Background: Hy.oxia is a significant risk factor of hy.ertension. However, no studies have used transcutaneous tissue partial pressure of oxy.en (TcPO2) and partial pressure of carbon dioxide (TcPCO2) monitors to measure the respective partial pressures in healthy.individuals. Oxy.en saturation (SpO2) is often used for traditional monitoring of vital signs. This study.investigated the changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 values during rapid changes in altitude. The trial was registered at *** (registration no. NCT06076057). Methods: Healthy.adult volunteers were instructed to sit vertically.in a hy.obaric oxy.en chamber, which ascended from 0 m to 2500 m at a uniform speed within 10 min. The Danish Radiometer TCM4 was used to measure TcPO2 and TcPCO2 with the ventral side of the upper arm as the measurement site. The Shenzhen Kerokan P0D-1 W pulse oximeter was used to measure heart rate and SpO2, with values recorded once every.500 m. Results: Altogether, 49 healthy.volunteers were recruited between March 2023 and August 2023. With increasing altitude, TcPO2 and SpO2 decreased significantly.(P y.at 500 m (P y.at 1000 m (P y.significant changes in TcPO2 and SpO2 (P 500 m, statistical significance was identified between TcPO2 in both sexes (P y.changing low-pressure hy.oxic environments, TcPO2 changed more dramatically.than SpO2 © Wolters Kluwer Health, Inc. The triggering mechanism for radio lobes from late-ty.e galaxies is not fully.*** samples are desired for a thorough investigation and *** utilizing the optical data from the newly.released Dark Energy.Spectroscopic Instrument imaging survey. and the radio sources from the NRAO VLA Sky.Survey.and the Faint Images of the Radio Sky.at Twenty.centimeter,we identify.four Late-ty.e Galaxies with double Radio Lobes(La GRLs):J0217-3645,J0947+6220,J1412+3723 and J1736+*** previously.known La GRLs,we confirm the correlation between radio power P_(1.4GHz)and stellar mass M_(*)of host ***(25/35)La GRLs belong to the blue cloud galaxies,while the newly.identified cases in this work are located within the region of the red *** find a clear correlation between the differential radio power,i.e.,the offset from the P_(1.4GHz)-M_(*)relation,and the galaxy.color,indicating that bluer galaxies at a fixed M_(*)tend to host more powerful radio ***,the majority.31/36)of La GRLs are either located in a galaxy.group or display.ng a disturbed *** suggest that all of the galaxy.mass,color and surrounding environment could play.important roles in triggering radio lobes in late-ty.e galaxies.

The wear profile analy.is,obtained by.different tribometers,is essential to characterise the wear ***,most of the available methods did not take the stress distribution over the wear profile in consideration,which causes inaccurate *** this study.the wear profile of poly.er–metal contact,obtained by.block-on-ring configuration under dry.sliding conditions,was analy.ed using finite element modelling(FEM)and experimental ***’s wear equation was integrated into a developed FORTRAN-UMESHMOTION code linked with Abaqus software.A vary.ng wear coefficient(k)values covering both running-in and steady.state regions,and a range of applied loads involving both mild and severe wear regions were measured and implemented in the *** FEM was in good agreement with the *** model reproduced the stress distribution profiles under variable testing conditions,while their values were affected by.the sliding direction and maximum wear depth(hmax).The largest area of the wear profile,exposed to the average contact stresses,is defined as the normal *** the critical zones were characterized by.high stress concentrations reaching up to 10 times of that at the normal *** wear profile was mapped to identify.the critical zone where the stress concentration is the key.point in this *** surface features were examined in different regions using scanning electron microscope(SEM).Ultimately.SEM analy.is showed severer damage features in the critical zone than that in the normal zone as proven by.***,the literature data presented and considered the wear features the same at any.point of the wear *** this study.the normal zone was determined at a stress value of about 0.5 MPa,whereas the critical zone was at about 5.5 *** wear behaviour of these two zones showed totally.different features from one another.

Objective: Xeroderma pigmentosum (XP) is a rare autosomal recessive dermatosis caused by.genetic defects of DNA repair. This study.was performed to detect and analy.e the genes of 2 Uy.ur patients with XP and their families and assess the patients' phenoty.es, which may.enrich the understanding of the genetic skin disorder spectrum in Xinjiang area. Methods: We collected the clinical data from 2 patients with XP and peripheral blood samples from the patients and their family.members. The patients' DNA was sequenced and detected by.Sanger sequencing, and gene mutations were screened. Results: The proband in family.1 presented with brown maculae at the exposure site and squamous cell carcinoma secondary.to a facial rash. The proband had a homozy.ous nucleotide variation of XPC c.2251-2A> G (A change from A to G in the penultimate position of the intron before the 2251 position in the coding region), which was a shear mutation. In this family. both parents were heterozy.ous, and no similar mutation detected in the sister. In family.2, the proband had scattered black brown spots and papules on the trunk and limbs. and his y.unger sister was also a patient. The proband and his y.unger sister had homonucleotide variation of XPA c.631C> T, which was nonsense mutation, resulting in the codon for Arg No.211 being changed into termination codon (***211X), thus terminating the peptide chain sy.thesis prematurely. All the normal individuals in the two families were heterozy.otes, and homozy.ous mutations occurred in all the patients, which was consistent with the autosomal recessive inheritance. Conclusion: XP is rare in Uy.ur population. For the first time,the MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4)(ratio 4:1)destabilized sy.tem with CoTiO_(3) addition has been *** CoTiO_(3)-doped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) sample begins to dehy.rogenate at 130℃,which is declined by.40℃ compared to the undoped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4).Moreover,the de/rehy.rogenation kinetics characteristics of the CoTiO_(3)-doped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) were greatly.*** the inclusion of CoTiO_(3),the MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) composite absorbed 5.2 wt.%H_(2),higher than undoped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4).In the context of dehy.rogenation,the CoTiO_(3)-doped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) sample desorbed 2.6 wt.%H_(2),almost doubled compared to the amount of hy.rogen desorbed from the undoped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) *** activation energy.obtained by.the Kissinger analy.is for MgH_(2) decomposition was significantly.lower by.35.9 kJ/mol than the undoped MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) *** reaction mechanism demonstrated that new phases of MgCo and AlTi_(3) were generated in situ during the heating process and are likely.to play.a substantial cataly.ic function and be useful in ameliorating the de/rehy.rogenation properties of the destabilized MgH_(2)–NaAlH_(4) sy.tem with the inclusion of CoTiO_(3).
