The population of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)patients along with relevant advanced liver disease is projected to continue growing,because currently no medications are approved for *** microbiota transplantation(FMT)is believed a novel and promising therapeutic approach based on the concept of the gut-liver axis in liver *** has been an increase in the number of pre-clinical and clinical studies evaluating FMT in NAFLD treatment,however,existing findings diverge on its ***,we briefly summarized the mechanism of FMT for NAFLD treatment,reviewed randomized controlled trials for evaluating its efficacy in NAFLD,and proposed the prospect of future trials on FMT.

With a strain rate range of 0.01–10 s^(−1) and a deformation temperature range of 1110–1200℃,the isothermal compression test was performed on one powder metallurgy superalloy which is macroscopic segregation *** electron backscatter diffraction,the effect of strain rate and deformation temperature on grain shape and grain size of superalloys during thermal deformation was *** results established that exquisite and equiaxed dynamic recrystallization(DRX)grains are procured at supernal deformation temperature and high strain rate because of the high dislocation *** the same time,the interaction between high DRX nucleation rate and low grain growth rate at high strain rate is favorable in making finer DRX *** equivalent medial grain size expanded with lowering strain rate and elevating proof ***,the grain shape was researched by the effective method of aspect *** aspect ratio of original grains is 0.61,and the aspect ratio has important implications for DRX and grain growth *** average aspect ratio increases slightly when deformation temperature rises from 1110 to 1140℃,while the average aspect ratio increases memorably as the deformation temperature is higher than 1140℃.

Quality and property control have become one of the critical problems for the metallic parts produced by selective laser *** this paper,the crack spontaneously formed in the Ti-6 Al-4 V alloy by selecting laser melting is *** crack is C-shape without branching in macro *** micro view,the crack originates from and propagates toward the selective laser melting(SLM)processing *** crack surface topography shows that the crack is typical dimple cleavage.A few heads of martensiticα’laths appear at the bottom of the *** the secondary crack nucleates and grows up near by the martensiticα’laths.A lot of spatters and cavities formed at the top surface of the SLM body and the residual stress accumulated in the SLM body is up to 640 MPa,which confirms that the SLM processing defects and the residual stress induced the origination and propagation of the *** research results indicate that preventing spatter and controlling residual stress are important to SLM processing.

Based on the model of the strong correlation of counterions condensed on DNA molecule, by tailoring interaction potential, interduplex spacing and correlation spacing between condensed counterions on DNA molecule and interduplex spacing fluctuation strength, toroidal configuration, rod-like configuration and two-hole configurations are possible. The size effects of counterion structure on the toroidal structure can be detected by this model. The autocorrelation function of the tangent vectors is found as an effective way to detect the structure of toroidal conformations and the generic pathway of the process of DNA condensation. The generic pathway of all of the configurations involves an initial nucleation loop, and the next part of the DNA chain is folded on the top of the initial nucleation loop with different manners, in agreement with the recent experimental results.

Objective To distinguish the edema, injury, or rupture in the traumatic skeletal muscle fiber in vivo using diffusion tensor imaging （DTI） and tractography on magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）. Methods The skeletal muscle trauma models were made in 4 rabbits （ eight hindlimbs） by iron discus （ weight 1. 0 kg, diameter 6 cm） falling down vertically from 45 cm height to rabbits＇ thighs. Conventional sequences and two-dimensional （2D） diffusion-weighted （DW） spin-echo （SE） echo planar imaging （EPI） sequence with fat suppression （ b = 600 s/mm^2 ） were performed on 1.5T MRI scanner. The grading of edema, injury, and fiber rupture in the damaged muscle were made according to their histopathological views, which was consistent with the images. The mean apparent diffusion coefficient （ADC） values and fractional anisotropy （FA） values were measured from the region of interests （ROIs） of all groups on 2D DW images used for tractography. Analysis of variance test was performed to analyze all data. Results ADC values of the areas in normal muscle, edema muscle, injury muscle, and ruptured muscle were （6. 12±1.34 ） × 10^-3, （ 6.38±1.30 ） × 10^-3, （ 8.06±0. 97 ） × 10^-3, and （ 9. 57±0. 93 ） × 10^-3 mm^2/s, respectively. There was significant difference among groups （P 〈0. 001 ）, but no difference between edema muscle and normal muscle group （P 〉0. 05）. The FA values of normal muscle, edema muscle, injury muscle, and ruptured muscle were 0. 42±0. 12, 0. 36±0. 12, 0. 26±0. 09, 0. 12±0. 08, respectively, with a significant difference among groups （ P 〈 0. 001 ）. In the edema muscle, the tracking cross-fiber could be seen but it decreased slightly. In the injury muscle, the tracking fiber decreased markedly. In the ruptured muscle, the transverse-orientation tracking fiber vanished, yet some interrupted longitudinal-orientation tracking fiber could be found. Effect of Temperature on Topological States of Circular DNA

The different topological states of circular double-stranded DNA can be defined by their linking number. The equilibrium distribution of linking number can be obtained by circularizing a linear DNA into a circle by ligase. Based on the recent experimental results that the DNA bending rigidity and twist rigidity strongly depend on temperature, the reduced bending rigidity can be approximated by g = （3.19 x10-19 - T. 4.14s10-22） erg. cm over the temperature interval （5 ~ 53） ~ C, and the temperature dependence of twist rigidity can be fitted by C （ T） = （4588.89 exp（-T/117.04）- 251.33） nm. The temperature dependence of the linking number distribution of circular DNAs can be predicted by using Monte Carlo simulation. The variance of linking number distribution on temperature is in accordance with the previous experimental results. Compared with the temperature dependence of bending rigidity, the temperature dependence of twist rigidity causes a noticeable fluctuation in linking number distribution and mainly contribute towards the variance change of linking number distribution of circular DNA. The variance of the writhe number and twist number in the equation （（ALk）21 = （（ATw）2） -b （（Wr）2） depends on the length of circular DNA. When the length of circular DNA is less than 230 nm, the variance of twist number （（ATw）2） is dominant over the variance of writhe number （（（wr）2））whereas for the condition that the length of the circular DNA is larger than 370 nm.

Tailoring the microstructural characteristic and improving the corrosion resistance of extruded dilute Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Sn alloy by microalloying with Mn

Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Sn alloys with and without microalloying with 0.5 wt%Mn were subjected to extrusion,and the effect of Mn microalloying on the microstructural characteristic and corrosion behavior of the extruded alloys was *** results indicated that the average grain size and the density of dislocations decreased,and a new Mg_(26.67)Mn_(65.47)Fe_(7.86)second phase as well as grain boundary segregation of Sn atoms could be observed in certain micro-regions of the extruded dilute Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Sn-0.5 Mn *** tailoring of microstructure resulted in the significant enhancement in corrosion resistance(R_(p)increased from 1095.91Ωcm^(2)to 5008.79Ωcm^(2)).In addition,grain boundary segregation resulted in intergranular corrosion and led to the dissolution of Sn ***,the dissolution rate of the matrix in Mg-0.5Bi-0.5Sn-0.5Mn alloy could be inhibited by the corrosion product film containing an intermediate product(SnO_(2)).
