Knowledge about the seismic elastic modulus dispersion,and associated attenuation,in fluid-saturated rocks is essential for better interpretation of seismic observations taken as part of hydrocarbon identification and time-lapse seismic surveillance of both conventional and unconventional reservoir and overburden performances.A Seismic Elastic Moduli Module has been developed,based on the forced-oscillations method,to experimentally investigate the frequency dependence of Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio,as well as the inferred attenuation,of cylindrical samples under different confining pressure *** with three standard samples showed that the measured elastic moduli were consistent with the published data,indicating that the new apparatus can operate reliably over a wide frequency range of f∈[1-2000,10^(6)]*** Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of the shale and the tight sandstone samples were measured under axial stress oscillations to assess the frequency-and pressure-dependent *** dry condition,both samples appear to be nearly frequency independent,with weak pressure dependence for the shale and significant pressure dependence for the *** particular,it was found that the tight sandstone with complex pore microstructure exhibited apparent dispersion and attenuation under brine or glycerin saturation conditions,the levels of which were strongly influenced by the increased effective *** addition,the measured Young's moduli results were compared with the theoretical predictions from a scaled poroelastic model with a reasonably good agreement,revealing that the combined fluid flow mechanisms at both mesoscopic and microscopic scales possibly responsible for the measured dispersion.

DEAD-box helicase 17(DDX17)is a typical member of the DEAD-box family with transcriptional cofactor *** DDX17 is abundantly expressed in the myocardium,its role in heart is not fully *** generated cardiomyocyte-specific Ddx17-knockout mice(Ddx17-cKO),cardiomyocyte-specific Ddx17 transgenic mice(Ddx17-Tg),and various models of cardiomyocyte injury and heart failure(HF).DDX17 is downregulated in the myocardium of mouse models of heart failure and cardiomyocyte ***-specific knockout of Ddx17 promotes autophagic flux blockage and cardiomyocyte apoptosis,leading to progressive cardiac dysfunction,maladaptive remodeling and progression to heart *** of DDX17 expression in cardiomyocytes protects cardiac function under pathological *** studies showed that DDX17 can bind to the transcriptional repressor B-cell lymphoma 6(BCL6)and inhibit the expression of dynamin-related protein 1(DRP1).When DDX17 expression is reduced,transcriptional repression of BCL6 is attenuated,leading to increased DRP1 expression and mitochondrial fission,which in turn leads to impaired mitochondrial homeostasis and heart *** also investigated the correlation of DDX17 expression with cardiac function and DRP1 expression in myocardial biopsy samples from patients with heart *** findings suggest that DDX17 protects cardiac function by promoting mitochondrial homeostasis through the BCL6-DRP1 pathway in heart failure.

利用敦煌中国遥感卫星辐射校正场的星地同步观测试验,实现对我国在轨气象、海洋、陆地资源、环境减灾、测绘地震、高分、军事等系列卫星光学成像载荷太阳反射波段的绝对辐射定标,是目前的重要手段之一。然而,中国遥感卫星辐射校正场传统的地表反射率光谱星地同步测量方法是基于汽车跑场观测,不仅耗费较大的人力物力、容易造成场地破坏,而且获取的测量数据缺乏区域代表性。鉴于此,自2016年起,在敦煌星地同步观测试验中以旋翼无人机低空同步测量为主,跑场测量为辅,完成从航线设计、航高选择、仪器参数配置、采样策略、航空数据处理的全链路摸底测试。多次飞行试验表明,采用多旋翼无人机低空飞行来代替汽车跑场同步测量,不仅提高了地表反射特性测量的空间一致性和代表性,还提高了地表反射率光谱的测量效率,也对宝贵的中国遥感卫星辐射校正场敦煌戈壁场区地表进行了有效保护,极大的节约了人力物力成本。通过传统跑场测量和航飞测量的地表反射率光谱数据对比分析,发现多次测量数据的均值一致性较好,并且航飞测量的数据标准差更小。利用TERRA MODIS的同步观测来对无人机测量数据开展辐射定标评估,结果表明航飞数据的相对偏差均在5%以内,可以代替跑场数据完成定标,精度满足要求。随着无人机性能的进一步优化和提高,在不久的将来必将得到更加广泛和深入的应用,在外场定标试验领域也将发挥更大更重要的作用。

缺血性脑卒中(IS)和阿尔茨海默病(AD)具有共同的病理特征,如β-淀粉样蛋白沉积、血管病变、氧化应激和神经炎症等,均会导致认知能力下降。髓样细胞触发受体2(TREM2)作为免疫相关受体,可以通过调节小胶质细胞的表型和功能来协调神经炎症,参与AD和IS的进程。蛇床子素、补脾醒神益智方、AL002、褪黑激素、羟基红花黄色素A等靶向TREM2免疫受体,对AD和IS等神经退行性疾病有疗效。就TREM2在AD和IS中的重要作用和以TREM2为靶点治疗AD和IS的相关药物进行综述,以期为退行性疾病、脑血管疾病等相关治疗药物的研发提供新思路。

目的基于室内场所的空间几何构型、风速、颗粒物浓度和环境温度测量值,阐述空气中颗粒物浓度、悬浮时间等分布规律。方法现场测量医院急诊大厅的空间及其中大型设施的尺寸,测量环境中颗粒物数量浓度、温度、风速,场所空间尺寸用于构建模型,环境检测参数用于确定模型的边界条件和验证模型的正确性。基于格子波尔曼方法(Lattice Boltzmann Method,LBM)计算颗粒物运动,应用对流扩散方程计算空调送风系统出风口处颗粒物浓度的变化,离散相模型(discrete phase model,DPM)用于计算颗粒物在流场的运动情况。结果环境检测表明空调送风系统出口风速与室内颗粒物数量浓度呈负相关,人群聚集的候诊区颗粒物数量浓度高于诊室(P值均<0.05)。通过建立的数学模型进行仿真计算,仿真相对浓度未超过实测相对浓度的x±s范围,候诊人群使局部颗粒物浓度升高,候诊区人员咳嗽呼出气中的颗粒物可以在15 s内传播给周围的人,呼出气中60%的颗粒物悬浮时间可持续几分钟或更长时间。结论改变模型中的空间几何尺寸和环境检测参数可以用于计算不同室内场所中颗粒物的分布情况,仿真结果与实测结果具有可比性,数学计算结果可支持环境呼吸危害防控管理措施的制定。

Background: Carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and diameter, stiffness, and wave reflections, are independent and important clinical biomarkers and risk predictors for cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of the present study was to establish nationwide reference values of carotid properties for healthy Chinese adults and to explore potential clinical ***: A total of 3053 healthy Han Chinese adults (1922 women) aged 18-79 years were enrolled at 28 collaborating tertiary centers throughout China between April 2021 and July 2022. The real-time tracking of common carotid artery walls was achieved by the radio frequency (RF) ultrasound system. The IMT, diameter, compliance coefficient, β stiffness, local pulse wave velocity (PWV), local systolic blood pressure, augmented pressure (AP), and augmentation index (AIx) were then automatically measured and reported. Data were stratified by age groups and sex. The relationships between age and carotid property parameters were analyzed by Jonckheere-Terpstra test and simple linear regressions. The major clinical determinants of carotid properties were identified by Pearson’s correlation, multiple linear regression, and analyses of ***: All the parameters of carotid properties demonstrated significantly age-related trajectories. Women showed thinner IMT, smaller carotid diameter, larger AP, and AIx than men. The β stiffness and PWV were significantly higher in men than women before forties, but the differences reversed after that. The increase rate of carotid IMT (5.5 μm/year in women and 5.8 μm/year in men) and diameter (0.03 mm/year in both men and women) were similar between men and women. For the stiffness and wave reflections, women showed significantly larger age-related variations than men as demonstrated by steeper regression slopes (allP for age by sex interaction <0.05).
