In this work, a three-layer TiO2 composite film consisting of flower-like TiO2 （Flo-TiO2） as overlayer, TiOa nanotube arrays as interlayer and TiO2 nanoparticle （P25） as underlayer was fabricated as the photoelectrode of dyesensitized solar cells （DSSCs）. Due to the introduction of Flo-TiO2, the three-layer composite film has strong lightscattering ability. Then, we have investigated and compared the photoelectric conversion properties of DSSCs based on three-layer structure （P25/TNT arrays/Flo-TiO2） photoelectrode and double-layer film （P25/TNT arrays） photoelectrode. It is found that DSSCs based on three-layer structure exhibit a high power conversion efficiency of 6.48% compared with the DSSCs composed of double-layer film （5.11%）.

Nutritional characteristics determine tree stock quality to a considerable extent. Exponential fertilization can induce nutrient reserves within juvenile trees, but its validity on poplar is contingent on interaction with a scientific irrigation regime due to limited water resources under global warming. In the present study, we raised 3200 Populus 9 euramericana cv. ＇74/76＇ cuttings under four irrigation regimes of 0（I0）, 60 %（I60）, 80 %（I80）, and100 %（I100） of field capacity for soil moisture content with or without（control） the employment of nitrogen（N） addition delivered as exponential fertilization at the rate of 8 g N cutting^（-1）（E8） in an open-air nursery in Beijing, China. Both height and diameter increased with the increment of soil moisture ratio or in response to exponential fertilization（EF） without any interactive effects. In general, concentrations of N, phosphorus（P）,and potassium（K） declined with time in stem but foliar N concentration did not change. Under the I100 regime, EF increased foliar N concentration relative to the control but failed to affect N concentration in stem in September, when both N concentration and N content were increased by EF under the I80 regime. Stem-K content and concentration by EF under the I80 regime also increased in September,therefore EF-treated cuttings had a higher ratio of K content in stem to that in whole plant（%ANAR）. Vector diagnosis for nutritional status indicated that EF resulted in dilution of K concentration but induced a steady-state P uptake in leaves under all irrigation regimes. Therefore, EF of N addition could promote N uptake to leaves of P. 9 euramericana cv. ＇74/76＇ cuttings, but it had a null effect on N and P reserves in stem and impaired K *** conclusion, the irrigation regime of 80 % field capacity of soil moisture content was suggested for the culture of juvenile P. 9 euramericana cv. ＇74/76＇ cuttings. Two-sided assembly line is usually used for the assembly of large products such as cars,buses,and *** the development of technical progress,the assembly line needs to be reconfigured and the cycle time of the line should be optimized to satisfy the new assembly ***-sided assembly line balancing with the objective of minimizing the cycle time is called *** paper proposes an improved artificial bee colony(IABC)algorithm with the MaxTF heuristic *** the heuristic initialization process,the MaxTF rule defines a new task's priority *** the basis of priority weight,the assignment of tasks is reasonable and the quality of an initial solution is *** the IABC algorithm,two neighborhood strategies are embedded to balance the exploitation and exploration abilities of the *** employed bees and onlooker bees produce neighboring solutions in different promising regions to accelerate the convergence ***,a well-designed random strategy of scout bees is developed to escape local *** experimental results demonstrate that the proposed MaxTF rule performs better than other heuristic rules,as it can find the best solution for all the 10 test cases.A comparison of the IABC algorithm and other algorithms proves the effectiveness of the proposed IABC *** results also denote that the IABC algorithm is efficient and stable in minimizing the cycle time for the TALBP-2,and it can find 20 new best solutions among 25 large-sized problem cases.

The high-intensity heavy-ion accelerator facility(HIAF)is a scientific research facility complex composed of multiple cas-cade accelerators of different types,which pose a scheduling problem for devices distributed over a certain range of 2 km,involving over a hundred *** white rabbit,a technology-enhancing Gigabit Ethernet,has shown the capability of scheduling distributed timing devices but still faces the challenge of obtaining real-time synchronization calibration param-eters with high *** study presents a calibration system based on a time-to-digital converter implemented on an ARM-based System-on-Chip(SoC).The system consists of four multi-sample delay lines,a bubble-proof encoder,an edge controller for managing data from different channels,and a highly effective calibration module that benefits from the SoC *** performance was evaluated with an average RMS precision of 5.51 ps by measuring the time intervals from 0 to 24,000 ps with 120,000 data for every *** design presented in this study refines the calibration precision of the HIAF timing *** eliminates the errors caused by manual calibration without efficiency loss and provides data support for fault *** can also be easily tailored or ported to other devices for specific applications and provides more space for developing timing systems for particle accelerators,such as white rabbits on HIAF.

Gut microbial profiles and the role in lipid metabolism in Shaziling pigs

Shaziling pig,a Chinese indigenous breed,has been classified as a fatty pig ***,the gut microbial development and role in lipid metabolism in Shaziling pigs has been rarely ***,we compared the lipid metabolic and microbial profiles at 30,60,90,150,210,and 300 d of age between Shaziling and yorkshire ***,there were marked differences in the liver lipids(i.e.,cholesterol,glucose,and low-density lipoprotein)and the lipid related expressions(i.e.,SREBP1/2,LXRa/b,DGAT1/2,and FABP1-3)between Shaziling and yorkshire *** sequencing in the ileal digesta and mucosa showed that Shaziling pigs had a higher a-diversity and higher abundances of probiotics,such as Lactobacillus johnsonii,Lactobacillus amylovorus,and Clostridium ***-five differentiated metabolites were further identified in the mucosa between Shaziling and yorkshire pigs,which were enriched in the carbohydrate,protein,glucose and amino acid metabolism and bile acid ***,7 differentiated microbial species were markedly correlated with metabolites,indicating the role of gut microbiota in the host ***,the role of differentiated *** in lipid metabolism was validated in Duroc×Landrace×yorkshire(DLy)pigs and the results showed that *** mono-colonization promoted lipid deposition and metabolism by altering gut microbiota(i.e.,Megasphaera elsdenii and ***)and DGAT1/DGAT2/CD36-PPARg gene *** conclusion,Shaziling pigs exhibited different metabolic and microbial profiles compared with yorkshire pigs,which might have contributed to the diverse metabolic phenotypes,and the significant enrichment of *** in Shaziling pigs promoted lipid metabolism and obesity of DLy pigs,which provided a novel idea to improve the fat content of lean pigs.

The present work shows drug-carrier interactions, release behaviors and cell responses of hydroxyapatite （HA） containing salvianolic acid B （Sal B）, astragalus polysaecharide （APS）, and naringin. X-ray diffraction （XRD） showed that the crystallinity and crystal size of HA decreased significantly when Sal B was added （p〈0.05）. Transmission electron microscope （TEM） confirmed that the nano-acicular crystals of HA containing Sal B were the most fine among all specimens. It was conjectured that Sal B preferentially adsorbed on the positively charged surface of HA crystals to inhibit their growth. In vitro release of HA containing Chinese medicines followed the first-order equation. The drug-carrier affinity between HA and Sal B might have prolonged the release of Sal B. The proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts were promoted by Chinese medicines containing HA in the time and dosage dependent manner. The osteoblasts displayed a polygonal morphology with cell-cell junctions in all cases. It is suggested that the contained Chinese medicines would promote the activities of the osteoblasts.
