By using isothermal double hit compression tests and applying the 2% offset method, a new model was developed to predict the microstructural evolution of Nb-bearing steels at temperatures above and below the start temperature of strain-induced precipitation （Tp）. The Tp was developed as a function of true strain, initial austenite grain size and the Nb content. The activation energy of static recrystallization （Qrex） was expressed as a function of the content of different alloy elements. It was found that Nb played the most important role in increasing the value of Qrex, The microstructural observations and measurements confirmed the validity of the model developed in the present investigation.

The Excited states of ^(88)Sr have been produced in the reaction ^(16)O(^(82)Se,4p6n)and studied using the in-beam γ spectroscopy *** high-spin level structures have been observed and established up to 8.5 MeV and 7.9 MeV excitation energy,*** on the measurements of the directional correlations ofγ-rays de-exciting oriented states and anisotropic factors ofγ-rays,spin values of the excited states have been assigned up to the highest levels observed.

Luminogenic molecules with aggregation-induced emission(AIE) property are free of aggregationcaused quenching and thus have great potential in the fabrication of efficient non-doped OLEDs. Herein, a series of new carbazole-substituted siloles have been synthesized and characterized. Their crystal and electronic structures, thermal stabilities, electrochemical behaviors, and photophysical properties are thoroughly investigated. These silole derivatives exhibit prominent AIE characteristics with high emission efficiencies in solid films. They can function as light-emitting layers in non-doped OLEDs,affording eminent electroluminescence efficiencies of 17.59 cd/A, 12.55 Im/W and 5.63%, amongst the most efficient non-doped OLEDs based on fluorescent emitters, indicating their promising applications in OLEDs.

通过对河蟹雌性亲体投喂不添加或添加VC、VE的4组实验饲料,并以新鲜河蚌为对照,进行198d饲养试验,以雌蟹性腺系数、产卵力、孵化率以及各组织中SOD活性、MDA含量等指标作为判据,研究了VC、VE对雌蟹生殖性能的影响。结果表明,1(投喂添加0.5mg·(100g)-1VC饲料组)、2(投喂添加0.022mg·(100g)-1VE饲料组)和3(投喂添加0.5mg·(100g)-1VC饲料和0.022mg·(100g)-1VE饲料组)3个组雌蟹的产卵力分别为3620个卵细胞·g-1体重、3540个卵细胞·g-1体重、3710个卵细胞·g-1体重,孵化率分别是83.03%、84.06%、86.27%,均极显著高于4组(投喂未添加维生素饲料组)雌蟹的产卵力(2490个卵细胞·g-1体重)和孵化率(29.28%)(P<0.01),也显著高于5组(饲喂河蚌)雌蟹的产卵力(3010个卵细胞·g-1体重)和孵化率(71.12%)(P<0.05)。雌蟹卵巢中SOD活性,1、2和3组则比4组和5组显著低(P<0.05),分别为56.35Nu·mL-1、53.61Nu·mL-1和39.87Nu·mL-1,相应地,MDA含量分别为6.03nmol·mL-1、5.65nmol·mL-1和5.57nmol·mL-1;4组雌蟹,虽然其卵巢中SOD活性较高,达79.25Nu·mL-1,但因饲料中缺乏抗氧化性的VC、VE,引发卵子脂质过氧化,MDA含量显著增加(P<0.05),为23.18nmol·mL-1,导致卵质低下,从而影响了卵子孵化。综上所述,雌蟹饲料中添加适量的VC

When imaging the nucleus structure of a cell, the out-of-focus fluorescence acts as background and hinders the detection of weak signals. Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy(LSFM) is a wide-field imaging approach which has the best of both background removal and imaging speed. However, the commonly adopted orthogonal excitation/detection scheme is hard to be applied to single-cell imaging due to steric hindrance. For LSFMs capable of high spatiotemporal single-cell imaging, the complex instrument design and operation largely limit their throughput of data collection. Here, we propose an approach for high-throughput background-free fluorescence imaging of single cells facilitated by the Immersion Tilted Light Sheet Microscopy(ImTLSM). ImTLSM is based on a light-sheet projected off the optical axis of a water immersion objective. With the illumination objective and the detection objective placed opposingly, ImTLSM can rapidly patrol and optically section multiple individual cells while maintaining single-molecule detection sensitivity and resolution. Further, the simplicity and robustness of ImTLSM in operation and maintenance enables high-throughput image collection to establish background removal datasets for deep learning. Using a deep learning model to train the mapping from epi-illumination images to ImTLSM illumination images, namely PN-ImTLSM, we demonstrated crossmodality fluorescence imaging, transforming the epi-illumination image to approach the background removal performance obtained with ImTLSM. We demonstrated that PN-ImTLSM can be generalized to large-field homogeneous illumination imaging, thereby further improving the imaging throughput. In addition, compared to commonly used background removal methods, PN-ImTLSM showed much better performance for areas where the background intensity changes sharply in space, facilitating high-density single-molecule localization microscopy. In summary, PN-ImTLSM paves the way for background-free fluorescence imaging

Al-free ZK60 magnesium (Mg) alloy sheet was selected as substrate material of Mg-steel pinless friction stir spot welding (FSSW), avoiding the effect of the Al element in the substrate on the alloying reaction of Mg-iron (Fe) interface. The sound FSSW joint of ZK60 Mg alloy and Q235 steel with a hot-dipped aluminum (Al)-containing zinc (Zn) coating was successfully realized. The detailed microstructural examinations proved that Al5Fe2 phase at the Mg-Fe interface came from the pre-existing Al5Fe2 phase in the coating and acted as the transition layer for promoting the metallurgical bonding of Mg and Fe. The interfaces with well-matched lattice sites among Fe, Al5Fe2 and Mg were formed during FSSW. A low energy interface with good match of lattice sites ((002)Al5Fe2//(110)Fe, [110]Al5Fe2//[113]Fe) between Al5Fe2 and Fe was identified. For the interface between Al5Fe2 and Mg, an orientation relationship of (622)Al5Fe2//(3112)Mgand[158]Al5Fe2//[2423]Mg was observed. The tensile-shear load of the ZK60-steel joint could reach 4.6 kN. Moreover, the joint fracture occurred at the interface between the Al5Fe2 layer and the Mg alloy substrate, suggesting the brittle fracture characteristic.

The CoFe_2alloy（CF） was prepared by reducing CoFe_2O_4 in the H_2 ambient. subsequently the CF sample was nitrided in the NH_3 atmosphere to produce the composite of CoFe_2N and CoFe_2. The magnetostriction, thermal expansion, resistivity and corrosion resistance of CF sample and the nitrided sample（CFN）at 1000？C were investigated. The saturation magnetostriction coefficiency λ_s and thermal expansion coefficient ？ at 300 K for the nitrided CFN were 50 ppm and 10 ppm/K, respectively, approximately equal to those for the CF sample. However, compared with CF, CFN presents a decrease in temperature coefficient R_λ（300 K） of magnetostriction by 11%. The smaller resistivity and improved corrosion resistance in the H_2SO_4 solution may expand the applications of the CoFe_2 in the fields needing lower resistivity or in the acidic environment.
