Load distribution strategy for multi-lift system with helicopters based on power consumption and robust adaptive game control

It is of great significance to reasonably distribute the slung load to each helicopter while considering difference in power consumption,relative position and interaction ***,the load distribution strategy based on power consumption and robust adaptive game control is proposed in this *** study is on a"2-lead"multi-lift system of four tandem heli-copters carrying a load ***,based on the hierarchical control,the load distribution problem is divided into two parts:the calculation of expected cable force and the calculation of the anti-disturbance cable ***,aimed at minimizing the maximum equivalent power of heli-copter,an optimization problem is set up to calculate the expected cable ***,the agent power model is trained by BP neural network,the safe distance constraint between helicopters is set to 2.5 rotor diameters to reduce aerodynamic interference,and the helicopters with different perfor-mance can be considered by introducing the equivalent power factor into the objective ***,considering the difference and interaction between helicopters,the robust adaptive differen-tial game control is proposed to calculate the anti-disturbance cable ***,to solve the coupled Hamiltonian equations,an adaptive solving method for value function is proposed,and its stability is proved in the sense of *** simulation results indicate that the proposed load distribution method based on power consumption is applicable to the entire flight trajectory even there are differences between *** game control can consider interaction between heli-copters,can deal with different objective functions,and has strong robustness and small steady-state *** on the entire strategy,the cable force can be reasonably allocated so as to resist disturbance and improve the flight performance of the whole system.

This paper investigates a multiplayer reach-avoid differential game in 3-dimensional(3D)space,which involves multiple pursuers,multiple evaders,and a designated target *** evaders aim to reach the target region,while the pursuers attempt to guard the target region by capturing the *** class of research holds significant practical ***,the complexity of the problem escalates substantially with the growing number of players,rendering its solution extremely *** this paper,the multiplayer game is divided into many subgames considering the cooperation among pursuers,reducing the computational burden,and obtaining numerically tractable strategies for ***,the Apollonius sphere,a fundamental geometric tool for analyzing the 3D differential game,is formulated,and its properties are *** on this,the optimal interception point for the pursuer to capture the evader is derived and the winning conditions for the pursuer and evader are ***,based on the Apollonius sphere,the optimal state feedback strategies of players are designed,and simultaneously,the optimal one-to-one pairings are ***,the Value function of the multiplayer reach-avoid differential game is explicitly given and is proved to satisfy Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs(HJI)***,the matching algorithm for the case with pursuers outnumbered evaders is provided through constructing a weighted bipartite graph,and the cooperative tactics for multiple pursuers are proposed,inspired by the Harris'Hawks intelligent cooperative hunting ***,numerical simulations are conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the theoretical results for both cases where the number of adversary players is equal and unequal between the 2 groups.

Multivariate Time Series(MTS)forecasting is an essential problem in many *** forecasting results can effectively help in making *** date,many MTS forecasting methods have been proposed and widely ***,these methods assume that the predicted value of a single variable is affected by all other variables,ignoring the causal relationship among *** address the above issue,we propose a novel end-to-end deep learning model,termed graph neural network with neural Granger causality,namely CauGNN,in this *** characterize the causal information among variables,we introduce the neural Granger causality graph in our *** variable is regarded as a graph node,and each edge represents the casual relationship between *** addition,convolutional neural network filters with different perception scales are used for time series feature extraction,to generate the feature of each ***,the graph neural network is adopted to tackle the forecasting problem of the graph structure generated by the *** benchmark datasets from the real world are used to evaluate the proposed CauGNN,and comprehensive experiments show that the proposed method achieves state-of-the-art results in the MTS forecasting task.

The hybrid Janus nanomaterials have captured considerable attention since the asymmetric structure can combine the properties of each component and display synergistic ***,the precise design of the specific hybrid Janus nanostructures still remains a formidable ***,we for the first time report the fabrication of novel and highly uniform inorganic/organic hybrid Janus nanotubes via disassembling the mesoporous inorganic nanoparticles(NPs)/polystyrene-block-poly(4-vinylpyridine)(PS-b-P4VP)hybrid sheets,which are generated through the in situ reduction of functional metal precursors on the prepared PS-b-P4VP mesoporous *** importantly,the internal pore size of the hybrid Janus nanotubes can be precisely tuned by readily controlling the swelling time of the PS-b-P4VP sheet-like assemblies in a selective solvent for P4VP domains,thus generating the particular inorganic/organic hybrid Janus nanotubes with adjustable inner diameter *** believe that our finding will provide an efficient and universal route to fabricate the particular inorganic/organic hybrid nanotubes for hierarchical functional devices and nanomaterials.

Federated learning has been widely employed in many applications to protect the data privacy of participating *** the dataset is decentralized among training devices in federated learning,the model parameters are usually stored in a centralized *** federated learning is easy to implement;however,a centralized scheme causes a communication bottleneck at the central server,which may significantly slow down the training *** improve training efficiency,we investigate the decentralized federated learning *** decentralized scheme has become feasible with the rapid development of device-to-device communication techniques under ***,the convergence rate of learning models in the decentralized scheme depends on the network topology *** propose optimizing the topology design to improve training efficiency for decentralized federated learning,which is a non-trivial problem,especially when considering data *** this paper,we first demonstrate the advantage of hypercube topology and present a hypercube graph construction method to reduce data heterogeneity by carefully selecting neighbors of each training device—a process that resembles classic graph *** addition,we propose a heuristic method for generating torus ***,we have explored the communication patterns in hypercube topology and propose a sequential synchronization scheme to reduce communication cost during training.A batch synchronization scheme is presented to fine-tune the communication pattern for hypercube *** on real-world datasets show that our proposed graph construction methods can accelerate the training process,and our sequential synchronization scheme can significantly reduce the overall communication traffic during training.

AIM:To investigate the effect of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1)expression on immune liver fibrosis induced by cobalt protoporphyrin(CoPP)in rats. METHODS:An immune liver fibrosis model of rat was established by administering human serum albumin (HSA).The rats were divided into CoPP,liver fibrosis and normal control *** in the CoPP group received intraperitoneal CoPP concurrently with HSA. Expression of HO-1 protein was observed by Western blotting and *** and eosin(HE)staining was performed to assess fibrosis proliferation and distribution,proliferation extent of fibroblasts,and alterations in hepatocytes and inflammatory ***ⅠandⅢcollagens were detected with Van Gieson’s(VG)staining and Foot’s reticular fiber staining,*** addition, spindle-shaped cells existing at perisinusoidal locations beyond portal and septa areas were investigated with HE staining. RESULTS:Western blotting and immunohistochemistry showed that the expression of HO-1 protein was higher in the CoPP group than in the liver fibrosis group(Py(Pyond the portal and septa areas were reduced in the CoPP *** a few inflammatory cells were seen around the portal areas and central veins in the CoPP group. CONCLUSION:Increased endogenous HO-1 may suppress liver fibrosis by protecting liver cells, inhibiting inflammatory cell infiltration and hepatic stellate cell transformation.

This paper delineates the images of Jiangxi Province as tourist destination perceived by about 2000 sample visitors at Lushan Mountain and other 3 famous resorts (Jinggangshan Mountains, Longhushan Mountain, and Sanqingshan Mountain), with a result that the most common image is the famous scenic mountain image with partial attribute of image of religious culture destination. In order to reveal the similarities and dissimilarities of images among the four destinations, a correspondence analysis on 16 image attributes was employed. The results indicate that the tourists’ images on Longhushan Mountain, Sanqingshan Mountain and Lushan Mountain are very similar: having a lot of good tourist sites, famous mountain scenery, being close to nature and having good guide service, and others, but religious culture and good shopping facilities having not made deep impression on tourist, while Jinggangshan Mountains is famous for its red culture. The correspondence analysis visualizes the strengths and weaknesses of the destinations, which is useful for market positioning among the competitive places. Finally, some marketing suggestions for the four destinations were provided.
