It is often the case that in the development of a system-on-a-chip(SoC)design,a family of SystemC transaction level models(TLM)is *** in the same family often share common functionalities but differ in their timing,implementation,configuration and performance in various SoC developing *** most cases,all the TLMs in a family must be verified for the follow-up design *** our previous work,we proposed to call such family TLM product line(TPL),and proposed feature-oriented(FO)design methodology for efficient TPL ***,developers can only verify TLM in a family one by one,which causes large portion of duplicated verification ***,in our proposed methodology,functional verification of TPL has become a *** this paper,we proposed a novel TPL verification method for FO *** our method,for the given property,we can exponentially reduce the number of TLMs to be verified by identifying mutefeature-modules(MFM),which will avoid duplicated *** proposed method is presented in informal and formal way,and the correctness of it is *** theoretical analysis and experimental results on a real design show the correctness and efficiency of the proposed method.

Based on an analysis of the present geo-temperature field and the thermal conductivity (K) of 62 samples from the central-south area of the Huaibei coalfield in eastern China, we calculated the heat flow and plotted its distribution map. The results show that the average heat flow in the research area is about 60 mW/m2. It is different from other major energy basins in the North China Plate, but has close relationship with the regional geology and the deep geological setting. The heat flow is comparatively higher in the southeastern, central, and northwestern areas than in the northeastern and southwestern areas. The geo-temperature distribution map of the bottom interface of the Permian coal measure was drawn by calculating its embedding depth and geo-temperature gradients. Finally, the present gas generation condition of the Permian coal measure is discussed by associating with the temperature condition, the vitrinite reflectance (Ro), the metamorphism of coal and tectonic-burial evolution. The study indicates all present characters of the Permian coal measure, such as lower present temperature, higher Ro value, middle-high rank coals, and uplift and extension events after the coal measure sediment, are favorable for the generation of secondary biogenic gas, but not thermogenic gas or primary biogenic gas.

In this paper,a simplified lattice Boltzmann method(SLBM)without evolution of the distribution function is developed for simulating incompressible viscous *** method is developed from the application of fractional step technique to the macroscopic Navier-Stokes(N-S)equations recovered from lattice Boltzmann equation by using Chapman-Enskog expansion *** SLBM,the equilibrium distribution function is calculated from the macroscopic variables,while the non-equilibrium distribution function is simply evaluated from the difference of two equilibrium distribution ***,SLBM tracks the evolution of the macroscopic variables rather than the distribution *** a result,lower virtual memories are required and physical boundary conditions could be directly *** numerical test at high Reynolds number,the method shows very nice performance in numerical *** accuracy test for the 2D Taylor-Green flow shows that SLBM has the second-order of accuracy in *** benchmark tests,including the Couette flow,the Poiseuille flow as well as the 2D lid-driven cavity flow,are conducted to further validate the present method;and the simulation results are in good agreement with available data in literatures.

In this work, an online calibration mechanism is proposed for the combustion phase in a diesel engine. In particular, a simplified event-based engine model, of which the output predicts the optimum combustion phase, is used to aid the calibration, and the model is updated online along with the engine operation to keep the integrity high so as to improve the quality of optimum combustion phase prediction. Both surface and internal microstructures of a second-generation Ni-based single crystal(SX) superalloy were studied after creep and rejuvenation heat treatment(RHT).It is indicated that the microstructures,such as the dislocation network,the γ phase and the γ' phase,can be recovered to those after the standard heat treatment(SHT).It is found that RHT affected zone(RAZ) formed at the surface is composed of theγ'-free layer,the transition layer and the recrystallization(RX),which are less than 20 μm in depth *** depth of the RAZ doesn't affect the properties of the *** morphology of γ' phase at the RAZ is related to the composition of the *** average creep life after RHT is close to the average life after *** is concluded that RHT could effectively repair SX parts and increase the total life of the sample after a damage by creep.

Improved Soft Abrasive Flow Finishing Method Based on Turbulent Kinetic Energy Enhancing

Soft abrasive flow（SAF） finishing can process the irregular geometric surfaces, but with the matter of low processing efficiency. To address the issue, an improved SAF finishing method based on turbulent kinetic energy enhancing is proposed. A constrained flow passage with serration cross-section is constructed to increase the turbulence intensity. Taking the constrained flow passage as the objective, a two-phase fluid dynamic model is set up by using particle trajectory model and standard k-ε turbulence model, and the flow field characteristics of the flow passage are acquired. The numerical results show that the serration flow passage can enhance the turbulence intensity, uniform the particles distribution, and increase the particle concentration near the bottom wall. The observation results by particle image velocimetry（PIV） show that the internal vortex structures are formed in flow passage, and the abrasive flow takes on turbulence concentrating phenomenon in near-wall region. The finishing experiments prove that the proposed method can obtain better surface uniformity, and the processing efficiency can be improved more 35%. This research provides an abrasive flow modeling method to reveal the particle motion regulars, and canoffer references to the technical optimization of fluid-based precision processing.
