针对公路路面裂纹的计算机视觉安全检测方法

以江苏省南京市竹山路公路养护工程为例,对公路裂纹病害问题的计算机视觉安全检测方法展开研究。提出基于半监督训练的融合显著性半裂纹检测方法,分别从整体设计思路和具体实现方法两方面说明其实现路径,并根据RCD数据集设计检测试验结果显示,提出的检测方法精度为83.94%、召回率为95.08%、F1-score为88.52%,说明该方法能显著降低对手工标注信息的依赖,具有较高的检测精度、抗噪声能力和鲁棒性。公路养护工程实际裂纹检测效果分析证明,此方法能够实现绝大部分的真实图像还原,应用效果优于语义分割网络和裂纹检测网络,在细小裂纹、边缘处仍存在小范围的漏检和误检现象,还存在进一步优化的空间。

时间序列预测在金融、医疗、交通和气象等领域发挥着重要作用。在长时间序列预测中,迫切需要提高预测的精度,解决内存不足等问题。近年来,Transformer模型在自然语言处理领域得以成功应用的同时,在预测研究领域也引起了学者们的广泛关注,Transformer变体Informer模型的研究在时间序列预测中取得了较大进展。本研究以Informer框架为基础,与加性注意力机制相结合,提出了A^(2)former模型。利用A^(2)former模型在ETT,WTH,ECL和PM2.5数据集上进行了长时间序列预测的实验,实验结果表明所提模型在长时间序列预测中表现出比基线方法(如Informer模型和LSTMa模型)更好的性能。A^(2)former模型不仅将计算时间复杂度降低到线性,而且可以实现更有效的序列建模。本研究的工作为时间序列预测提供了有益参考。

The least absolute deviations (LAD) estimation for nonlinear regression models with randomly censored data is studied and the asymptotic properties of LAD estimators such as consistency, boundedness in probability and asymptotic normality are established. Simulation results show that for the problems with censored data, LAD estimation performs much more robustly than the least squares estimation.

目的探讨STARD8对肺癌A549细胞增殖、迁移、侵袭和凋亡生物学功能的影响。方法从美国国家生物技术信息中心(NCBI),获取两份公开的基因芯片数据集(GSE18842和GSE68571),运用limma R包识别差异表达基因(DEGs)。采用最小绝对收缩和选择算子(LASSO)回归法结合SVM-RFE算法对候选基因进行筛选,构建受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,应用CIBERSORT工具进行免疫浸润分析。通过RT-qPCR和Western blot分析STARD8在对照组及肺癌组的mRNA及蛋白水平,通过细胞平板克隆、Transwell、细胞划痕及流式细胞实验分析STARD8对A549细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移及凋亡能力的影响。结果共筛选出285个上调基因和377个下调基因,取交集得到1个诊断标志物基因STARD8,免疫分析显示CD4 T细胞、NK细胞出现免疫抑制。肺癌组中STARD8的mRNA及蛋白表达均下调(P均<0.05)。STARD8过表达时肺癌A549细胞的增殖、侵袭及迁移能力降低,凋亡能力增加(P均<0.05)。结论STARD8可抑制肺癌A549细胞增殖、侵袭及迁移,促进细胞凋亡。

Transient laminar flows and pressure-wave propagation in pipes, commonly called as water hammer, have been analyzed. A pressure-wave equation and a linearized velocity equation were derived from the equations of mass and momentum conservation. The waveform distortion due to viscous dissipation and elastic expansion of pipe wall was characterized by a dimensionless transmission number. The damping coefficients of pressure waves were found to be related to the roots of Bessel function. An exact solution of pressure-wave equation was obtained numerically. The relationship between the distortion of a traveling wave and transmission number was studied. The problem was also calculated with a general-purpose computer code, COMMIX, which solves exact mass conservation equation and Navier-Stokes equations. The computational results of the COMMIX code agreed well with the analytical solutions.

Natural forests exhibit higher organic carbon concentrations and recalcitrant carbon proportions in soil than plantations: a global data synthesis

Different chemical compositions of soil organic carbon (SOC) affect its persistence and whether it significantly differs between natural forests and plantations remains unclear. By synthesizing 234 observations of SOC chemical compositions, we evaluated global patterns of concentration, individual chemical composition (alkyl C, O-alkyl C, aromatic C, and carbonyl C), and their distribution evenness. Our results indicate a notably higher SOC, a markedly larger proportion of recalcitrant alkyl C, and lower easily decomposed carbonyl C proportion in natural forests. However, SOC chemical compositions were appreciably more evenly distributed in plantations. Based on the assumed conceptual index of SOC chemical composition evenness, we deduced that, compared to natural forests, plantations may have higher possible resistance to SOC decomposition under disturbances. In tropical regions, SOC levels, recalcitrant SOC chemical composition, and their distributed evenness were significantly higher in natural forests, indicating that SOC has higher chemical stability and possible resistance to decomposition. Climate factors had minor effects on alkyl C in forests globally, while they notably affected SOC chemical composition in tropical forests. This could contribute to the differences in chemical compositions and their distributed evenness between plantations and natural stands.

In this study,we have designed a more clinically powerful anti-caries treatment by applying the amelogenin-derived peptide QP5 to the antibacterial carrier material chitosan in a hydrogel(CS-QP5 hydrogel),and characterized its effects on the inhibition of a cariogenic biofilm and the promotion of the remineralization of the initial caries *** results indicated that the CS-QP5 hydrogel sustainably inhibited the growth of the Streptococcus mutans biofilm,lactic acid production and the metabolic activity over a prolonged period of ***,the CS-QP5 hydrogel promoted the remineralization of early enamel lesions,which were indicated by surface microhardness(,polarized light microscopy and transverse *** conclusion,the CS-QP5 hydrogel shows good potential for caries control in the clinic because of its antibacterial effects as well as the remineralization of initial enamel carious lesions even in a biofilm model over a prolonged period of time.

Bimetallic CoNi single atoms supported on three-dimensionally ordered mesoporous chromia: highly active catalysts for n-hexane combustion

Developing the alternative supported noble metal catalysts with low cost,high catalytic efficiency,and good resistance toward carbon dioxide and water vapor is critically demanded for the oxidative removal of volatile organic compounds （VOCs）.In this work,we prepared the mesoporous chromia-supported bimetallic Co and Ni single-atom （Co1Ni1/meso-Cr2O3） and bimetallic Co and Ni nanoparticle (CoNPNiNP/mesoCr2O3) catalysts adopting the one-pot polyvinyl pyrrolidone （PVP）-and polyvinyl alcohol （PVA）-protecting approaches,*** results indicate that the Co1Ni1/meso-Cr2O3catalyst exhibited the best catalytic activity for n-hexane (C6H14) combustion (T50%and T90%were 239 and 263℃ at a space velocity of 40,000 mL g-1h-1;apparent activation energy and specific reaction rate at 260℃ were 54.7 kJ mol-1and 4.3×10-7mol g-1cats-1,respectively),which was associated with its higher (Cr5++Cr6+) amount,large n-hexane adsorption capacity,and good lattice oxygen mobility that could enhance the deep oxidation of n-hexane,in which Ni1was beneficial for the enhancements in surface lattice oxygen mobility and low-temperature reducibility,while Co1preferred to generate higher contents of the high-valence states of chromium and surface oxygen species as well as adsorption and activation of n-hexane.n-Hexane combustion takes place via the Mars van Krevelen（MvK） mechanism,and its reaction pathways are as follows:n-hexane→olefins or 3-hexyl hydroperoxide→3-hexanone,2-hexanone or 2,5-dimethyltetrahydrofuran→2-methyloxirane or 2-ethyl-oxetane→acrylic acid→COx→CO2and H2O.
