The authors cloned and identified a new maize serine carboxypeptidase gene named ZmSCP from R15 inbred lines seedlings which were induced by Rhizoctonia solani AGI-IA. ZmSCP encodes a 332 amino acid protein with a predicted molecular mass of 36.5 kDa and pI of 4.75. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that ZmSCP showed closer kinship with Oryza sativa and sorghum, which belong to the same evolutionary branch. Amino acid sequence analysis revealed that there are four types of amino acids in ZmSCP, the percentages of them are 43.1%, 26.9%, 13.9% and 13.1%. The authors subsequently purified the recombinant protein which expressed in Escherichia coli BL21 and analyzed its antimicrobial activities in vitro. Results showed that the recombinant protein inhibited hyphal growth of Rhizoctonia solani. The study suggests that the expression of ZmSCP is closely related to maize sheath blight resistance caused by Rhizoctonia solani. Further, the antifungal activity showed that ZmSCP may play at role in the disease resistance response.

Rational design of extractant structure to improve the extraction and separation capacity of rare earth elements(REEs)is a long-standing ***,a new strategy was proposed to improve the stability of the chelating structure formed by malonamide and *** stability of the chelating structure is greatly improved by using a double-ring framework structure which makes the two carbonyl groups of malonamide unable to rotate freely and both of them point to the metal ion *** benzyl groups were used to construct the hydrophobicity of the extractant and the organic shell of the extracted ***-pyrrolo-pyridine-dione(THPPD)was designed and *** structure reduces the energy consumed by rotating carbonyl group in the coordination with metal ions and then improves the extraction ability of *** crystal structure was preorganized as expected,with the two carbonyls pointing in a favorable coordination direction to the structural complement of the metal *** extraction behaviors of REEs with THPPD in a nitric acid medium were *** with N,N’-dibenzyl-N,N’-dimethylmalonamide(DBDM-MA)with a chain structure,the extraction capacity of THPPD is 360 times higher than that of DBDM-MA at 5.0 mol/L sodium ***,the binding energy and Gibbs free energy were investigated by density functional theory(DFT)in conjunction with the *** theoretical results show that THPPD has more effective interaction with Pr(NO_(3))3 than *** construction of chelating groups conformation is a worthy direction to improve the coordination ability and even selectivity of extractant.

Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),a novel anti-tumor therapeutic modality,are monoclonal antibodies targeting certain immune checkpoints(ICs)that reactivate T cells to achieve anti-tumor immunity by targeting,binding,and blocking *** inhibitory antibodies against the ICs cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen and programmed death receptor-1 have demonstrated efficacy and durable anti-tumor activity in patients with *** may prevent autoimmune ***,ICIs may disrupt ICs properties and trigger autoimmune-related adverse reactions involving various organ systems including the cardiovascular,pulmonary,gastrointestinal,renal,musculoskeletal,dermal,and endocrine *** 10%of patients with damage to target organs such as the thyroid,pituitary,pancreas,and adrenal glands develop endocrine system immune-related adverse events(irAEs)such as thyroid dysfunction,pituitary gland inflammation,diabetes mellitus,and primary adrenal ***,the symptoms of immunotherapy-associated endocrine system irAEs may be nonspecific and similar to those of other treatment-related adverse reactions,and failure to recognize them early may lead to *** detection and treatment of immunotherapy-associated endocrine irAEs is essential to improve the efficacy of immunotherapy,prognosis,and the quality of life of *** study aimed to review the mechanisms by which ICIs cause endocrine irAEs providing guidance for the development of appropriate management ***,we discuss(1)the biological mechanisms of ICs in tumorigenesis and progression,focusing on cytotoxic T-lymphocyte antigen and programmed cell death-1/programmed cell death-ligand 1;and(2)the epidemiology,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,and treatment of four immunotherapy-related endocrine complications.

铝合金与不锈钢物理化学性能较大的差异使两者采用常规焊接技术较难实现连接。本文采用惯性摩擦焊接技术进行了LF6铝合金与不锈钢异种金属连接,分析研究了接头的微观组织及拉伸力学性能。研究结果表明,LF6铝合金与不锈钢惯性摩擦焊接过程中,相对不锈钢一侧,LF6铝合金一侧发生了较大的塑性变形,飞边主要由LF6铝合金摩擦挤压而成;微观组织显示LF6铝合金一侧分为细晶区、拉长晶区和母材区,细晶区中呈现为细小等轴晶状组织,拉长晶区为摩擦剪应力作用下的板条状拉伸组织。EDX分析表明,在摩擦热和顶锻力的作用下,焊接界面存在明显的浓度梯度,形成了数微米的扩散反应层;力学断口断裂于铝合金一侧受力薄弱区。

Background: Carotid intima-media thickness (IMT) and diameter, stiffness, and wave reflections, are independent and important clinical biomarkers and risk predictors for cardiovascular diseases. The purpose of the present study was to establish nationwide reference values of carotid properties for healthy Chinese adults and to explore potential clinical ***: A total of 3053 healthy Han Chinese adults (1922 women) aged 18-79 years were enrolled at 28 collaborating tertiary centers throughout China between April 2021 and July 2022. The real-time tracking of common carotid artery walls was achieved by the radio frequency (RF) ultrasound system. The IMT, diameter, compliance coefficient, β stiffness, local pulse wave velocity (PWV), local systolic blood pressure, augmented pressure (AP), and augmentation index (AIx) were then automatically measured and reported. Data were stratified by age groups and sex. The relationships between age and carotid property parameters were analyzed by Jonckheere-Terpstra test and simple linear regressions. The major clinical determinants of carotid properties were identified by Pearson’s correlation, multiple linear regression, and analyses of ***: All the parameters of carotid properties demonstrated significantly age-related trajectories. Women showed thinner IMT, smaller carotid diameter, larger AP, and AIx than men. The β stiffness and PWV were significantly higher in men than women before forties, but the differences reversed after that. The increase rate of carotid IMT (5.5 μm/year in women and 5.8 μm/year in men) and diameter (0.03 mm/year in both men and women) were similar between men and women. 聚合物固态电解质因其质轻安全、结构可设计以及优异的机械性能,成为高能量密度、高安全性全固态电池的潜在材料,逐渐成为研究的重点.但因其结晶度高、室温离子电导率低等缺陷也限制其进一步商业化.本综述梳理了近年来比较优越的聚合物固态电解质种类,包括聚醚类聚合物、聚碳酸酯类聚合物、氟化聚合物、聚离子液体聚合物、单离子传导聚合物,围绕如何提升离子电导率,重点回顾了针对不同基质的结构设计和合成工艺方面的创新.最后阐述了聚合物固态电解质目前面临的基础研究和应用问题,以期为新型聚合物固态电解质的设计与制备提供新思路.

为了客观认识江苏省融合教育教师队伍建设的基本情况及其专业化程度,了解教师专业发展需求,采用自编问卷对全省13个设区市共1609名融合教育教师进行调查。结果发现:江苏省融合教育教师群体专业发展水平总体上相对较高;相对于融合教育的理念和知识,教师在教学技能方面略显不足;具备特殊教育专业背景、通过省级特殊教育专业培训、融合教育工作年限较长的专职融合教育教师的专业化发展水平显著更高。结合需求调查进一步建议:通过持续、针对性支持,增强融合教育教师解决自身所处教育环境中困难的能力;关注影响教师专业发展的个人内在和外部支持因素;建立普及型与专业化融合教育教师培养并行、分类分层培训模式。
