In this paper,we concentrate on a reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)-aided mobile edge computing(MEC)system to improve the offload efficiency with moving user equipments(UEs).We aim to minimize the energy consumption of all UEs by jointly optimizing the discrete phase shift of RIS,UEs’transmitting power,computing resources allocation,and the UEs’task offloading strategies for local computing and *** formulated problem is a sequential decision making across multiple coherent time ***,the mobility of UEs brings uncertainties into the decision-making *** cope with this challenging problem,the deep reinforcement learning-based Soft Actor-Critic(SAC)algorithm is first proposed to effectively optimize the discrete phase of RIS and the UEs’task offloading ***,the transmitting power and computing resource allocation can be determined based on the *** results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can be trained more stably and perform approximately 14%lower than the deep deterministic policy gradient benchmark in terms of energy consumption.

Single-molecule magnets(SMMs)are a kind of nanosized magnetic materials that are capable of storing massive bytes of *** coupling the spin centers in a proper manner is a usual approach to promote the working temperature(or blocking temperature)for *** delocalized radicals have been widely employed to accomplish this ***,we show a new manner by using weak but multiple B–H^(δ-)···Dy^(3+)inverse hydrogen bonding(IHB)interactions to control the magnetic couplings in a series of dimeric dysprosiacaborane *** approach leads to a record high T_(B)^(100s)of 10 K among non-radical bridged dimeric SMMs,which is mainly ascribed to strong ferromagnetic coupling(4.38 cm^(-1))and the proper alignment of the magnetic principle axes of the adjacent dysprosium(Ⅲ)*** verifying by theoretical calculations,these results demonstrate that IHB interactions can be used to construct strong axial ferromagnetic coupling and enhancing magnetic blocking temperature for SMMs.

The sloshing in a group of rigid cylindrical tanks with baffles and on soil foundation under horizontal excitation is studied *** solutions for the velocity potential are derived out by the liquid subdomain *** models with mass-spring oscillators are established to replace continuous *** with the least square technique,Chebyshev polynomials are employed to fit horizontal,rocking and horizontal-rocking coupling impedances of soil,respectively.A lumped parameter model for impedance is presented to describe the effects of soil on tank structures.A mechanical model for the soil-foundation-tank-liquid-baffle system with small amount of calculation and high accuracy is proposed using the substructure *** analytical solutions are in comparison with data from reported literature and numerical codes to validate the effectiveness and correctness of the *** dynamic properties and seismic responses of the soil-tank system are given for the baffle number,size and location as well as soil parameter.

Objective:To explore the balance of peripheral blood T helper 17 cells/regulatory T cell(Th17/Treg)ratio and the polarization ratio of M1 and M2 macrophages in lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO).Methods:A rat model of lower extremity ASO was established,and blood samples from patients with lower extremity ASO before and after surgery were *** was used to detect interleukin 6(IL-6),IL-10,and ***-time RCR and Western blot analyses were used to detect Foxp3,IL-6,IL-10,and IL-17 ***,flow cytometry was applied to detect the Th17/Treg ratio and M1/M2 ***:Compared with the control group,the iliac artery wall of ASO rats showed significant hyperplasia,and the concentrations of cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly increased(Py increased(Py decreased(Py decreased compared with the control *** Th17/Treg and M1/M2 ratios in the ASO group were markedly increased(Py(such as percutaneous transluminal angioplasty and arterial stenting),all these changes were significantly improved(Py increased in ASO,and surgery can effectively improve the balance of Th17/Treg,and reduce the ratio of M1/M2,and the expression of inflammatory factors.

This paper introduces the use of point cloud processing for extracting 3D rock structure and the 3DEC-related reconstruction of slope failure, based on a case study of the 2019 Pinglu rockfall. The basic processing procedure involves:(1) computing the point normal for HSV-rendering of point cloud;(2) automatically clustering the discontinuity sets;(3) extracting the set-based point clouds;(4) estimating of set-based mean orientation, spacing, and persistence;(5) identifying the block-forming arrays of discontinuity sets for the assessment of stability. The effectiveness of our rock structure processing has been proved by 3D distinct element back analysis. The results show that Sf M modelling and rock structure computing provides enormous cost, time and safety incentives in standard engineering practice.
