为探明高寒矿区施肥和覆土的生态恢复效果及土壤速效养分对生态系统健康的影响,将生态系统健康评价指数CVOR通过优化土壤基况设计为OCVOR指数,并采用VOR、CVOR和OCVOR指数对5种施肥梯度(分别为施磷酸二铵0.0125、0.0375、0.1125 kg/m^(2)以及1年不施磷酸二铵、5年不施磷酸二铵)和3种覆土厚度(0、20~25、40~45 cm)恢复措施下的高寒矿区人工草地生态系统健康程度和恢复效果进行评价和对比分析。结果表明:3种指数对不同施肥和覆土措施的评价结果趋于一致,中施肥(磷酸二铵0.0375 kg/m^(2))和厚覆土(40~45 cm土壤厚度)是该地区适宜的恢复措施,整体上采用覆土措施的生态系统健康水平和恢复效果低于施肥措施。OCVOR指数评价结果表明,该地区采用中施肥、重施肥(磷酸二铵0.1125 kg/m^(2))措施的生态系统为不健康和一般,轻施肥(磷酸二铵0.0125 kg/m^(2))、1年不施肥、重覆土措施的生态系统为警戒和差,中覆土(20~25 cm土壤厚度)、未覆土和5年不施肥措施生态系统为崩溃和很差。8种恢复措施下VOR、CVOR和OCVOR指数分别在0.18~0.95、0.02~0.30、0.05~0.41之间,OCVOR指数评价结果介于VOR和CVOR指数之间。与VOR和CVOR指数相比,OCVOR指数评价结果更加符合破坏程度大的高寒矿区煤矸石山人工草地生态系统健康状况和恢复实际,OCVOR模型更具有客观性和科学性。

The regularity of random attractors is considered for the non-autonomous fractional stochastic FitzHugh-Nagumo *** prove that the system has a pullback random attractor that is compact in Hs(R^(n))×L^(2)(R^(n))and attracts all tempered random sets of L^(2)(R^(n))×L^(2)(R^(n))in the topology of Hs(R^(n))×L^(2)(R^(n))with s∈(0,1).By the idea of positive and negative truncations,spectral decomposition in bounded domains,and tail estimates,we achieved the desired results.

The demand for lightweight,thin electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding film materials with high shielding effectiveness(SE),excellent mechanical properties,and stability in complex environments is particularly pronounced in the realm of flexible and portable electronic ***,we developed an ultra-thin film(CNT@GC)in which the glassy carbon(GC)layer wrapped around and welded carbon nanotubes(CNTs)to form a core-shell network structure,leading to exceptional tensile strength(327.2 MPa)and electrical conductivity(2.87×10^(5) S·m^(−1)).The CNT@GC film achieved EMI SE of 60 dB at a thickness of 2µm after post-acid treatment and high specific SE of 3.49×10^(5) dB·cm^(2)·g^(−1),with comprehensive properties surpassing those of the majority of previous shielding ***,the CNT@GC film exhibited Joule heating capability,reaching a surface temperature of 135℃at 3 V with a fast thermal response of about 0.5 s,enabling anti-icing/de-icing *** work presented a methodology for constructing a robust CNT@GC film with high EMI shielding performance and exceptional Joule heating capability,demonstrating immense potential in wearable devices,defense,and aerospace applications.

The current existing problem of deep learning framework for the detection and segmentation of electrical equipment is dominantly related to low *** of the reliable,safe and easy-to-operate technology provided by deep learning-based video surveillance for unmanned inspection of electrical equipment,this paper uses the bottleneck attention module(BAM)attention mechanism to improve the Solov2 model and proposes a new electrical equipment segmentation ***,the BAM attention mechanism is integrated into the feature extraction network to adaptively learn the correlation between feature channels,thereby improving the expression ability of the feature map;secondly,the weighted sum of CrossEntropy Loss and Dice loss is designed as the mask loss to improve the segmentation accuracy and robustness of the model;finally,the non-maximal suppression(NMS)algorithm to better handle the overlap problem in instance *** results show that the proposed method achieves an average segmentation accuracy of mAP of 80.4% on three types of electrical equipment datasets,including transformers,insulators and voltage transformers,which improve the detection accuracy by more than 5.7% compared with the original Solov2 *** segmentation model proposed can provide a focusing technical means for the intelligent management of power systems.

An algorithm to track multiple sharply maneuvering targets without prior knowledge about new target birth is proposed. These targets are capable of achieving sharp maneuvers within a short period of time, such as drones and agile *** probability hypothesis density (PHD) filter, which propagates only the first-order statistical moment of the full target posterior, has been shown to be a computationally efficient solution to multitarget tracking problems. However, the standard PHD filter operates on the single dynamic model and requires prior information about target birth distribution, which leads to many limitations in terms of practical applications. In this paper,we introduce a nonzero mean, white noise turn rate dynamic model and generalize jump Markov systems to multitarget case to accommodate sharply maneuvering dynamics. Moreover, to adaptively estimate newborn targets’information, a measurement-driven method based on the recursive random sampling consensus (RANSAC) algorithm is proposed. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves significant improvement in tracking multiple sharply maneuvering targets with adaptive birth estimation.

Importance:Pediatric cerebral cavernous malformation(CCM)is a rarely encountered vascular *** study on surgical excision and nonsurgical management outcomes of CCM in pediatrics is ***:To determine the demographic characteristics,hemorrhage rate,and long-term outcomes of pediatric patients with ***:A retrospective study of pediatric patients with CCM in Chinese PLA General Hospital was conducted between January 2004 and January *** compared the clinical characteristics,radiological features,and outcomes of the surgical and nonsurgical ***:Seventy-nine children were included,with 69.6%being boys,and the average age was 11.8±5.5 *** annual retrospective hemorrhagic rate was 5.7%per patient per ***-six children(70.9%)underwent surgical excision,and they were more likely to present with seizure symptoms(P=0.011),have a higher proportion of larger lesion size(P=0.008),less likely to have durations≤10 days(P=0.048),and less likely to have supratentorial deep CCM(P=0.014)compared to children who received nonsurgical *** resection was achieved in most surgical cases(55,98.2%).During the 143.9±50.8 months of follow-up,44 patients(78.6%)achieved improvement,12 patients(17.8%)remained the same,and two(3.6%)experienced *** the nonsurgical management group,14 children(60.9%)experienced symptom improvement,eight(34.8%)remained the same,and one(4.3%)worsened,with a re-hemorrhagic risk of 8.7%.Interpretation:Surgical removal of pediatric CCM can eliminate the risk of hemorrhage and lead to satisfactory *** children undergoing nonsurgical management,long-term close monitoring is essential due to the life-long risk of hemorrhage.

Ovalbumin(OVA)is the major allergenic protein that can induce T helper 2(Th2)-allergic reactions,for which current treatment options are *** this study,we developed a polymerized hypoallergenic OVA product via laccase/caffeic acid(Lac/CA)-catalyzed crosslinking in conjunction with galactomannan(Man).The formation of high molecular weight crosslinked polymers and the Ig G-binding were analyzed by sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE)and Western *** study indicated that Lac/CA-catalyzed crosslinking plus Man conjugation substantially altered secondary and tertiary structures of OVA along with the variation in surface *** digestion stability assay indicated that crosslinked OVA exhibited less resistance in simulated gastric fluid(SGF)and simulated intestinal fluid(SIF).Mouse model study indicated that Lac-Man/OVA ameliorated eosinophilic airway inflammatory response and efficiently downregulated the expression of Th2-related cytokines(interleukin(IL)-4,IL-5,and IL-13),and upregulated IFN-γand IL-10 *** of bone marrow-derived dendritic cells with Lac-Man/OVA suppressed the expression of phenotypic maturation markers(CD80 and CD86)and MHC class II molecules,and suppressed the expression levels of proinflammatory *** knowledge obtained in the present study offers an effective way to acquire a hypoallergenic OVA product that can have a therapeutic effect in alleviating OVA-induced allergic asthma.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the mechanisms of yangqing Chenfei formula(养清尘肺方, YCF) in the treatment of silicosis through a comprehensive strategy consisting of serum pharmacochemistry, network pharmacology analysis, and in vitro validation. METHODS: An ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was used to confirm the active components in YCF-medicated serum. Then, we obtained targets for active components and genes for silicosis from multiple databases. Furthermore, a protein-protein interaction network was constructed, and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway and biological process analyses were conducted to elucidate the mechanisms of YCF for the treatment of silicosis. Finally, we validated the important components and mechanisms in vitro. RESULTS: Altogether, 19 active components were identified from rat serum after YCF administration. We identified 724 targets for 19 components, which were mainly related to inflammation [phosphatidy linositol 3 kinase/protein kinase B, forkhead box O, hypoxia inducible factor, and T-cell receptor signaling pathway, nitric oxide biosynthetic process], fibrotic processes [vascular endothelial growth factor signaling pathway, extracellular signal regulated kinase(ERK) 1 and ERK2 cascade, smooth muscle cell proliferation], and apoptosis(negative regulation of apoptotic process). In addition, 218 genes for silicosis were identified and were mainly associated with the inflammatory response and immune process [cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), toll-like receptor, and nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor signaling pathway]. Taking an intersection of active component targets and silicosis genes, we obtained 61 common genes that were mainly related to the inflammatory response and apoptosis, such as the phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase/protein kinase B signaling pathway, mitogen activated protein kinases signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathw
