离子光学系统是电子电离(EI)源的重要组件,利用静电透镜提取离子室中的离子并进行聚焦、加速和整形,调控离子束的速度和能量。离子光学系统的性能直接影响质谱仪的灵敏度和稳定性。基于数字模拟手段的EI源离子光学系统能够追踪离子从产生到进入质量分析器前的运动轨迹,有助于深入理解和认识离子在系统中的动力学行为,研究离子运动的关键影响因素。本研究建立了EI源离子光学数字模拟系统Sim-EI-Lens-COM-V1.0,基于该系统构建了柱状和片状2种透镜的离子光学系统,探究离子光学系统的几何结构对离子传输效率的影响。通过电压粗调、细调和精调,获得最大离子通过率时的优化电压组合,柱状透镜离子光学系统的通过率可达到97%,片状透镜可达到99%以上。不同离子的传输时间随质荷比的增加而延长,相同离子通过柱状透镜的传输时间短于片状透镜。离子在2种离子光学系统出口处的径向能量分布具有相似性,片状透镜的轴向能量分布一致性高于柱状透镜。

Background:diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM)is a type of cardiomyopathy caused by long-term diabetes,characterized by abnormal myocardial structure and function,which can lead to heart ***(BBR),a quaternary ammonium alkaloid isolated from Coptidis Rhizoma,a traditional Chinese medicine,has superior anti-diabetic and heart-protective *** purpose of this study is to assess the impact of BBR on ***:This study used a systems pharmacology approach to evaluate the related proteins and signalling pathways between BBR and DCM targets,combined with experimental validation using diabetic mouse heart *** and pathological changes were observed using Hematoxylin-eosin,Masson’s trichrome stain and wheat germ agglutinin *** and western blot were used to determine protein ***:The results indicate that BBR and DCM share 21 core relevant targets,with cross-targets predominantly located in mitochondrial,endoplasmic reticulum,and plasma membrane *** exerts its main effects in improving DCM by maintaining mitochondrial integrity,particularly involving the PI3K-AKT-GSK3βand apoptosis signalling *** addition,post-treatment changes in the key targets of BBR,including cysteine aspartate specific protease(Caspase)-3,phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)and mitochondria-related proteins,are suggestive of its ***:BBR crucially improves DCM by maintaining mitochondrial integrity,inhibiting apoptosis,and modulating PI3K-AKT-GSK3β*** studies must address animal model limitations and validate clinical efficacy to understand BBR’s mechanisms fully and its potential clinical use.

High strength steels exhibit superior mechanical properties due to the unique microstructure,which successfully solves the drawback of the inevitable strength-toughness trade-off that occurs in traditional *** we investigated the effect of matrix and precipitates on mechanical properties of Cr-Ni-Mo-V/Nb steel after water quenching and tempering(150-500℃).The results showed that the microstructure of the present steel is noticeably tuned by changing the tempering *** excellent combination of strength(a yield strength of 1308 MPa with a total elongation of 8.2%)and toughness(Charpy V-notch impact toughness of 40.5 J/cm^(2))is obtained upon tempering at 200℃.This is attributed to the lath martensite containing high dislocation density,the martensite-twin substructure,and the strengthening effects of the precipitated needle-likeε-carbides and spherical VC *** acicularε-carbides are replaced by the rod-shaped Fe_(3)C at the tempering temperature of 350℃,resulting in the remarkable deterioration in strength,hardness,and *** carbides formed at a tempering temperature of 500℃ are beneficial to the enhancement of the elongation and toughness,but the strength decreases due to the matrix softening caused by the recovery of dislocation.

A nanomicelle(denoted as TPGS/Ppa)was fabricated via the coassembly of the amphiphilic D-α-tocopheryl polyethylene glycol 1000 succinate(TPGS)and the hydrophobic photosensitizer pyropheophorbide a(Ppa)for photodynamic therapy(PDT).The obtained nanomicelle possessed a spherical structure with a diameter of(18.0±2.2)nm and a zeta potential of approximately -18 ***,the nanomicelle exhibited excellent photostability,biocompatibility,and phototoxicity,and could effectively reach the tumor region via the enhanced permeability and retention ***,it could be found that the TPGS/Ppa nanomicelle exhibited higher phototoxicity against 4T1 murine mammary cancer cells than free *** the 4T1 tumor-bearing mouse model,the nanomicelle showed an excellent antitumor therapeutic *** study develops a new type of photodynamic nanomicelle TPGS/Ppa,which can increase the accumulation of drugs and prolong their tumor retention time,providing a feasible strategy for realizing the delivery of small-molecule hydrophobic drugs and tumor PDT.

BACKGROUND Type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus(T2DM)has been associated with increased risk of colon cancer(CC)and worse prognosis in patients with *** effects of T2DM on postoperative chemoresistance rate(CRR)and long-term disease-free survival(DFS)and overall survival(OS)in patients with stage Ⅲ CC who receive curative resection remain *** To investigate whether T2DM or glycemic control is associated with worse postoperative survival outcomes in stage Ⅲ *** This retrospective cohort study included 278 patients aged 40-75 years who underwent surgery for stage Ⅲ CC from 2018 to *** on preoperative T2DM history,the patients were categorized into non-DM(n=160)and DM groups(n=118).The latter was further divided into well-controlled(n=73)and poorly controlled(n=45)groups depending on the status of glycemic ***,OS,and CRR were compared between the groups and Cox regression analysis was used to identify risk *** Patients in the DM and non-DM groups demonstrated similar DFS,OS,and CRR(DFS:72.03%vs 78.75%,P=0.178;OS:81.36%vs 83.12%,P=0.638;CRR:14.41%vs 7.5%,P=0.063).Poorly controlled DM was associated with a significantly worse prognosis and higher CRR than well-controlled DM(DFS:62.22%vs 78.07%,P=0.021;OS:71.11%vs 87.67%,P=0.011;CRR:24.40%vs 8.22%,P=0.015).High preoperative fasting plasma glucose[DFS:Hazard ratio(HR)=2.684,Pdicated significantly poor prognosis and high CRR,while T2DM history did not(DFS:HR=1.178,P=0.327;OS:HR=0.933,P=0.739;CRR:HR=0.997,P=0.581).CONCLUSION Increased preoperative fasting plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels,but not T2DM history,were identified as risk factors associated with poor postoperative outcomes and high CRR in patients with stage Ⅲ CC.

本文基于中国制造业亟须转型升级的现实背景,研究数智技术如何推动制造业向服务型制造这一重要方向转型升级,并探讨技术要素市场发展在这一过程中的作用。研究发现:数智技术促进了服务型制造发展,这一结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。数智技术对服务型制造的促进作用是通过采购效率提高、生产要素配置优化和仓储物流效能提升等供应链效率提升机制实现的。技术要素市场发展增强了数智技术对服务型制造的促进作用。然而,细分技术市场的影响程度存在差异,技术开发市场和技术服务市场的影响最显著,而技术转让市场和技术咨询市场的影响不明显。进一步地,技术要素市场发展强化了数智技术的采购效率提高机制,但未明显改善生产要素配置优化机制和仓储物流效能提升机制。异质性分析表明,对于“专精特新”、融资约束水平较低的企业以及技术密集度较高、竞争程度较高的行业,数智技术对服务型制造的促进作用更为显著。本文研究发现为理解数智技术在服务型制造发展中的作用提供了参考依据,在一定程度上拓宽了中国制造业转型升级的政策思路。

As a highly promising conductive polymer material,the synthesis method,structure regulation,and performance improvement of polyaniline(PANI)are hot research *** this work,the radiation-induced polymerization of aniline in HNO_(3)solution was successfully achieved at room temperature without the use of chemical *** the analysis of the radiation chemical reactions of inorganic acids and nitrate salt solutions,the characterization of the intermediate free radicals in the irradiated systems,and the influence of the pH of the solutions on the polymerization activity and product morphologies,the radiation-induced polymerization mechanism of aniline is discussed in detail and *** at a condition of[HNO_(3)]>[aniline],i.e.,pHdicals by·NO_(3)generated by radiolysis reactions,and undergoes repeated three steps of monomer free radical recombination,deprotonation,and oxidation reaction of·NO_(3),thus forming a PANI *** addition to the polymerization reaction,the aniline units are protonated and oxidized because of the strongly acidity and oxidation of the reaction system under γ-ray irradiation,which means that the molecular chain structure of the radiation-synthesized PANI can be regulated by pH,nitrate concentration,and irradiation ***-synthesized PANI has a moderate protonation and oxidation state,which can be used for the preparation of PANI supercapacitors with better electrochemical properties than those prepared by chemical oxidation under the same *** work presents a new radiation-synthesis method and polymerization mechanism of PANI,which not only expands the application of radiation technique in the field of polymer synthesis,but also provides a new idea for the structural regulation and electrochemical property optimization of PANI.
