故问题,揭示造成安全事故的主要原因,并提出健全保护区安全防控政策制度、推进保护区安全防控精准化、推动保护区安全防控信息化、建立突发事件应急处理机制4项对策建议,以此切实提高城市轨道交通安全运营保障水平。

Effects of rotor structure on performance of small size axial flow fans

Small size axial flow fans are used as a cooling component for computers,electronic equipment and other electronic components.With the increasing power of electrical equipment,the demand for lower noise and higher ventilation of cooling fan is also increasing.Traditional methods of improving ventilation by raising the fan's rotation speed causes a decrease in efficiency and an increase in noise.In this paper,different structures of fans were simulated,and as a result,the counter-rotating fan can achieve higher pressure,efficiency and facilitate ventilation in a smaller space.Furthermore,some other conclusions are as follows:(1) Higher pressure rise can be obtained by a counter-rotating fan than by the two-stage rotor fan in the same axial length.Meanwhile,the counter-rotating fan has a broader work scope.(2) The main noise type of the counter-rotating fan is rotating noise;the small peak pulse caused by vortex noise mainly due to the eddy current produced by small eddies.(3) When the distance of counter-rotating fans is smaller than 2 times the chord,the greater distance the greater total pressure of the circum-averages and along the axial direction,the total pressure begin to decline until the distance is three times the chord,so there is an optimal distance between rotors.The simulation results are of important significance to the quantitative analysis and optimization design of the counter-rotating fan.

Development and prospects of molten steel deoxidation in steelmaking process

In the long traditional process of steelmaking,excess oxygen is blown into the converter,and alloying elements are used for deoxidation.This inevitably results in excessive deoxidation of products remaining within the steel liquid,affecting the cleanliness of the steel.With the increasing requirements for steel performance,reducing the oxygen content in the steel liquid and ensuring its high cleanliness is necessary.After more than a hundred years of development,the total oxygen content in steel has been reduced from approximately 100×10^(-6)to approximately 10×10^(-6),and it can be controlled below 5×10^(-6)in some steel grades.A relatively stable and mature deoxidation technology has been formed,but further reducing the oxygen content in steel is no longer significant for improving steel quality.Our research team developed a deoxidation technology for bearing steel by optimizing the entire conventional process.The technology combines silicon–manganese predeoxidation,ladle furnace diffusion deoxidation,and vacuum final deoxidation.We successfully conducted industrial experiments and produced interstitial-free steel with natural decarbonization predeoxidation.Non-aluminum deoxidation was found to control the oxygen content in bearing steel to between 4×10^(-6) and 8×10^(-6),altering the type of inclusions,eliminating large particle Ds-type inclusions,improving the flowability of the steel liquid,and deriving a higher fatigue life.The natural decarbonization predeoxidation of interstitial-free steel reduced aluminum consumption and production costs and significantly improved the quality of cast billets.

After the converter steelmaking process,a considerable number of ferroalloys are needed to remove dissolved oxygen from the molten steel,but it also forms a lot of oxide inclusions that cannot be completely removed.At the same time,it increases the carbon emis-sions in the steel production process.After years of research,our team have developed a series of clean deoxidation technologies,includ-ing carbon deoxidation,hydrogen deoxidation,and waste plastic deoxidation of molten steel to address the aforementioned issues.In this study,thermodynamic calculations and laboratory experiments were employed to verify that carbon and hydrogen can reduce the total oxygen content in the molten steel melt to below 5×10^(-6) and 10×10^(-6),respectively.An analysis of the deoxidation mechanisms and ef-fects of polyethylene and polypropylene was also conducted.In addition,the applications of carbon deoxidation technology in different steels with the hot-state experiment and industrial production were discussed carefully.The carbon deoxidation experimental results of different steels were as follows:(1)the oxygen content of bearing steel was effectively controlled at 6.3×10^(-6) and the inclusion number density was lowered by 74.73%compared to aluminum deoxidized bearing steel;(2)the oxygen content in gear steel was reduced to 7.7×10^(-6) and a 54.49%reduction of inclusion number density was achieved with almost no inclusions larger than 5μm from the average level of industry gear steels;(3)a total oxygen content of M2 high-speed steel was as low as 3.7×10^(-6).In industrial production practice,car-bon deoxidation technique was applied in the final deoxidation stage for non-aluminum deoxidized bearing steel,and it yielded excellent results that the oxygen content was reduced to below 8×10^(-6) and the oxide inclusions in the steel mainly consist of silicates,along with small amounts of spinel and calcium aluminate.

A portable,auxiliary photovoltaic power system for electric vehicles based on a foldable scissors mechanism

In recent years,countries worldwide have actively advocated electric vehicles for environmental protection.How-ever,restrictions on the driving range and charging have hampered the promotion of electric vehicles.This study proposes a portable,auxiliary photovoltaic power system based on a foldable scissors mechanism for electric vehicles.The system includes a photovoltaic power generation module and an electricity transfer module.The photovoltaic power generation module built based on a foldable scissors mechanism is five times smaller than in its unfolded state,improving its portability in its folded state.The electricity transfer module transfers electricity into the cabin via wireless power transfer units and stores electricity in supercapacitors.Solar simulation exper-iments were conducted to evaluate the system’s performance:maximum output power of 1.736 W is measured when the load is 5Ω,while maximum wireless power transfer efficiency is up to 57.7% with 10Ω load.An elec-tric vehicle in Chengdu city was simulated for a case study.The results show that the annual output of a single photovoltaic power system can drive the MINIEV for 423.625 km,indicating that the proposed system would be able to supply power for electric vehicles as an auxiliary power supply system.

In this paper, we propose a space-time finite element method for a time fractional diffusion interface problem. This method uses the low-order discontinuous Galerkin(DG) method and the Nitsche extended finite element method(Nitsche-XFEM) for temporal and spatial discretization, respectively. Sharp pointwise-in-time error estimates in graded temporal grids are derived, without any smoothness assumptions on the solution.Finally, three numerical examples are provided to verify the theoretical results.

For fractional Volterra integro-differential equations(FVIDEs)with weakly singular kernels,this paper proposes a generalized Jacobi spectral Galerkin method.The basis functions for the provided method are selected generalized Jacobi functions(GJFs),which can be utilized as natural basis functions of spectral methods for weakly singular FVIDEs when appropriately constructed.The developed method's spectral rate of convergence is determined using the L^(∞)-norm and the weighted L^(2)-norm.Numerical results indicate the usefulness of the proposed method.
