One of the major challenges for beyond third generation mobile .systems is efficient mobility management. This paper proposes a distributed dynamic management .scheme of handoff based on B3G networks. This scheme can reduce the cost of update signalling and transmitting packets, and improve the system capability. In this scheme, the dynamic building network approach is adopted to deduce the update signalling cost. We implement the distributed dynamic management scheme of handoff in a simulation platform and compare its performance with that of general centralized handoff management schemes. Our simulation results indicate that our scheme is capable of reducing the update handoff latency, and enhancing the performance.

Previous studies found intraspecific diversity in Scrippsiella trochoidea A. R. Loeblich Ill, a widely distributed calcareous cyst-producing dinoflagellate. In this study, three strains （ST-I, ST-D6 and ST-K） of S. trochoidea isolated from the East Asian waters were studied, together with other geographical strains, to resolve their phylogenetic relationships. For the three East Asian isolates, two highly diverse regions of nuclear-encoded ribosomal DNA （rDNA）, the 5.8S rDNA and its flanking internal transcribed spacers 1 and 2, and the 5＇ portion of the large-subunit rDNA （encompassing the ＂DI＂ and ＂D2＂ domains） were sequenced. Homologous sequences from other geographical isolates were selected from the GenBank database and the phylogenetic relationships were inferred from the molecular data of these strains. Strains of S. trochoidea were found to cluster into three major clades （STR1, STR2 and STR3）, as reported in previous studies. Two of the three strains ST-1 and ST-K, were grouped in clade STR2, the other strain, ST-D6, belonged to clade STR3. The intraspecific diversity ofS. trochoidea in East Asian waters makes it necessary to carry out phylogenetic investigations in combination with data of biogeography, population dynamics, and life cycle on the ecophysiology of a region.

Objective To study the transfer of paralytic shellfish toxins （PST） using four simulated marine food chains： dinoflagellate Alexandrium tamarense→Artemia Artemia salina→Mysid shrimp Neomysis awatschensis; A. tamarense→N. awatschensis; A. tamarense→A, salina→Perch Lateolabrax japonicus; and A. tamarense→L, japonicus. Methods The ingestion of A. tamarense, a producer of PST, by L. japonicus, N. awatschensis, and A. salina was first confirmed by microscopic observation of A. tamarense cells in the intestine samples of the three different organisms, and by the analysis of Chl.a levels in the samples. Toxin accumulation in L. japonicus and N. awatschensis directly from the feeding on A. tamarense or indirectly through the vector of A. salina was then studied, The toxicity of samples was measured using the AOAC mouse bioassay method, and the toxin content and profile of A. tamarense were analyzed by the HPLC method. Results Both A. salina and N. awatschensis could ingest A. tamarense cells. However, the ingestion capability of A. salina exceeded that of N. awatschensis. After the exposure to the culture of A. tamarense （2 000 cells·mL^-1） for 70 minutes, the content of Chl.a in A. salina and N. awatschensis reached 0.87 and 0.024 μ***^-1, respectively. Besides, A. tamarense cells existed in the intestines of L. japonicus, N. awatschensis and A. salina by microscopic observation. Therefore, the three organisms could ingest A. tamarense cells directly. A. salina could accumulate high content of PST, and the toxicity of A. salina in samples collected on days 1, 4, and 5 of the experiment was 2.18, 2.6, and 2.1 MU.g^-1, respectively. All extracts from the samples could lead to death of tested mice within 7 minutes, and the toxin content in anemia sample collected on the 1st day was estimated to be 1.65×10 ^5 μg STX equal/individual. The large-scale green tide caused by Ulva has occurred successively in the Yellow Sea since 2007,and new events of green tide also continued to appear in nearby sea areas,indicating an undergoing rapid development of occurrence patterns for harmful macroalgal blooms(HMBs)along coastal *** August 2021,a green tide occurred for the first time in Bayuquan sea area of Yingkou city,Liaoning Province in the Bohai *** this study,morphological and molecular approaches were used to identify the causative species as ***,an alien subtropical alga previously found to dominate green tides in the South China *** to the hydrological data of Bayuquan in summer 2021,combined with morphological and developmental observations for this alga,we hypothesized that the disturbance caused by the typhoon In-Fa might have detached the local *** from substrates,especially for those thalli with poorly developed holdfasts,and the ensuing wave-free period with unusually high temperature,which fell in the reported optimum growth temperature for ***,might have provided the favorable conditions for the final bloom of the floating *** is the first report on the bloom of subtropical *** in the north temperate sea zone,indicating that the ecological risk of causing green tides in the future by this rapidly spreading species deserves high attention.

To evaluate how the decay of bloom-forming algae affect the coastal dissolved oxygen,a laboratory simulation was conducted in terms of three typical harmful algae,Alexandrium catenella,Prorocentrum donghaiense,and Skeletonema *** of same biomass(55μg/mL)were conducted in lightproof columns,and the cell density,dissolved oxygen(DO),and ammonia nitrogen of different layers were monitored at certain time *** show that the decomposition of algae significantly decreased the DO,and increased the ammonia nitrogen in all layers;and significant deference between different species was *** *** treatment showed the lowest DO(average concentration of 3.4 mg/L)and the highest ammonia nitrogen(average concentration of 0.98 mg/L)at the end of test,followed by ***;and the *** showed relatively high DO and low ammonia nitrogen due to slow decay *** indicate that decomposition of harmful bloom algae,especially dinoflagellate,would cause significantly DO depletion and toxic ammonia nitrogen increase,which will detrimentally affect both pelagic and benthic ecosystem.

DNA analysis is the core of biotechnology applied in petroleum resources and engineering. Traditionally accurate determination of DNA purity and concentration by spectrometer is the first and critical step for downstream molecular biology research. In this study, three different spectrophotometry methods, BPM, NDTT and NPMTTZ were compared for their performance in determining DNA concentration and purity in 32 oil samples, and molecule methods like quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) and high-throughput sequence were also performed to help assess the accuracy of the three methods in determining DNA concentration and purity. For ordinary heavy oil (OHO), extra heavy oil (EHO) and super heavy oil (SHO), the characteristics of high viscosity (η), density (ρ) and resin plus asphaltene content will affect the DNA extraction and UV determination. The DNA concentration was decreased as density increased: OHO (11.46 ± 18.34 ng/μL), EHO (6.68 ± 9.67 ng/μL) and SHO (6.20 ± 7.83 ng/μL), and the DNA purity was on the reverse: OHO (1.31 ± 0.27), EHO (1.54 ± 0.20), and SHO (1.83 ± 0.32). The results suggest that spectrophotometry such as BPM and NPMTTZ are qualitatively favorite methods as the quick non-consumable methods in determining DNA concentration and purity of medium oil and heavy oil.
