Background:Professor yan-xin Wang has been committed to the use of traditional Chinese medicine formulas to treat insomnia from the liver for many years,and has achieved excellent clinical *** order to better inherit yan-xin Wang’s academic *** purpose of this study is to use clinical data to explore the clinical experience of ***-xin Wang in the application of Chinese medicine to treat insomnia patients from the liver,explore the compatibility and medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine,and give more clinical treatment ideas for ***:The general data and prescription information of insomnia patients treated with Chinese herbal medicine by ***-xin Wang from January 1,2021,to December 31,2021,were summarized according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and the data were subjected to frequency statistics and drug association rules,complex network diagram analysis and cluster ***:A total of 159 patients and prescriptions were included in the study,of which 81.1%were women and 18.9%were men,containing 128 herbs;the highest frequency of use was 91.8%for Bupleuri *** Chinese herbs were used more than 70%of the time,namely Bupleuri Radix,Scutellariae Radix,oyster shell,Glycyrrhizae Radix,Os Draconis,and Ziziphi Spinosae *** top 20 herbs in terms of frequency of use were analyzed in terms of the four Qi,five flavours,and their *** four Qi were mainly calm and warm,the five flavours were mainly bitter and acrid,followed by sweet,and the attributions were mainly to the liver,spleen,and heart *** Chinese medicine association rules set the confidence level>80%and the support level>10%,resulting in 10 two-herb and three-herb associations with the highest confidence level,such as Os Draconis is associated with oyster shell,Platycodonis Radix is associated with Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Scutellariae Radix is associated with Bupleuri Radix,Os Draconis,Bupleuri Radix is associated

Cascaded four-wave mixing all-optical wavelength converter based on highly nonlinear fiber deposited graphene oxide

The all-optical wavelength conversion using cascaded four-wave mixing(FWM)phenomena with graphene oxide(GO)and a highly nonlinear fiber(HNLF)device is demonstrated *** has a strong third-order nonlinear effect and is an excellent nonlinear optical material for nonlinear optical wavelength *** group velocity matching of pump and signal,HNLF,and GO amplification promote the cascaded nonlinear frequency mixing *** the experimental and analytical results,the maximum spacing between signal and pump is 21 nm,and specifically,the order of cascaded FWM light increases from order 1 to order 2 with increasing GO,and the first-order FWM conversion effi-ciency increases to a maximum of−14.5 *** the best of our knowledge,this is the first time that cascaded FWM-based all-optical wavelength conversion in HNLF-GO with wide wavelength selectivity is investigated with combined pump and signal *** findings not only provide an effective method for achieving all-optical wavelength conversion in cascaded FWM but also offer the possibility of fabricating high-performance nonlinear optical devices.

Double Fano resonances in disk-nonconcentric ring plasmonic nanostructures

The plasmonic properties of gold nanostructures composed of a disk outside a nonconcentric ring are numerically studied by the finite difference time domain(FDTD)*** results show that two Fano resonances are formed as a result of the coupling of the octupolar and quadrupolar modes of the ring with the dipolar mode of the *** reduction in structural symmetry causes a red shift of the Fano resonances and distinct changes in spectral lineshape by offsetting the center of the inner surface of the ring to different *** effects of several geometric parameters on the characteristics of Fano resonances are also *** addition,the refractive index(RI)sensitivities for the two Fano resonances can be up to 581 nm/RIU and 780 nm/RIU with the corresponding figure of merits(FOMs)as large as 12.7 and 10.2,*** properties render the structures useful for potential applications in multi-wavelength sensors.

Influence of friction-lubrication characteristics varying with rolling speed on instability of chatter and slip in cold tandem rolling process

In the high-speed cold tandem rolling process of thin plate,chatter or slip instability gives rise to the deterioration of equipment and product *** instability behavior is closely related to interfacial friction-lubrication con-dition which is generally characterized by the friction ***,with higher and higher speed requirements,the commonly used model of friction coefficient is no longer applicable and accurate.A novel approach is suggested to calculate the speed-dependent friction coefficient,in which the viscosity-pressure-temperature effects of the lubricant,surface roughness states of work rolls and rolled piece are comprehensively involved and the mixed flm lubrication theory is ***,the influences of friction coefficient on the instability of slip and chatter are investigated for a five-stand cold tandem rolling *** one side,the critical friction coefficient for each stand is determined by calculating the corresponding slip factor;on the other hand,the friction coefficient varying with rolling speed is combined with the model of theoretical critical rolling speed presented under constant friction coefficient,so that the speed threshold is ***,the stable and unstable regions corresponding to the rear three stands are individually discussed,and the technical strategies are proposed to suppress both slip and chatter frequently occurring in the actual rolling process.

A reweighted damped singular spectrum analysis method for robust seismic noise suppression

(Multichannel)Singular spectrum analysis is considered as one of the most effective methods for seismic incoherent noise *** utilizes the low-rank feature of seismic signal and regards the noise suppression as a low-rank reconstruction ***,in some cases the seismic geophones receive some erratic disturbances and the amplitudes are dramatically larger than other *** presence of this kind of noise,called erratic noise,makes singular spectrum analysis(SSA)reconstruction unstable and has undesirable effects on the final *** robustify the low-rank reconstruction of seismic data by a reweighted damped SSA(RD-SSA)*** incorporates the damped SSA,an improved version of SSA,into a reweighted *** damping operator is used to weaken the artificial disturbance introduced by the low-rank projection of both erratic and random *** central idea of the RD-SSA method is to iteratively approximate the observed data with the quadratic norm for the first iteration and the Tukeys bisquare norm for the rest *** RD-SSA method can suppress seismic incoherent noise and keep the reconstruction process robust to the erratic *** feasibility of RD-SSA is validated via both synthetic and field data examples.

Bipolar hip arthroplasty using conjoined tendon preserving posterior lateral approach in treatment of displaced femoral neck fractures

BACKGROUND Neovascular glaucoma(NVG)is likely to occur after pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)for diabetic retinopathy(DR)in some patients,thus reducing the expected *** the risk factors for NVG occurrence and building effective risk prediction models are currently required for clinical *** To develop a visual risk profile model to explore factors influencing DR after *** We retrospectively selected 151 patients with DR undergoing *** patients were divided into the NVG(NVG occurrence)and No-NVG(No NVG occurrence)groups according to the occurrence of NVG within 6 months after *** risk factors for postoperative NVG were screened by logistic regression.A nomogram prediction model was established using R software,and the model’s prediction accuracy was verified internally and externally,involving the receiver operator characteristic curve and correction *** After importing the data into a logistic regression model,we concluded that a posterior capsular defect,preoperative vascular endothelial growth factor≥302.90 pg/mL,glycosylated hemoglobin≥9.05%,aqueous fluid interleukin 6(IL-6)≥53.27 pg/mL,and aqueous fluid IL-10≥9.11 pg/mL were independent risk factors for postoperative NVG in patients with DR(P<0.05).A nomogram model was established based on the aforementioned independent risk factors,and a computer simulation repeated sampling method was used to internally and externally verify the nomogram *** area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity,and specificity of the model were 0.962[95%confidence interval(95%CI):0.932-0.991],91.5%,and 82.3%,*** AUC,sensitivity,and specificity of the external validation were 0.878(95%CI:0.746-0.982),66.7%,and 95.7%,*** A nomogram constructed based on the risk factors for postoperative NVG in patients with DR has a high prediction *** study can help formulate relevant preventive and treatment measures.
