BACKGROUND Patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer(mCRC)have a low incidence rate,poor biological activity,suboptimal response to conventional treatments,and a poor *** the previous cohort study on mCRC conducted by our team,it was observed that integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment could significantly prolong the overall survival(OS)of patients with colorectal ***,we further explored the survival benefits in the population with BRAF V600E mutant *** to evaluate the efficacy of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal *** A cohort study was conducted on patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer admitted to Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2016 to December *** patients were divided into two *** A total of 34 cases were included,with 23 in Chinese-Western medicine cohort(cohort A)and 11 in Western medicine cohort(cohort B).the median overall survival was 19.9 months in cohort A and 14.2 months in cohort B,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.038,hazard ratio=0.46).the 1-3-year survival rates were 95.65%(22/23),39.13%(9/23),and 26.09%(6/23)in cohort A,and 63.64%(7/11),18.18%(2/11),and 9.09%(1/11)in cohort B,*** analysis showed statistically significant differences in median OS between the two cohorts in the right colon,liver metastasis,chemotherapy,and first-line treatment subgroups(Ptegrated Chinese and Western medicine can prolong the survival and reduce the risk of death in patients with BRAF V600E mutant metastatic colorectal cancer,with more pronounced benefits observed in patients with right colon involvement,liver metastasis,combined chemotherapy,and first-line treatment.

We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity of e^(+)e^(-)collision data collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of Ecm=3.773 *** integrated luminosities of the datasets taken from December 2021 to June 2022,from November 2022 to June 2023,and from October 2023 to February 2024 were determined to be 4.995±0.019 fb^(-1),8.157±0.031 fb^(-1),and 4.191±0.016 fb^(-1),respectively,by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering *** uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects,and the statistical uncertainties are *** results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements.

Hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） is a highly aggressive liver malignancy and the main form of liver cancer. Early diagnosis and treatment of HCC can effectively reduce mortality. Carboxylesterase （CE）-specific detection and imaging can be used for early diagnosis and image-guided surgical of HCC. However, traditional optical probes suffer from poor selectivity and low imaging signal-to-noise ratio. Here, we have constructed a series of chemiluminescent probes for carboxylesterase detection based on the strategy of enzymatic pocket-oriented steric tailoring techniques. the probes with different unique and excellent properties have been obtained through the structure-based steric hindrance adjustment on the recognition site. Here, CE-2 has been successfully used for high-throughput screening of rapid carboxylesterase inhibitors due to its extremely low detection limit (2.5×10-4U mL-1) and fast recognition ability. CE-3 has been successfully used for image-guided surgery of orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma due to its ultra-long chemiluminescence imaging （over 12 h） of hepatocellular carcinoma. this study may promote advances in the rapid detection and screening of inhibitory drugs for CE and the field of surgical navigation in HCC.

Ab initio UHF/6-31G** method has been employed to study the mechanism of the thermal isomerization from 1,2-butadiene to 1,3-butadiene. the energies were corrected at MP2//6-31G**+ZPE(zero-point energy) level. the results indicate that it is a stepwise reaction via a radical intermediate. the calculated activation barriers are 65.01 and 64.16 kcal./mol., respectively.

traditional cellular networks require the downlink (DL) and uplink (UL) of mobile users (MUs) to be associated with a single base station (BS). However, the power gap between BSs and MUs in different transmission environments results in the BS with the strongest downlink differing from the BS with the strongest uplink. In addition, the significant increase in the number of wireless machine type communication (MtC) devices accessing cellular networks has created a DL/UL traffic imbalance with higher traffic volume on the uplink. In this paper,a joint user association and resource partition framework for downlink-uplink decoupling (DUDe) is developed for a tiered heterogeneous cellular network (HCN). Different from the traditional association rules such as maximal received power and range extension, a coalition game based scheme is proposed for the optimal user association with DUDe. the stability and convergence of this scheme are proven and shown to converge to a Nash equilibrium at a geometric rate. Moreover, the DL and UL optimal bandwidth partition for BSs is derived based on user association considering fairness. Extensive simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed scheme,which enhances the sum rate compared with other user association strategies.

Industrialization has led to significant increases in the types and quantities of pollutants, with environmental pollutants widely present in various media, including the air, food, and everyday items. these pollutants can enter the human body via multiple pathways, including ingestion through food and absorption through the skin; this intrusion can disrupt the production, release, and circulation of hormones in the body, resulting in a range of illnesses that affect the reproductive, endocrine, and nervous systems. Consequently, these pollutants pose substantial risks to human health. In particular, fetuses are highly sensitive to environmental pollutants during critical stages of development, and exposure during periods of growth and development can result in more-obvious and severe health hazards that can lead to preterm birth, low birth weight, and fetal malformations. the placenta acts as a barrier between the mother and fetus, and selectively filters certain pollutants. While some pollutants remain in the maternal bloodstream, others cross the placental barrier into the fetal umbilical blood through passive diffusion, placental transport proteins, or endocytosis. the transplacental transfer efficiency (ttE) is the ratio of the level of the pollutant in the umbilical blood to that in the maternal blood, and is a valuable metric for evaluating the ability of a pollutant to breach the placental barrier. A higher ttE implies that a larger proportion of pollutants are transferred from the mother to the fetus, thereby amplifying the potential risks to the fetus. Mass spectrometry-based detection methods are extensively used in the chemical and environmental sciences because they are exceptionally sensitive and highly resolving. this analytical technique involves ionizing compounds within a sample and identifying them based on their distinct mass-to-charge ratios; it enables both qualitative and quantitative analyses of various environmental pollutants. Rare earth metal-organic frameworks (RE-MOFs) have drawn wide attention owing to diverse network structures and various application ***,due to the unpredictable formation of the nodes,it is still challenging to design novel RE-MOFs.A novel versatile strategy was developed employing a RE-acetate complex (RE2(CH3COO)6·4H2O) as a precursor to construct RE-MOFs.2D RE-MOFs (RE-DBP) and 3D RE-MOFs (RE-tCPP) could be obtained by using dicarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2DBP and tetracarboxylic porphyrin ligands H2tCPP,*** RE-MOFs were further synthesized to verify the universality of the *** crystalline RE-MOFs could also be prepared at room temperature via the developed strategy,which could significantly promote large-scale preparation and practical application of *** proof of the concept,the performance of porphyrin-based RE-MOFs was investigated in the photocatalytic cycloaddition of CO2with *** the RE-DBP(Co) MOFs,tb-DBP(Co) exhibited the best photocatalytic performance,which was also greater than that of the corresponding 3D MOF tb-tCPP(Co) due to the optimal 2D structure and thus the accelerated photogenerated charge separation and transfer *** work not only provides a novel versatile strategy to design and develop RE-MOFs,but also proposes a promising approach for the potential bulk production of RE-MOFs at room temperature.
