Multi-constrained quality.of service(QoS)routing aims at finding an optimal path that satisfies a set of QoS parameters,as an NP complete problem,which is also a big challenge for wireless mesh networks(WMNs).Heuristic algorithms with poly.omial and pseudo-poly.omial-time complexities are often used to deal with this ***,existing solutions,most of which suffered either from excessive computational complexities or from low performance,were proposed only.for wired networks and cannot be used directly.in wireless mesh *** this paper,we propose a novel routing scheme based on mean field annealing(MFA-RS)to solve this ***-RS first uses a function of two QoS parameters,wireless link’s delay.and transmission success rate as the cost function,and then seeks to find a feasible path by.*** MFA-RS uses a set of deterministic equations to replace the stochastic process in simulated annealing(SA)and uses saddle point approximation in the calculation of the stationary.probability.distribution at equilibrium,the convergence time is much less than the routing scheme based on SA(SA-RS).Simulation results demonstrate that MFA-RS is an effective algorithm and is very.fit for WMNs.

Alternative splicing is a critical process to generate protein ***,whether and how alternative splicing regulates autophagy.remains largely.*** we sy.tematically.identify.the splicing factor SRSF1 as an autophagy.***,SRSF1 inhibits autophagosome formation by.reducing the accumulation of LC3-ⅡI and numbers of autophagosomes in different cell ***,SRSF1 promotes the splicing of the long isoform of Bcl-x that interacts with Beclinl,thereby.dissociating the Beclin1-PIK3C3 *** addition,SRSF1 also directly.interacts with PIK3C3 to disrupt the interaction between Beclinl and ***,the decrease of SRSF1 stabilizes the Beclinl and PIK3C3 complex and activates ***,SRSF1 can be degraded by.starvation-and oxidative stresses-induced autophagy.through interacting with LC3-Ⅱ,whereas reduced SRSF1 further promotes *** positive feedback is critical to inhibiting Gefitinib-resistant cancer cell progression both in vitro and in ***,the expression level of SRSF1 is inversely.correlated to LC3 level in clinical cancer *** study.not only.provides mechanistic insights of alternative splicing in autophagy.regulation but also discovers a new regulatory.role of SRSF1 in tumorigenesis,thereby.offering a novel avenue for potential cancer therapeutics.

For earthquake disaster mitigation,we use historical records and more complete intensity.investigation data from 1500 to 2015 to analy.e and estimate the seismic intensity.and frequency.of the earthquake-prone areas in y.nnan. We digitized intensity.observations and divided the y.nnan region into cell size of 0. 2°× 0. 2° to calculate the seismic intensity.frequency.relationship for each cell. Combined with a repeated cy.le of intensity.of one hundred y.ars and population economics data in y.nnan,we analy.e future areas of concern. The results can provide a reference for earthquake hazardous area *** method is based on historical earthquake data,reducing as much as possible the various hy.otheses for the assessment,and thus can concisely.reflect the different intensity.requency.distributions of the region.

目的探讨青少年抑郁症患者情感症状转归与认知功能及脑氧合血红蛋白水平的关系。方法前瞻性收集2020年12月至2021年12月就诊于山西医科大学第一医院的46例青少年抑郁症患者(患者组)的病例资料,其中男8例,女38例,年龄12~18(15.7±2.3)岁。所有患者接受为期8周的舍曲林治疗,根据情感症状转归情况将患者组进一步分为应答组(n=24)与无应答组(n=22)。同期招募社区的51名青少年健康志愿者作为对照组,其中男7名,女44名,年龄12~18(16.1±1.5)岁。利用可重复性神经心理状态评估(the Repeatable Battery.for the Assessment of Neuropsy.hological Status,RBANS)测定不同维度的认知功能,基于言语流畅任务下的功能性近红外光谱成像技术检测认知活动相关的额颞区氧合血红蛋白(oxy.emoglobin,HBO)浓度水平。比较各患者亚组与对照组、应答组与无应答组的认知功能及HBO水平差异,分析各患者组干预前后的认知功能及HBO水平变化。结果基线时,相比对照组,患者组的RBANS测验总分、即刻记忆、言语功能、注意力、延时记忆维度分数明显降低[M(Q1,Q3)][分别为88.0(82.8,100.0)分比100.0(90.0,110.0)分、78.0(73.0,87.8)分比85.0(78.0,94.0)分、(84.4±16.1)分比(95.7±15.7)分、106.0(99.5,115.0)分比118.0(109.0,128.0)分、94.0(84.5,99.0)分比97.0(91.0,101.0)分](均P0.05)。结论青少年抑郁症患者的情感症状可能与即刻记忆损伤、注意力损伤和额颞叶区域HBO水平各自独立。

Theresultsshown thatthe presenceof microstressandthermal mismatch stresshad noinflu enceon the measurement of macrostress, but macrostress can affect the measured value of thermal mismatch stress. Theeffectofthicknessofspecimen on thermalresidualstresses was discussed. Macrostresscan be neglected in thin specimen, thermal mismatch stressincreased with quenchingtemperatureincreasing, andobtainedtheir maximum valuesat400 ℃,then decreased . Forthethickspecimen, thecompressive macrostressatthesurfaceincreased with the quenching temperature increasing. The changing tendency.of thermal mismatch stresswith quenchingtemperature wasquite differentcompared withthethinspecimens, which ob tainedtheir minimum valueat400℃.
